Somewhere in human history, we started focusing on death in every way possible, literal, figurative, and imaginative. It appears as if it even became one of Earth’s most lucrative functioning phenomena. It may have something to do with the concept of people being infinitely perceived threats or risks to globalization security in every way possible. The same may be true on the employment level and when someone becomes a security risk to high-level executives or is an infinite perceived threat to traditional complacent functioning in a corporation or other organization, for example. As I alluded to in my previous paper, it may have something to do with the perceptions or reality associated with the proximity to the atomic bomb and plutonium manufacturing in all ways, shapes, forms, literal, figurative, and imaginative. The higher elevations in the infinite variabilization hierarchical structures of organizations and people seem to be connected to all the resources on earth to set off an “atomic bomb” or disperse atomic plutonium-like fission energy literal, figurative, imaginative in any person’s life, families, life, communities, life, organizations life, county, school, state, country, organization, and any manufactured roman colosseum thereof. If the fission energy does not impact you, the “radiation,” which tends to stay with a person for a long time, will. Therefore, this type of functioning is very detrimentally and cumulatively significantly impacting all life forms on Earth, especially our human family or human community, as we tend to be bioaccumulation all of this type of manufactured “pollution” in every part of our bodies, hearts, minds, souls, brains, and every cell. The same applies to impacts on our natural environment, areas, community, and planet Earth. We have prioritized this completely irrational, unreasonable, unrealistic, and the opposite of holistic ignorance instead of focusing on our priorities on planet Earth for everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth. The focus on anything other than our rational, reasonable, realistic, holistic priorities except natural healthy living is opportunity cost lost on where we could be allocating our energy and our resources. I am looking forward to the day when we end the manufacturing walking dead people, as I lay dying people, grateful dead people, pollution excluded people, employment violence dead people, 1000 ways to die-dead people, assassinations, legal standing dead people, national security dead people, casualties, disabled dead people, diagnosed dead people, labeled dead people, all victimization violence, and survival zone suffering that contributes to earlier than expected “natural causes” death. Instead, I am suggesting a living, loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, genuine kindness striving, exploration, and learning, in context with nature striving, natural spirituality, and natural healthy living approach to living on planet Earth as we adaptively strive towards nothing but a future desired future condition for everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth. As a proposed alternative, I suggest Nature Motion Energy Generation Integration and the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers cycle with the location-enabled integrated device and a border/boundary transcending similarity condition foundation and unique diversity pyramid. The similarity condition is to keep everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth in the most natural, healthy, balanced nature striving condition, stable condition, and sustainable striving condition relative to the most natural condition; This promotes endless choices of experiences, learning exploration experiences, and all other experiences. As a holistic consequence, natural health is generated as a negative feedback loop cycle (the greatest condition) as we contribute to all broader contexts, including families, communities, areas, ecoregions, continental islands, the surface area of planet Earth, the atmosphere, and planet Earth itself. This promotes nothing but the greatest nature striving for naturally healthy living conditions for everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth so we can live life to the fullest, highest relative freedom as we are inspired to live by inspiration areas, nature immersion areas, all nature immersion activities, humanity immersion activities, hiking, skiing, golf, bicycling, inspirational incentives, inspirational collaboration, inspirational inclusion, inspirational acceptance, inspirational milestones, naturally balanced energy allocation, ecological equilibrium compensation investment incentives, and inspirational ideas sharing. Unique diversity allows natural holistic adaptive positive energy to be allocated or invested anywhere needed, inspired, or desired on Earth. This idea transitions investing to a more real positive, energy, value, and benefitting tangible concept. Consequently, this creates the macrocosmic similarity associated with the microcosm of choosing areas to live, choosing areas to explore, and designing your first house, as Earth itself becomes a collection of inspirational communities, natural areas, parks, pastoral landscapes, oceans, lakes, and wilderness, etc. that we consider our broader home. Unique diversity allows us to adaptively strive towards more desired future conditions with creativity, ideas, adaptive creativity, innovation, investments, and energy allocation, preventing destructive resistance to change monocultures susceptible to extreme perturbation. Therefore, I am optimistic, hopeful, grateful, and appreciative of the intensive allocation of positive energy by anyone, anywhere on Earth, as well as the extensive allocation of positive energy by everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth. At the top of the hierarchical structures chain reaction are extreme monoculture kings, castles, and kingdoms that are primarily concerned about self-preservation of money, power, wealth, controlling domination, knowledge of knowledge (instead of focusing on knowledge itself for holistic reasons), the business of business (instead of focusing on the holistic ideas, holistic contexts, naturally healthy living, and holistic adaptive creativity), and extreme omerta-the silence violence or code of silence. Strangely, we prioritize, accept, include, and promote organizations, people, and functioning (kings, castles, kingdoms) that are more proximal to the atomic bomb, plutonium, and the starting of fission reactions (literal, figurative, imaginative). The strangest concept on Earth is that these kings, castles, and kingdoms at the top of infinite variabilization hierarchical structures are considered the perfect idealistic notion of perfectionism on Earth. It is even a stranger concept that the most naturally healthy living, nature striving, natural spiritual proximal holistic well-motivated in context positive energy, value, benefit creating, and contributing people have not been accepted or included for the last 200 to 500 years. Discovery, investigations, and the attorney functioning around discovery may be the most violent extraction exchange exclusion-taking concept on Earth because it can coincidently start an optimistic and pessimistic case simultaneously for investment-taking purposes. Investigations have infinite prerogative discretion and relative weight assignment on what to focus on. This is especially true if greed and temptation compulsions outweigh rational, reasonable, realistic, holistic, genuine, well-motivated, loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving in context with nature striving, natural spirituality, and natural healthy living. It also creates a switcheroo situation where people can have their lives taken from them, including all their history. They can do this because of the fragmented and complex coincident functioning of all the infinite variabilization toolboxes, tools, weapons, and ammunition on Earth, including the reactionary adaptive planning of all the organizations, people, laws, policies, research, people’s lives, common law, insurance reports, medical records, and all that is known about previous generations. Discovery is just like infinite variabilization of high-level corporations’ employment violence takings. While discovery is ongoing, they can allocate whatever weight they choose to anything that happens. As far as I understand, there is some extreme takings privilege that is being used as an investment to get relevancy and validity regarding everyone, everything, everywhere as much as possible. Again, this is like extractions, exchange, exclusion takings, and employment violence. As they invest in the takings process, their prerogative to focus on anything and everything helps keep them in a controlling position on both the negative and positive sides of the spectrum. They can allocate any amount of energy and relative weight to anything they choose along the entire spectrum at any time. It may be that attorneys and the discovery process are also considered a dormant blame mechanism as well for the big picture controlling domination violence on planet Earth. I am not sure yet, but I am interested in understanding and learning about the 200-year relationship between the proximity of Old Kings Highway, early extremely rural colonial settlements, Pomfret, Vermont, and the Marsh, Billings, Rockefeller estate/farm in Woodstock, Vermont. It may have started intensively 200 years ago in this region as well. It may also be similar to the functioning of Litchfield Law School in Litchfield, Connecticut.

