Consequences of a reactively created complex society.

A reactive complex society creates classes. It creates a class of people that are good at controlling, managing, arguing, whereby they rely primarily on their ability to deal with complexity, policy, law. and procedures. I think it really sad because everyone else that is considered less important are the ones responsible for the creativity,more loving and caring about one another, innovation, knowledge creation, imagination, and working towards progress in our current definition. I am in favor of doing away with classes all together because the controllers in our society have realized that as long as they are in control they can make their own rules about who matters more. Ingratiators and power players in the political realm rub elbows with those that have self created their higher relative importance designation thus making all of those people in essence corrupt to the way things presently are in our world. Many are very complacent and get blinders on when they are treated like royalty that they forget about trying to define actual problems in any sort of real way. Instead, many are lost and do what they are told by those that sound like they know what they are talking about. Many tactics are used to gain control over those that are supposed to be for the people and the environment primarily. First, extreme confidence is used as a tool regardless of actual knowledge about the totality of an issue. In fact, most issues that are brought up are incomplete, not well defined problems, or lack appropriate contextual consideration as far as all related issues are concerned. Second, endless debate and argument on these inadequately defined problems further wastes time and our cumulative energy allocation towards solving problems. Third, distractions are created when things get too complex and a diversion is needed to distract people from the real problems. Last, when all else fails they pass problems along to a subordinate so they have someone to blame when they fail in their responsibility to serve in their role. It is not all their fault. It is what we have created in a reactionary way. Many do not realize that problems are multidimensional and have many other connected parts to them just like nature where everything is connected to everything else. To be quite honest I feel really sad for low wage earners who are working hard everyday while those making the most in our society are working hard as well but contributing much less in terms of value, energy, and benefits to our society relatively speaking not because they do not want to but because they are not able to with the current reactionary complex system of laws, rules, regulations, and complexity not to mention the inherent complexity in all of society and nature itself. We are creating complexity upon complexity upon complexity in a never ending sort of way. We are forgetting about the higher relatively important issues and roles in our society in favor of following the designated process and procedures above all else. We dwell on issues of less relative importance while those of higher relative importance are never approached. It is really weird. Many examples exist but its like painting the smokestack on the titanic. We are paying attention primarily to these sorts of issues while the big problems get little attention. The band is still playing on the deck and people are having fun and getting their self actualized needs met, but I am worried that we are not paying the needed attention to solving our big problems. The first with highest significance and highest relative importance ought to be transforming planet Earth to a sustainable striving planet Earth. We must include everyone everywhere and we must minimize complexity and function closer to nature. Wouldn’t it be great if we all started working together so we can begin the transformation process?

Organizations and Omerta.

