Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
In many ways, an investigation is a big black hole used when people do not know what to do. If you have to investigate someone, something, somewhere, it’s too late. We need to adapt to current conditions to move toward more desirable future conditions on Earth. Everyone should be uplifted enough that they don’t get into investigations. This means they should undergo reconciliation, confession, and counseling to rid themselves of potentially harmful behaviors that could lead to investigations. Investigations are negative energy. They occur only after somebody needed some help long ago. Therefore, we need a more holistic research approach to mitigate the risk of investigations. This holistic philosophy prevents people from getting hurt and protects everyone, everything, everywhere from the wasted energy involved in investigations. The energy allocated towards investigations would be better allocated in a holistic paradigm. Whenever there is an investigation, there is some instability in something or someone. It could be a person going through difficult times or instability, or an industrial process that pollutes the Earth and contributes to ill health in people and our natural environment.
It’s time to pick people up with inspirational incentives, holistic inclusion, and holistic acceptance on Earth. They need the energy to advocate for themselves and get the help they need before it’s too late. The people involved in Investigations would surely like to contribute to a more holistic, preventive approach to research, as it contributes more to heart energy (more like creating holistic rationality and nurturing). In contrast, investigations contribute more to head energy (more like manufacturing logic), destructive energy, and negative energy. Investigators themselves would find life much more rewarding if they could transition towards a more holistic preventative approach. Investigators have tremendous potential for positive energy because they can see beyond conventional functioning. They often use the term “connect the dots,” which is a way to understand phenomena beyond what is shown to us. However, the desire to transition to a more desirable future condition includes everyone, everything, and everywhere on Earth and beyond. Everyone should be holistically accepted, holistically included, and inspirationally incentivized to get beyond the reactionary reductionism investigation stage of our human existence on planet Earth.
Therefore, I write to you today to articulate a profound shift in our collective approach to societal well-being and problem-solving. It is my firm conviction that the very existence of an investigation signifies a systemic failure, a poignant indicator that preventative measures and compassionate support were absent at a critical juncture. Investigations, by their very nature, are reactive, consuming immense energy and resources in the aftermath of distress, rather than investing in the foresight to avert it. They represent a drain of energy, a focus on symptoms rather than root causes, and often deepen divides rather than heal them. In many ways, investigations produce information and so-called facts that are often information taken out of context. (Reidel pers Communication 1996)
Imagine a world where our primary focus is not on identifying wrongdoing after the fact, but on cultivating environments so robustly supportive that the conditions leading to such distress are significantly mitigated. We must transition from a paradigm of reactive scrutiny to one of proactive, holistic nurturance. This necessitates a fundamental re-evaluation of how we uplift every individual, fostering an inclusive global community where potential vulnerabilities are addressed long before they manifest as crises.
Our imperative is to foster a culture of comprehensive individual and communal well-being. This involves creating accessible pathways for reconciliation, encouraging open dialogue through confession, and providing robust counseling services designed to help individuals shed behaviors that could lead to detrimental outcomes. It means offering inspirational incentives for growth, championing unconditional acceptance, and ensuring that every person feels genuinely included and valued within our global tapestry. When individuals are empowered and supported, they possess the vital energy to advocate for themselves and seek assistance proactively, well before circumstances deteriorate into situations demanding intervention. Therefore, they will be able to contribute their energy towards helping everyone, everything, everywhere on earth as a positive energy feedback loop along with the rest of us.
Indeed, even those currently engaged in investigative roles possess invaluable skills that could be profoundly redirected. Their unique ability to “connect the dots,” to perceive patterns and correlations that elude conventional observation, is not merely a tool for post-hoc analysis but a powerful asset for predictive foresight. Imagine these brilliant minds contributing to a holistic research and exploration framework, one dedicated to understanding and addressing the societal, psychological, and environmental factors that contribute to instability. This shift would transform their work from arduous inquiry into proactive contribution, channeling their formidable intellect into constructing a more resilient and harmonious future. This preventative paradigm would not only avert individual suffering but also protect our collective energy from the depletion inherent in crisis management.
Whenever an investigation arises, it is a clear signal of underlying instability—be it within an individual navigating profound challenges or a broader societal imbalance. The time has come to elevate humanity through compassionate infrastructure, widespread acceptance, and robust inclusion. Let us provide the encouragement and resources needed for everyone to thrive, ensuring they receive the support necessary to navigate life’s complexities effectively. Our shared aspiration must be to transcend the reductive, reactionary stage of human existence on this planet. We envision a future where everyone, everywhere, is holistically accepted, genuinely included, and continually inspired to contribute their best, moving beyond the need for investigative scrutiny towards a collective flourishing built on empathy and foresight. Imagine the holistic energy of 8 billion people (everyone), everything, everyone could contribute. The Unidiversity Earth Research Explorers Cycle is one way we could harness the ubiquitous energy needed to make this holistic transition, because it involves a Unidiversity of all known knowledge and a method for holistically interacting with everyone on Earth as we contribute to everyone, everything, everywhere as a cycle in a relatively considered way when needed.