My hypothesis is an honest assessment based on all my observations, explorations, and experiences. I hope we all can harmoniously collaborate in a more unified, holistic way once we get past the out-of-context functioning associated with the greedy traditional attorney, investigations/ and discovery process. Imagine what it would be like to allocate only positive energy and well-intentioned knowledge on the holistic side of the spectrum. Suppose we accept and include everyone everywhere on Earth as a similarity foundation condition. In that case, the strange concept of employment, executive functioning, process and procedures violence, the busyness of business violence, knowledge of knowledge violence, and extreme Omerta-code of silence violence will transition to a more proximal mentoring approach that is rational, reasonable, realistic, holistic unified community collaboration. Therefore, I suggest transitioning to something similar to the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle with the location-enabled integrated device and a similar unique diversity pyramid. This transitions us to holistic, more generalized, more straightforward, and more natural living, learning, exploring, and experiencing all that life has to offer. This allows the elimination of traditional corporations, governments, legal, law, policy, reactionary investigations, reactionary reductionism, process, borders, boundaries, complexity, fragmentation, much of the procedures, and all associated opportunity costs lost on what could be allocated towards our real priorities. I favor a common unified loving, sharing, caring, giving, forgiving, and genuine kindness striving in context with nature striving for natural spirituality and natural healthy living. Then, we can all adaptively strive together towards the desired future condition on Earth.