Organizations and those involved in organizations like to learn information in ways that allow them to get credit for them without having to give credit to those that contributed primarily to the development of an idea. I believe we must stop omerta, secrecy, patent races, and ultra competition all together. Otherwise we will have an eternal secrecy command and control structures in all organizations that seeks to learn information in ways that allow minimal risk to their bottom line and maximum risk to the actual creators. Managers, administrators, attorneys, and command and control organizations as well as all other mob-ish type organizations and their subordinates know how to create scenarios where they can take whatever they want from certain people and organizations and call it their own. They do this by creating scenarios where perception of elite status and supremacy take precedence over the value energy and benefits that the creative people beneath them in our hierarchical structured society created. I would like to emphasize that this practice is creating a downward spiral feedback loop in our society by creating disincentives for those that know the most, create, innovate, and actually do the work towards solving problems. We have created a society where only certain status people and perception elite and supreme people can stand up with ideas that could help make the world a better place. The rest are subservientized. The surveillance society that we have created exists behind the scenes, As long as it is under the control of extreme capitalists and the ultra competitive, we will continue contributing to the largest downward spiral feedback loop in history. No longer must we enslave anyone in our society. It has gotten so bad that I wonder if we are enslaving people as soon as they are born depending on your their so called “status” in society. We must stop this behavior because it is contributing to promoting those that care the least about everything and everyone. In fact, this behavior will continue to create feelings of rejection, isolation, lack of inclusion, and propensity for continual controversy creation and societal degradation in the future. The way I see it is that we need all hands on deck to save our planet by striving towards a way things should be sustainable striving planet Earth. We really need all people on Earth working together. We need all individuals contributing what they can contribute to help make the world a better place. The cumulative magnitude of all the problems we have on planet Earth today as well as those we will have in the future creates a scenario where we have no choice. Otherwise, we will keep arranging deck chairs on the titanic as we sink towards doomsday sooner than it would have been than if we had worked together with nature and every human miracle on planet Earth. I guess I do not understand why we have tolerated the complexity, controversy creation, and never ending chaos magnification associated with the command and controlling forces in our society. I do not understand how we have tolerated a system of laws that exists out of context with everything else and is used to give power and control to those that care the most about power, process and control rather than progress, creativity, and saving our planet from ourselves. Why have we given most of the power to those that know the least about substance, all types of science, creativity, and making the world a better place? In our natural world, why have we given all the power to people that know the least about nature? It is really weird. I believe that certain sorts of positions in society are self promulgating as to their importance. In other words, I believe that there are several people in leadership positions that create the perception that things are the way they are for a reason. Furthermore, they create arguments very well and are often very convincing to those that have no idea about context. They often create arguments that exist for their own purposes of winning only and have little thought, care, love, or compassion for anyone or anything else other than winning their out of context argument. Things will stay the same as long as there is a control and management mentality rather than a working together paradigm. It is time to give everyone everywhere power to contribute to solving problems now into the future. We must get rid of omerta in all organizations and help transform those people to more value adding roles in our society.

Investment in a sustainable striving and functioning planet Earth

I believe investment ought to only have incentives when they are contributing significant value, energy, and benefits to individuals, families, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, life support systems and Planet Earth. When they do otherwise, there should be disincentive in terms of provisional equilibrium compensation to those that do add significant value, energy, benefits, creativity, ingenuity, enlightened progress and innovation. Companies, corporations, agencies, and all organizations will transform into ecological niche organizations where their role in the ecosystem relates to everything else in a continual benefit producing way each striving to do the best they can to prioritize the creation of healthy people, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, life support systems, and Earth itself. It does not make rational sense in its current form. It will make more rational sense when we prioritize compensatory return on investments and dividends after we have significantly contributed to the creation of the ecological value contribution index which is a cumulative relatively weighted indicator that measures relative success towards those sustainable striving criteria. Investment ought to be more dynamic functioning providing significant resources to those ecological niche organizations that add the most in terms of making the world a better place in as many ways as possible. We must invest on the ecological value, energy, and benefit contribution index rather than any sort of solely profit motivated objective. In fact, the profit objective should be secondary in a relatively weighted way to ecological value contribution. Ecological value contribution in absence of any significant profit should be funded by significant ecological equilibrium compensation from the people and transformed agencies that provide more on the public benefit side of the spectrum until such organizations are mature enough to add profit as part of a reinvestment in innovation and creativity which adds more ecological value contribution units to individuals as well. In other words, investing in a high ecological value contribution index niche organization will increase an individuals ecological value contribution index as well. These methods will provide for continual adaptation to meet the needs of our planet all the way down to the needs of individuals. Those producing the first 2 objectives will reach the tertiary level of providing actual traditional return on investment and dividends to individuals who have provided the investment energy (sunergy) back to investors for doing a great job researching and understanding the high ecological value contributing ecological niche organizations. Thus there is an incentive for individuals to become very educated with knowledge and experience about making the world a better place in some way or cumulatively in order to do well understanding ecological niche organizations. Simply put, it creates a huge incentive for real education about real things rather than just numbers in a solely profit motivated world. We must transform from the complexity of solely profit motivated indicators which really do not tell you anything about the reality of the company but somehow determines the wealth of the company and wealth of investors. It is irrational the way things are done today. For the most part, we have no idea on the ecological/social/individual impact each organization is contributing to our planet cumulatively speaking. Some of us could provide an educated guess however. It is rather disturbing to me that the stock market investing is a lot about understanding re-occurring patterns in business. Each individual that invests in the stock market does research on performance, looks at temporal patterns, goes with trends of public perception, acts on advice from those that know more, or knows how to play the game. It is disturbing to me that there is so much time wasted in these efforts to understand the potential performance of a company financially yet we know very little about the actual value energy and benefits it is providing to all of us and our planet. In fact, investors could be investing in companies whose stock performance is always predictably beneficial at certain times but they at the same time may not realize that they may be contributing to extreme resource depletion, labor exploitation, pollution of the environment in many ways, detrimental health problems, or may be contributing an immense amount of systematic detrimental impact on people, relationships, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, our life support systems, or planet Earth itself. It seems that we are rewarding those that spend a lot of time researching these patterns and tips. However, I believe it is a waste of time to devote a tremendous amount of human intellect, potential talent, creativity, imagination, and innovation toward finding new ways to look at financials and performance when we should be devoting that time and effort to learning about real behavior and impacts on the totality of advancing our society so we can sustainably strive to have world without end…

