Being employed in an organization made me realize I can use it as a microcosm for the rest of my life experience. It seems as if when I come up with one of the best ideas on Earth, I am was told to “do my job” and that’s “not my job.” Everything I do is seemingly being extracted and exchanged, and I am being excluded.
