Transitioning the entire legal profession to holistic counselors and prescriptive advisers

It is time for the legal profession to transition to a more holistic concept to minimize perturbation on society and the Earth. It would be great to have holistic counselors and holistic prescriptive advisers giving us holistic prescriptive advice. This means that they should stop solely functioning in a reactionary way and integrate themselves into society’s everyday functioning in a dynamic way. Essentially, they could be a bridge between ecological niche organizations when things get too complex or difficult to understand. Instead of having pages of contracts, laws, rules, and procedures, why don’t we have what I can say is good faith “bridges” between those who will enter into some relationship? I believe the new role will be more exciting and continually enlightening as the nature of human interactions and dynamics get filtered through holistic prescriptive advice and counseling obtained from researchers and knowledge transference sources and those who know the most in society. I believe courtrooms should transform into a more natural setting for holistic arbitration because they give people perspective and contextualize things. I think the name for the court system should be changed to the holistic arbitration system. However, I suspect there will only be a few of these needed in a way things should be sustainable striving planet Earth. For example, wouldn’t it be great if you want to have a relationship with an ecological niche organization to conduct what we call “business,” that you speak with someone with both interests in mind? In essence, the intermediary will help bridge the gap of understanding needed to do business with one another so there are no misunderstandings. Hence, there will be no more legalese, contracts, fine print, misunderstandings, and confusion. However, there will be a cordial working relationship where counselors and advisers help cross-educate one another about the needs and expectations of both parties. Functioning in this manner allows continual growth, continuous improvement, continuous education, and continuous innovation and seems like a lot more fun than traditional reactionary legal formalities.

Consequently, we will cease the fighting and begin working together in a holistic, sustainable, striving manner that not only helps our integrated functioning but also allows more continuity and connectivity with one another in a positive way. I suspect that we will integrate more systems to help us work together in a more sustainable, striving, knowledge-building way. These systems will help these new counselors and advisers learn the most and bridge both sides with nothing but holistic, well-meaning bridging and innovation.