Need for Holistic Planning

Without holistic planning, we are lost. Coupled with the current lack of definition of money, we seem to do whatever makes us the relatively quickest return or profit with less consideration for externalities. The associated potential impact on individuals, communities, society, the natural environment our life support systems, and Earth itself is way beyond the totality of our understanding of what our conscious allows us to imagine, analyze and assess. Therefore, in order to minimize the potential for detrimental impacts, we must function closer to natural functioning whenever possible so we can catch up on our understanding of what we are actually doing to everything and everybody in a multidimensional context. We really needed this step prior to the industrial revolution as well as the information technology revolution. I am hoping it is not too late to turn around out of control detrimental feedback loops, but the need is now and the need is real. We should start holistically planning and expand our existing efforts as soon as possible. We need everyone (individuals and organizations) to be healthy everywhere so we can all work together constructively in a well planned relative way giving more weight to those with the most multidimensional and interdisciplinary knowledge, education, experience and well intentionedness. We need leaders in these positions that are first and foremost individuals that have the ability to stand up for what they know and believe while at the same time striving minimize harm to everything and everyone. We need to err on the side of caution as well. However, minimizing the need to do so requires that we look to Nature and beneficial real God principles for guidance and reliance first. Then as we approach frontiers, we have the appropriate context and knowledge to assess the risk of adapting to existing conditions in an interdisciplinary enlightened and cautious way. World without end…

What is money really?

Money is not defined in a rational way in our society thus it is what it becomes. What it should be is another story in my opinion. I believe that because we do not have an understanding or a systematic definition for money we are constantly dealing with out of context problems created by its allocation because it was not defined in the first place. In a nature context, money to me could be like a nutrient or like energy from the sun. However, our solely anthropocentric perspective seems to create whatever it can from what we traditionally know as money without consideration of growing things like nature does. In nature, everything works together with everything else and tends to minimize energy expenditures while growing something. We have a choice. We can grow beneficial things or we can grow things that kill, hurt, destroy people, societies, life support systems, our natural environment or Earth itself. Wouldn’t it be great if we begun to prioritize functioning that produces as much ecological value, energy, and benefits as possible in a cumulative sense when it comes to choosing allocation towards growing something. If we grow too many predatory individuals and organizations that function in ways that detrimentally impact relatively significant keystone species or any other part of our dynamically functioning ecosystems or world in a significantly impacting way, we contribute toward destroying natures balance and increasing the risk that doomsday will arrive on this planet earlier than it would have if we been more harmonious, loving and caring toward everything and everyone. I believe it is time to define money in a more rational science oriented way that takes into consideration ecological benefits, energy and value produced as well as ecological relative equilibrium compensatory mechanisms for the detrimental impacts that are sometimes inevitable as we continue to adapt and incorporate human wants and needs. Therefore, I believe we should propose and define something that functions like what we used to know as money but in a more mature rational way. Let us call it something like the sun, soil, nutrients, or energy. Should it be called something like “Sunergy” units or something like that. Whatever we want to call it, it should be something that signifies growth of beneficial things for purposes of growing more of the same. It should be called the same thing all around the planet.