Omerta- The code of silence causes a lack of realistic holistic prioritization. The concept of Omerta- the code of silence for the past 200 to 500 years or more- has caused a condition where it is difficult for anyone to prioritize anything at all relative to the broader contexts. Omerta at the top causes omerta at the bottom, causing endless dysfunction. The coincident functioning of prioritization of business instead of the priorities themselves, as well as the knowledge of knowledge instead of holistic knowledge itself, creates extreme monoculture resistance to change, which causes extreme susceptibility of perturbation to everyone, everywhere on Earth. Because of omerta and the perception of the lack of loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kindness striving in context with nature stiving, natural balance, natural healthy living, and natural spirituality connectedness to everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth, we have been prioritized on more focus on more of the means functioning. If we had access to all the conditions on planet Earth in a Be-aware stacking or regions stacking like maps and lists for the surface area on planet Earth, then we could plan our lives according to the greatest relative priorities so we could all harmoniously contribute the suitable and appropriate energy towards those priorities. People cannot sufficiently plan their lives out because we do not know anything related to these priorities or our real needs, past, present, and future. I look forward to the day when the conditions are holistic enough to share absolutely everything that should be shared with everyone on Earth. Even health data could be shared and interpolated by every location on Earth if we create an anonymous number-linking system. My dream is to have “each of us” have ecogeosystematic or map-based access to everyone, everything, everywhere to end the omerta-code of silence survival competition prioritization, process/procedure survival competition prioritization, knowledge of knowledge survival competition prioritization, manufactured complexity/fragmentation survival competition prioritization and business of business extreme survival competition. It would be great to have access to everything because life becomes about living, learning, experiencing, exploring, loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kindness, striving in context with nature striving, natural healthy living, and natural spirituality. Knowing as much as can be known allows more joyful conversation and communication with others, which allows more cross-exploration of other people’s life experiences as well. It also helps us recognize changes and helps ask great questions that may lead to a hypothesis, alternative hypothesis, null hypothesis, holistic ideas, holistic creativity, holistic investment, and holistic planning. By knowing more accurate, relevant, and inciteful living knowledge, we naturally become more balanced with everyone, everything, everywhere as we strive to adapt towards the desired future conditions. The old way was too much about manufacturing irrationality, unreasonableness, and unrealistic opposite of holistic perceptions. It is time to prioritize everyone, everything, and everywhere on Earth in a similar condition and in a unique, diverse way.

Business itself should be more known as a niche organization in context with everyone, everything, everywhere such that it mimics more of a Nature perspective where everything is related to everything else.

Intentional and Itinerant Omerta-(the code of silence) creates continuous infinite employment and enslavement every second of your life in a downward spiral positive feedback sort of way.

The tomato I had for lunch from God, Nature, and the Universe reminded me that it was a good time to discuss the Byzantine symbol hypothesis. The symbol resembles a Byzantine cross and may represent a scaler’s endless win at any cost-controlling domination strategy.  It may be an eternal distraction and diversion tactic as well.

