\nEach of these can be assigned a relative importance or relative significance weight, which could vary by the relative contribution of each index relative to each index contribution to the overall cumulative rating. Each ENP may be evaluated differently relative to the general relative importance of the role or function in society. Thus, the overall index could be compared to any other ENPs even though we arrived at the cumulative comprehensive index differently.
