The lack of holistic scales determination may be the source of most problems on Earth. I learned about the word holistic in ecology, from environmentalist perspectives, Earth science, and geography which is why I put Eco Geo in front of many concepts. I also learned from the first image of Earth from space which made Earth look like a small world. We cannot adequately bring up children without holistic scale determination. We cannot have a holistic family experience without holistic scale determination unless your family was born into holistic planning, wealth, and privilege understanding the concept of holistic scales. Holistic scale determination helps everyone at all scales starting with the broadest and the finest holistic scales as seen in figure 1.

Some early ideas that could involve holistic scales and ecogeorelativity are Amazon, Ebay, Priceline, Angies List, Rents and Shares, Ali Baba, Ride share, Jetshare, Boat share and Craigslist. These ideas were meant to be broadest ecogeorelative holistic scale connected to the Earth Unidiversity and includes everyone, everything, everywhere ecogeorelatively considered. Ubiquitous Similarity Niche roles will be an exciting addition to all of our lives as we take on the responsibility to learn the basics about our planet by understanding, our Natural Resources, our Natural Environment, pollution, culinary, nutrition, forests, cutting slash, downed woody debris, fish, wetlands, streams, snags in the forest, vineyards, and community gardens. Anything else ecogeorelatively considered most significant and important as a similarity niche role can be added to the previous list. Any person on Earth may involve themselves with only with similarity roles and they will survive in comfort out of survival zone suffering. That means that you do not have to contribute unique diversity role expertise in order to survive comfortably with shelter and other significant and important needs. Love is to be most important broadest holistic scale concept for planning purposes as well as the most important foundation for everyone, everything, everywhere. The word holy is similar to the root word of holistic. From what I learned and understood early in catechism in the fourth grade Jesus and his disciples first spread the importance of love.
An alternative of conventional schools is explorational learning curriculum share where everybody gets the suitable and appropriate similarity foundation materials. Uniforms for younger ages may be a great idea for as it helps with similarity foundation. It creates the feeling that we are all part of a “similarity” brothers and sisters foundation on planet Earth so we should be able to understand desired similarity of everyone on Earth. This would help bring us collaboratively together and it would end all violence on Earth. Even the problem of scarcity of resources can be analyzed and assessed with holistic scale ecogeorelativity and ecological equilibrium compensation with impact assessment, needs assessment, and input choices assessment. It starts with ubiquitous holistic scale presentations to the world (“all of us”) from “all of us” ecogeorelatively considered to “all of us” ecogeorelatively considered. Simply put, they are presentations from everyone on Earth to everyone on Earth ecogeorelatively considered and weighted by scale or spatial extent. This holistic scale planning stage must include “all of us” which is an essential stakeholder responsibility as we are all stakeholders on planet Earth. When we are all involved, it builds solidarity and stops the bickering and fighting about who is better. With holistic scales and ecogeorelativity we can all be the “greatest angels” from a similarity perspective and at the same time be diversely unique relatively considered based on the cumulative totality of exploration, experience, and learning. This ends the race as well as racism. It also ends adaptive leveraging and obscure omerta employment practices as well as extraction, exchange, exclusion cycles. It would end survival zone suffering around the world. The holistic scale we-me cycle works because everyone is considered significant and important as a similarity planet Earth holistic scale concept. It also represents dynamic people scoping which allows the sharing of planning needs, impact assessment needs, input choices needs, and ecological equilibrium compensation which makes everything up to each of us. We can choose to explore anything in the similarity roles or unique diversity roles that interests us while at the same time there will be great ecological equilibrium compensation inspirational incentives. For great experiences, the experience may be the primary goal. For less desirable experiences that are greatly needed ecogeorelatively considered, higher ecological equilibrium compensation roles may be selected. Some high ecological equilibrium compensation roles may be hazardous dirty jobs. Each of us at a minimum owns our lives and our unique exploration as well as the unique data, information and cumulative knowledge. Then, each of us on planet Earth will have a holistic scale integrated device & phone called appropriately a “WE-ME” for communicating with the broadest scale ecogeorelative Unidiversity (Everything, Everyone, Everywhere, Data, Information, and Cumulative Knowledge.) The ecogeorelative holistic scale Unidiversity research explorers cycle or we me cycle as depicted in Figure 2. transforms the concept of Government as a holistic inclusive peoples ecogeorelatively considered Unidiversity at the broadest scale while government roles take over suitable and appropriate niche organizations and niche roles. Most similarity roles and similarity niche organizations will likely be from government. Many roles will be unique diversity roles as well. Ecogeorelatively considered Government niche organizations will connect to the broadest Unidiversity. Government roles may be organized as part of or connected to the Unidiversity as well as missions and other similarity roles and niche organizations.