I have noticed a similarity with the way the blame mechanisms employment violence of the government industrial complex, legal industrial complex, law industrial complex, omerta industrial complex, political industrial complex, liberty cycle extremism industrial complex, medical industrial complex, psychology industrial complex, technology industrial complex, the military-industrial complex, and pharmaceutical industrial complex. It may be an indicator that all of these sectors, organizations, and people employed by them may be being used as a type of management, control, labeling, dirt file collection, and diagnostic manufacturing blame mechanisms and broad scale to fine-scale “employment violence” for the controlling domination, money, power, wealth, and globalization expansionism associated with the cumulative totality of the Earth. It may be about the entirety of the overt and obscure economy, control of all resources, Nature, and all the money laundering. It makes a lot of sense that this is occurring because it is strange that we have not been able to solve the 200 to 500-year obscure war with conventional resources and people such that the planet Earth’s monocultures had to manufacture new toolboxes, tools, weaponry, weapons, and industrial strength reactionary reductionism complexity positive feedback loops as well as irrational dogma and draconian functioning in all forms all the time. In conclusion, this hypothesis adds to the support of previous hypothesis generation about there being an infinite variabilization investment strategy of organizations, people, laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, towns, counties, states, provinces countries, and all other bordered and boundrified constructs from the broadest possible conceptions to the finest conceptions including use of words and phrases as definition castles as weapons, ammunition, toolboxes, and tools of war to win at any cost. We should not look at traditional money as an indicator because it was not in context with tangible impacts and actual costs to everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth. Instead, we must create a more context-normalized approach or indicators of real success like ecological equilibrium compensation and/or investment strategy approach to balancing the needs of everyone, everything, everywhere in a similar way and unique diversity way, respectively. The cumulativeness of traditional money on Earth is more like a surrogate indicator of the cumulative totality of detrimental impacts. It is time to have compassion for everyone involved or those who were fooled, as many or most were misled by overwhelming power, authority, and controlling domination, which likely came from money, power, wealth, controlling domination on Earth that had infinite compulsions to win the 50, 100, 150, 200, 500, 1000, or 2000 or more year war against those that believed in more of a natural spirituality, nature striving context, and natural healthy living holistic perspective. It is also very sad to know people were killed, overtopped, enslaved, heckled, hazed, humiliated, ostracized, fired, tortured, confined, isolated, impacted, and put into extreme survival zones or employment violence as well as extreme enduring situations.  It is time to unify everyone on Earth in more of a way things should with a loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kindness striving in context with nature striving, natural spirituality, and natural healthy living common and unifying similarity foundation condition. Then, unlimited monoculture can prevent naturally healthy diversity if it meets the similarity condition.

It should be the natural condition that everyone is protected from intellectual property infringement and everything else. Creating the need for laws, processes, and procedures makes it an unnatural requirement when it should be more of a naturally accepted condition. In a way, the law makes it easy to take from impacted people because conditions can be manufactured to take advantage of others in a huge number of diverse, obscure ways in the first place. Do you ever wonder why what should have been the most important part of computing, the preservation of data, was at the bottom of the prioritization list? For these reasons, I favor a generalized loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kindness striving in context with nature striving, natural healthy living, and a natural spiritual approach to living on Earth as a similar foundation condition. This similarity condition creates a foundation for endless naturally healthy, unique diversity, which functions as a natural check and balance and prevents the formation of destructive and resistant to change monocultures. It also eliminates all the unnecessary fragmentation, complexity, borders, and boundaries on Earth that are used in a traditional administrative way, which is way more complex with more natural conditions. Monocultures also increase the susceptibility to perturbations for the organization, employees, everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth. I favor the more generalized similarity and unique diversity approach as it eliminates all the fragmentation and complexity in favor of a more natural and simplified approach to living on Earth. Lawyers have way too much natural value, energy, and benefit contribution potential for everyone, everywhere on Earth when we tend to put them on the industrial assembly line doing mundane processes and procedures paperwork. Focusing on the means to the stability striving ends is like opportunity cost lost on what could be allocated to something else way more naturally healthy and in context with the real prioritized needs of our world, our people, our natural environments, our communities, our families, our atmosphere, and the surface area of planet Earth.
