We need the Unidiversity research explorer cycle because it will be responsible for ecological equilibrium compensation for similarity foundation remuneration for energy allocated.  Understanding this concept will involve ecological equilibrium compensation, derived from ecological impact assessment, self-assessment, and Eco Geo relativity.  Moreover, the cycle includes holistic, inclusive, and inspirational incentives for everyone, everywhere on earth.    In the future, individuals with unique diversity and unique life’s purpose may want to consider their similarity context as well and allocate more energy toward similarity foundation roles. The university will be able to weigh contributions from heart and mind, as well as contributions from physical energy allocation.   This is a really great thing because it removes the arbitrary and capricious salaries and wages people receive for the energy they allocate. Extremely arduous physical energy and heart energy allocation will be compensated at a much higher rate in the future.   This is because the human body can wear down, and you don’t have your entire life to contribute the physical energy. I learned this in several ways.   One person I talked to worked at Home Depot and sold flooring for $11 an hour.   Previously, he ran his own flooring installation business, where he made a decent living until his knees gave out, leaving him unable to continue.   My brother is also a physical and heart energy allocator, and he is having problems with his shoulders and arms because he has worked so hard throughout his life.   Therefore, because physical energy disability often occurs later in life, people in physical energy roles should be compensated at a higher rate.   The same is true for other heart-energy people on Earth.   They, too, need to be compensated at a relatively high rate because of the difficulties they endure and the balancing they must perform in their everyday roles.   I believe that heart-energy people are more collectively rational than manufactured-logic-only mind-energy people. It is often not the logic-oriented person’s fault because they were required to rely solely on their logic, a requirement imposed by industrial Earth and by kings, castles, and kingdoms. I forgive them because Logic manufactured logic-oriented people needed to allocate their energy with their brains only, which can be quite taxing, too.  But it is far more holistic and enduring to balance heart energy with brain energy.   If you weigh your heart energy more than your brain energy, you are probably contributing significantly to our society, our people, our natural environment, and our world.   Otherwise, if you work in industrial Earth, or in kings, castles, and kingdoms, it would be inspiring for you to transition as soon as possible to an in-context rational heart energy (or heart and mind) person. Manufactured logic energy allocation is really something to do with an extreme anthropocentric role or manufacturing anthropogenic pollution in some way on this earth. However, some logic-oriented people have a holistic mission, yet they may not be as rational themselves.  For example, I respect architects, but those architects who designed with more heart energy are more valuable because they keep things in context with people, the natural environment, landscapes, society, and communities. However, it is possible to contribute to extreme human functioning while also taking on more balancing similarity roles that focus on nature, people, society, communities, and everything else (similarity foundation roles).  Thus, architects who balance nature and humanity in their work deserve higher compensation than those who rely solely on manufactured logic. Moreover, I believe this is true for every position now and on the horizon across the planet.  People who interact holistically with the People need to have a lot of heart energy; thus, they should be compensated at a higher relative rate than some logic-oriented professions.   Some heart-oriented professions include counselors, baristas, nurses, doctors, cashiers, bartenders, waitresses, waiters, and others who work holistically.  In many ways, the situation is upside down in our world, where logic-oriented, manufactured professions are paid higher rates than heart-energy people.   The same is true for manufacturing logic brain energy Investors who tend to be less involved in holistic functioning and more interested in just building anthropocentric wealth.   Being a heart energy person is more holistic and thus contributes more value, energy, and benefits to everyone, everything, and everywhere on earth. It should be all of us.  Consequently, manufactured logic-oriented businesses, investors, and professions are mainly about making as much money as possible.   There are many manufactured, logic-oriented people in government as well, and they should not be paid at a higher rate than heart-energy people.   It is my opinion that if you’re a heart-and-mind energy person, like an actuary, a politician, a scientist, or someone who contributes deeply to analysis, for example, you deserve to be paid at a higher rate if your energy allocation has a heart energy context.   The same is true for investigators, military personnel, government employees, presidents, vice presidents, members of Congress, members of the Senate, and everyone else.   How many politicians and government employees fail the heart energy self-assessment? It is not up to me to judge whether someone is a heart-energy or mind-energy person; it is really up to you, as an individual, to assess yourself.  One can start the assessment process by going to reconciliation, confessions, and counseling.  However, I believe everyone should have a rational heart and an energy context beyond their manufactured, logic-oriented mind.  The logic-oriented people tend to be in more extreme, unhealthy conditions than heart energy, manufactured people, unless they have been overtopped with pollution from a manufactured logic-oriented world.   At the outset, people in a survival zone suffering are heart energy people because they will not do anything to survive on industrial earth, unlike many logic-oriented, manufactured people.   Therefore, homeless people and other impacted people on Earth need help as soon as possible.

I’m not giving up hope for any manufactured-logic mind-energy person, but they need to allocate energy toward understanding how to transition to more heart energy and rationality.   If they fail to get help with counseling, reintegration, confessions, learning, enlightenment, or education, especially on how to transition to more heart-energy people perspective, they will be stuck in their current condition.  Currently, for highly paid manufactured logic, mind-oriented people, a certain percentage of their pay must be contributed to ecological equilibrium compensation to help homeless people, the natural environment, society, communities, and others who need help until our world reaches a holistic dynamic equilibrium. How many manufactured logic-oriented approaches in this world contributed to our detrimental impact on people, our natural environment, our society, our communities, and our planet on Earth?

Consequently, one way to become a more heart-centered rational person is to adopt and remember the We-Me cycle foundation. The suggested foundation of loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, genuine kindness, striving to bring about conditions of comfort, joy, hope, Love, Unity, equity, faith, and sustainable, striving happiness. We also need to be more natural earth striving, natural healthy living striving, more holistic spirituality striving, and more natural humanity striving.   If everyone accepts this foundation on earth, or a similar one, everyone on earth will have a heart energy context, which is really great.   Nobody does it better than each of us and all of us together.