Foundation niche roles deserve significant respect for high relative importance and significance of foundation roles. It is likely more ecological equilibrium compensation and experiential inspirational incentives will be available for all significant and important foundation roles.

Law tends to deal with reactionary controversy while all we really need is love and holistic planning. It would be great if the transition included lawyers making them part of niche organizations and communities that are more holistic counseling and holistic planning oriented. It is too bad our best minds get converted into paper pushing and motion filing instead of working together with people in context with genuine natural spiritual holistic living that included love at a top priority. Our society conditions us to function with environmental injustice and social injustice when we should have a similarity foundation including everyone. All you need is love….Do we now have a foundation of primarily lawyers?

One of the most important things we can do is do away with reactionary priority focus when it comes to dealing with kids and families that need help. These days we have created a system where kids and families that need help don’t want any because they fear getting detrimentally impacted by the regulatory enforcement agencies. Therefore, several of these families don’t strive e to get help when they need help. We need to transform this focus to an open arms loving caring holistic approach as soon as possible. This approach eases the concerns of families that need help and thus have a higher likelihood of getting help when they need help. About 20 something years ago, I mentioned it may be a great idea to anonymously identify those families and kids that need help. This holistic method would accumulate data and information in a holistic way with the intent to help instead of contribute to the dysfunction, chaos, and detrimental impacts on the family. These holistic intervention techniques may occur behind the scenes and/or in a more direct holistic problem solving way depending on the characteristics of the issue. If people know that professionals are 100% here to help them with their situation, they have increased likelihood to get help when they need it. One of the first things to do would be to create an anonymous holistic help box where people put peoples names in box of people that may need help in some way. Once we do this, a planned holistic systematic approach for handling the data and creating knowledge from it will occur so we are able to send resources to help with whatever problem may need to be holistically explored further. All the while, we will be continuously learning more and more about the complexity of each particular issue thus creating more and more research while at the same time helping those that needs help. This would propel these situations into an upward spiral beneficial feedback loop where there is an increased likelihood that nothing but beneficial impacts will occur while trying to solve the problem multidimensionally. At the same time, we must help transform all those people, agencies, and organizations to more holistic functioning as soon as possible. This will increase the likelihood that the investment of resources will create the absolute best positive beneficial impacts possible. Hopefully, we will cease functioning in a reactionary investigatory manner where cases are dealt with in a static sort of way where individuals get punished for the inability to have enough of what they need to adequately bring up their family. We need to holistically plan a more benign holistic functioning. We must not blame anyone for the past, it is the way we have been doing things for thousand of years.

We ought to research and gather all information related to any “crime” terrorism, horrorism and war from a variety of sources past, present and future. These sources include all individuals, lawyers, integrated disciplines, all agencies, all health care, all non well intentioned surveillance, Earth Research Explorers and give it all to holistic researchers. We ought to integrate this information and understand the contributory factors that lead up to cumulative significant impact in those human miracles lives. Once we take this step, we must holistically find all the people in this world that are contributing to cumulative significant impact on other individuals and help them transform themselves or encourage and inspire the to change their ways to more holistic sustainable striving methods minimizing detrimental impacts on society, families, individuals, communities and ultimately planet Earth itself. Once we find these associative characteristics and those that are proximate to those associative characteristics we must get them the education, knowledge, holistic advice, and a plan to get them on the road to sustainable striving holistic well intentioned behavior that will contribute to positive beneficial upward spiral behaviors instead of reactionary downward spiral behaviors. This way no one gets hurt and the continuation of multidimensional war in society stops. Once we transform the cumulative significant impact producers, we can concentrate on all those that have been impacted or over topped in our society everywhere in a prioritized relative importance and significance weighted eco-geosytem or geo-ecosystem way. Once this is accomplished in a systematic way, I foresee the end of all crime, terrorism, horrorism, and war on Earth. Everywhere on Earth CSI will mean cumulative significant impact researchers and problem solvers in a holistic research way. World without end…

It believe it may be best to have white houses, white, cars, and white buildings to offset the albedo effect created by all those black solar panels and disappearing glaciers. It would be best to figure out a more sustainable striving way to make solar panels so that they have less albedo effect. Likewise, we ought to prioritize roads that could be paved with concrete materials or integrate solar panels with roads. However, as far as roads are concerned it would be best to leave as many as we can gravel and use a grader to grade them. Thus, a road prioritization project ought to occur with the top concern finding a surface that is the most sustainable striving for the area and type of road as well as the type of albedo offset it will create. Many more considerations and and criterion need to be considered so it is best to have those that know more about roads, the environment, engineering, and integrated science add to the list or give their perspectives as well.