Inclusion and Embracing instead of Shunning and Excluding

A long time ago I thought it might be worthwhile to bring together everyone who loves and cares and through time bring people on board until everyone was included and helping one another in a more embracing and uplifting way. I recently was reminded in a church event that it may not be as difficult as it seems because it is sort of a spatial temporal exponential growth sort of like a candle being lit where each successive candle being lit increases the rate at which all the candles are lit around the world. Back in the late 1980’s my context was the sum total of my my life experience and education. Had I known then what I know now, I would have planned together with the most loving, caring, well intentioned and most value, energy and benefit producing people on planet Earth. Somehow, those that have had some sort of controlling influence or power over me seem to take everything out of context and make me look bad in the process because they would rather exclude me rather than include me. Out of context behavior creates potential detrimental and significant impacts as those with the least ability try and make a go of the concepts with only their life experience and education controlling their perspectives. In fact, everyone should strive to be individuals first otherwise you take on those characteristics of those that control you. Fire ecology reminds me as well that the more fuel for love and caring behavior, the more vigorous it will spread and more wind will be generated which spreads it faster and faster as well. It is time to transition and transform our existing behavior in both the individual or organizational context everywhere as soon as possible. No human miracle should be shunned or excluded because each one of us knows most about what we know about and each one of us is needed to contribute towards preventing and solving all of the problems we have on planet Earth now and over the horizon world without end…

Individuals, Organizations, and Solving Problems in a way things Should be in a Sustainable Striving World