About 20 years ago or so I wrote a paper in school about sustainable striving forestry/forests. The paper was one of my foundations for my way of thinking about working together with nature. I believe that we ought to transform the management perspective into a perspective that works together with nature. This is an integrated concept that brings all disciplines working together for purposes of looking after all the environmental considerations and natural resources by continuously working together. There are so many segmented branches of natural resource and environmental fields that often work separate from one another and ought to be working together because everything in nature is connected to everything else. Wouldn’t it be great to have all experts working together planning ecological intervention with nature? Imagine the cross pollination of knowledge that people would continuously get when we bring all the experts together and work together. It makes sense to me because we all ought to be striving to know all we can know about nature especially if we are responsible for it. In essence, it is a continuous learning concept that allows continual knowledge growth, research, and learning from field work to Geo-spatial planning aspects. In fact, it is the integration of field work with planning that really gives us the ability to visualize and understand the what, where, when, why, as well as associations with other aspects of nature that are connected or associated with an area. A lot has to do with collecting data for research, planning purposes, and working together. If we continually collect data in the field and assemble it in our systems, we are able to strive to accomplish the multiple considerations that we are trying to accomplish from a multidisciplinary perspective. Not only does it make sense from a planning and working together with nature perspective, it is an efficient way of doing things because we are able to strive to accomplish ecological problem solving and impact assessment from a geographical perspective (which really is the system for integration of knowledge and learning). From my perspective. once we have researched and collected appropriate data, as we can assemble and integrate knowledge that we can use for similar but different purposes. We can use the knowledge as a be-aware holistic planning and field assisting way of doing things. In other words, it is like knowing the geographical whereabouts of various ecological communities, species, habitats, migratory patterns, stream ecology considerations, species of concern, rare plants,nests of importance, buffers, water quality, biodiversity considerations, protected habitat,resilience as well as knowing knowledge like history, intervention history, holistic prescriptive advice for any area, and previous research projects that could be ongoing forever. Imagine all the knowledge that could be accumulated foe well intentioned purposes so we can help nature so we can help ourselves. While planning, we can use indicators to monitor the health of ecosystems as well as research those area where relative indicator values indicate that something is interesting and ought to be explored. This microcosmic example is one way we can sustainably strive to transform planet Earth. We will need many explorers, researchers, scientists, and all integrated disciplines.

Often times actual laws and procedure themselves are detrimental because it gets everyone focusing on the means instead of the ends. Hence, it is the the infinite portion of unwritten minutia that should be common sense that people use to their advantage by creating loop holes or behavior way beyond the imagination. People use the system to their advantage and have been doing so for a very long time. The way many look at it , is that you can do anything to one another if it is not against the law. It is weird. Instead, we must transform ourselves to holistic functioning that pays attention to ecological value, energy, and benefits in a multidimensional way first and strive to be well intentioned towards everything and everyone on this planet. We must learn through all integrated educational means and knowledge transference in all ways including visual. The last thing I would propose is that everyone start writing laws because even if we all started writing it would take forever to write all the possible scenarios and circumstance and combinations to write about because nature and human life is so diverse and complex. Therefore, we must make things simpler and transform our entire way of doing things to a more holistic well intentioned sustainable striving context on planet Earth. Imagine if we spent all our energy striving to be well intentioned and treating each other well like we all want to be treated instead of spending our energy on memorizing all the complexity. I wrote something very similar 20 or so years ago in a paper about affirmative action in my race and culture class. I hope to find it so I can reproduce it for you.

Unfortunately having power has taken on a negative connotation.    Power can be a great thing if kept in a well intentioned holistic context.  I learned in school that power is the ability to get something (hopefully well intentioned) done.  In the right context, power can be a great thing. However, we have been evolving down a road where power is the ability to ultra-compete, over-top, control, dominate, subservientize, enslave, or imprison (real or imagined), a perceived threat or someone that has something that is desired by non well intentioned forces. In some circumstance, complete chaos is created in peoples lives when those in power are somehow threatened by either new ideas or those that have more love in their hearth than they do. Everything including the kitchen sink gets thrown at them with the intent to kill or injure to such a degree that you will not survive literally or figuratively. It really depends on all the organizational motivations. Organizational motivation depend on the actual composition of the motivations of people that make up an organization because after all organizations do not create their own behavior. However, through static rules, laws, and procedure, many bad habits are passed on throughout time. Whether you are an illicit organization or an a relatively public one or somewhere in between, you all really are what you are nothing more nothing less. However,I do believe that all people and organizations ought to be looked at as their potential to be well intentioned contributing individuals and we ought to give opportunity for people to change their ways. But, we cannot put people in the same proximity along the continuum as far as assessment goes with people that have worked hard their whole lives to be well intentioned loving and caring people that have great intentions to help people and our environment. I call it “when you got your light turned on” or when you realized that I am not kidding about transforming planet Earth to a sustainable striving planet Earth. Getting your light turned on means the actual realization that all the well intentioned people on this planet are going to transform it into the way things should be sustainable striving planet Earth. Therefore, you either transform yourself or you will find yourselves swimming against a torrent of well intentionedness. I have said many times that it is not all your fault but sooner or later we have to say enough is enough. The Earth as well as many individuals are suffering. We must take back our planet from the non well intentioned forces in a holistic well intentioned way not through war or dominance but through leadership and knowledge as well as putting things in context with everything else as I have mentioned several times before. I have such optimism for us Earthlings. Let us all work together and help all the individuals in all organizations (mobish or otherwise)transform. However some people may have to go to hospitals locked or otherwise because they need help. Let us pray for them and hope for a speedy recovery because we eventually need absolutely everyone on this planet working together in a holistic well intentioned sustainable striving way. -We got rid of traditional organizational charts
-We never allowed anyone to be fired.
-We transitioned people to new ecological niche roles.
-We made sure that people that had the most to offer didn’t have to suffer or worry about money
-We stopped people from bankrupting others
-We transitioned banks to more well intentioned sustainable striving functioning
-We transitioned stock market to function on ecological benefit contribution primarily
-We transitioned and transformed real estate tycoons
-We helped parents with as much help as they needed
-We helped plan sustainable striving communities
-We transitioned corporations to more local functioning
-We transitioned all business to ecological niche organizations *****
-We transitioned all organizations to ecological niche organizations
-We helped those without a niche to get one
-We had everyone in at least one ecological niche role all around the world
-We encouraged and had incentives to acquire knowledge and use it holistically
-We integrated religion and churches all around the world to form an Earth spirituality network
-We integrated holistic spirituality and spiritual ecology
-We integrated philosophy and Buddhism etc into all spirituality
-We infused as much nature as possible into cities
-We closed off congested portions of cities to benign transportation and pedestrians
-We appended all contiguous natural wilderness, forest, parks, preserves, natural areas
-We had those most knowledgeable, educated, trained, and passionate being responsible for our environment and all our natural resources all around the world
-We minimized all illness psychologically and physically
-We strive for stability all around the world
-We stopped getting people in trouble and creating controversy and excess complexity
-We strive to help everyone contribute what it is they were meant to contribute on Earth
-We the people of planet Earth ****
-We got rid of nuclear weapons in their entirety.
-We prioritized nuclear by area and relative importance
-We expanded the use of passenger trains
-we Expanded solar without increasing albedo affect

-We got rid of the word “criminal” and thought of everyone as his/her potential
-We eliminated the subservientizing forces on our planet

-We stopped desperate survival zone behavior everywhere on Earth

-We looked at all organizations as integrated Ecological niche organizations functioning together in a more nature way of looking at things
-We planned out a system based on integrated systems in the simplest way possible
-Strive to minimize detrimental impacts and do the best we can at planning the future
-We looked to more eco-geo impact assessment techniques coupled with planning
-Revitalized old churches for community and spirituality reasons
-We created an integrated community center for every community
-We focused on working together by focusing on the things people can contribute instead of focusing on the things they do not know

Both the industrial and information revolution would have been much less detrimentally impacting on our planet if these three indices were held in higher regard relatively speaking. First, our society and our planet would have been much better off if we used holistic planning methods looking at broad multidimensional structure and functioning of our society from a ecological geographical perspective. Second, instead of making money the consideration of Ecological Value, energy and benefit creation in a broad index form should have been the first consideration with emphasis on creation of as much value, energy and benefits striving to create as much benefit on the totality of our environment. This relatively weighted continuum indicator strives to measure a broad cumulative ecological and environmental impact to our environment and society. Benefiting the environment includes individuals, families, communities, regions, our natural environment, our life support systems, and planet Earth itself. Third, a well intentionedness index should have been created which is a broad cumulatively relative weighted indicator that strives to measure the totality of an individual organizations well intentionedness. This indicator alone would function as an incentive to strive to end all detrimental impacting behaviors on planet Earth that contribute to individual, societal or environmental destruction, illness, and suffering in a cumulative relatively weighted way. It would also prevent extreme ultra competitive behaviors. Then and only then should we have considered some sort of some well defined money or profit but it always should be relative to those first indicators. Profit should or could be used as reinvestment into creation of more beneficially functioning organizational behaviors, paying dividends to holistic well intentioned investors who primarily consider the first three indicators in their research of an E.N.O. Logically and rationally more “business” will be conducted with those that function with these four principles and indices primarily. Likewise, more E.E.C. will flow to those organizations as well. I believe the world would be a better place if something like this occurred prior to any sort of revolution. In fact, lets get rid of the “r” in revolution because evolution sounds much less impacting.