Every individual and organization ought to be on a dynamic continuum. No longer can we have boundrified structures and functions for human beings and organizations.  It limits us and causes war like ultra competition.  These fortified structures have increased the amount of detrimentally impacting behaviors that contribute to downward spiral feedback loops at both societal levels as well as individuals.  Each person and organization should have a public to private spectrum where everyone and everything has connectivity to a public side of the spectrum all the way to the private side of the spectrum. Human beings are the foundation so we must strive to be healthy in all ways and in all manners.
      I believe we need connectivity for everyone on both sides of the continuum.  Voting is not enough.  Connecting with just your friends is important but we have the capabilities to include absolutely everyone.  Therefore, we need to connect everyone everywhere.  If everyone is connected, they will be less likely to need help in a reactionary type of way.  Everyone will be included and will always be working along the continuum depending on their situation at that particular time.  In fact, some people may desire to have several responsibilities along the continuum depending on their enthusiasm, abilities, and desire to help make the world a better place   Everyone will be included all the time interacting constantly with others.  As a side benefit of the potential to be helped before you need help, you will be able to contribute directly  in an inclusive form of symbiotically functioning organizations with nothing but beneficially impacting behaviors. As well as individuals, these organizations function continually and relatively on both sides of the spectrum no matter what their role or mission.  These individuals and organizations will contribute to comprehensive knowledge and  relatively weighted contributory information towards making the world a better place to live.
     Who are you really?  You are a human miracle that is very important and relevant in this world.  No matter who you are.  With this method, you will continuously develop yourself while contributing what you have to offer somewhere along the spectrum.  It is all about continual learning and continual contribution.  The amount of time and energy that you commit along with the benefits you provide will make way for reciprocated resources in the way of connectivity, public benefits, equilibrium compensation benefits, compensation, reduced insurance and other incentives depending on the amount of assistance you provide.  Contributions can be a broad spectrum including data collection, actual on the ground work helping others , helping with your expertise in your field of interest, and really anything that needs to occur to help make the world a better place.  If a person gets laid off or fired from their main role in society, they will immediately shift their focus on the continuum automatically being accepted on the more public benefit producing side of the spectrum.  Immediately, they will be connected to others along their path of interest according to their desired path in life.  They will be able to devote more of their energy towards helping others, the environment, or everyone etc.  In exchange,  equilibrium compensation will be provided .  There will be no more unemployment.  We will all function on a public to private continuum with limitless bounds on either end.  This way we will only be limited by the amount of energy, benefits, value, imagination, and creativity we as individuals have the potential to offer.
     When we all contribute in a relatively weighted way, we will be able to provide the needed assistance, data, needs, and wants to people and organizations that not only care but care about you.  In other words, if we transform to a perspective where it is all about helping one another instead of getting people in trouble or ultra-competing with one another we have limitless potential.  Those with the most responsibility and real leader qualities will mentor and guide the rest of us. One of the greatest benefits will be appropriate well planned accuracy and precision when it comes to data, analysis, scientific research, and making decisions  Currently, we roughly estimate the unemployment rate, poverty levels, and all sorts of other data when it relates to human beings.  We are more important than the relative error associated with rough estimates.  We need the appropriate planning associated with the actual problem solving objectives of the problem including needs relative to related problems.
       While we are getting rid of these problems forever, we will better understand our closer to reality situation.  Currently, we make decisions from data and analysis that does not represent good enough information.  Many people are needlessly suffering because we don’t have good enough reliable information about the way things really are closer to reality.  This allows lobbyists, politicians and anyone else in a decision making role to talk about problems without ever really knowing the closer to reality information and knowledge.  I had a mentor that said, “facts are information taken out of context”.  It’s true.  Therefore, we must stop the out of context judging and decision making that is occurring all the time in our society and in our world.  It is a waste of time and resources.
       One way this would help is to find those places that have higher suitability and opportunity. In other words, we would be able to find places where we could start start an ecological niche organization, opportunities to help, or opportunities for holistic minded people to innovate, create, and contribute.  I am worried that the current ways of doing things is a tremendous waste of time, energy, and resources because we waste so much time arguing over things that we don’t really know with greater relative certainty multidimensionaly speaking.  It will enable us to solve and prevent problems in a holistic way before they spiral out of control.  Another great benefit of this way of doing things is that you feel part of a family and connectivity to everyone else so you are less likely to get in your survival zone and less likely to slip into out of control feedback loops.  You will never have a chance to feel isolated and detrimentally lonely.  Imagine all the lives that would be saved.  Wouldn’t it be worth it if we could save just one life.  Again, even if you get laid off, you will immediately be associated with others that will help you get back on you life’s path to happiness.  No matter what your individual characteristics or stage in life, you will have access to the best resources to get you back on you feet promptly.  It really would prevent people from slipping into extreme survival zones with out of control feedback loops.  In essence, it would protect people in a more holistic way before there is an opportunity for things to spiral way out of control.  Most importantly, it will enable people to feel loved and cared about.  This coupled with connectivity to help resources will quickly allow us to pick people up when they fall down or have a problem in life.  Desperation will cease as the dynamic helping process will get you back on track.  Even if you have problems at work you can get help with connectivity along the spectrum.  Additionally,  this method will enable holistic professionals to help you in a more preventative sense instead of waiting to react when you are ill, homeless, unemployed, of need help in any other way.  This stops the multiplying effect by quick problem intervention and solutions so it minimizes others from getting hurt as well. When we help everyone and allow everyone to contribute what they can contribute only then can we make the world a better place to live.
      Most of all, I believe this solution coupled with the help project (See Help Project) will prevent violence, suicides, domestic violence, violent crimes, homelessness, hunger, poverty, mental illness, suffering, and despair.  This project will strive to eliminate all crime.  It will provide assistance and connectivity to all people who need help before things have a chance to spiral out of control.  It will also serve as a means to study how to make things better all the time in a multidimensional way.  The ultimate goal is to solve and prevent problems in a holistic and peaceful manner before things get way out of control for individuals which leads to downward spiral for relationships, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, and Earth itself.  Imagine how much more integrated and unified in purpose we would be.  Wouldn’t it be great to transform to a way things could be sustainable striving planet Earth.
