We must lift everyone up to create a desirable feedback loop

Dear Reader,

Industrial earth creates the phenomenon of criminalization in the same way and for the same reasons as they sacrifice human dignity.   When you think about it, any sort of undesirable situation that’s manufactured by the industrial earth concept creates a scenario that you somehow deserved it.   Thus, my hypothesis is that we are manufacturing these types of scenarios to advance a one-dimensional perspective.  It allows the concept of success to materialize with certain people and the concept of failure to occur with others.   Consider the power of employment in the lack thereof.   Employment has a huge amount of power over you in every way imaginable.   If you’re somehow labeled as an undesirable, industrial Earth gets the benefits because those who were included are employed by industrial Earth.   In other words, it creates the perception of extreme competition and marginalizes those who aren’t ultra-competitive.   Our society uses the concept of perfectionism to weed out those considered imperfect.    Absolutism warrants people to be eliminated from life when they make a mistake.   Thus, perfectionism and absolutism are our products of industrial earth, and the marginalization of people is the pollution created there.

It is time we turn this type of phenomenon around and offer holistic inclusion, holistic acceptance, and holistic inspirational incentives to everyone on earth, not just the perceived perfect.    In fact, when you think about it, there are leaders in this world who are creating a huge amount of damage and detrimental impacts in our world because they perceive themselves as perfect.   Accordingly, they use absolutism rather than relativism to judge anyone and everyone who does not support them.   Overall, I wonder if these concepts are killing our planet because the more we create these concepts, the more we create war, violence, terrorism, marginalization, homelessness, criminals, and they are often left in a survival zone condition.   The feedback loop that occurs among employees, the medical system, the criminal justice system, the police, mental health professionals, counselors, and all other supporting mechanisms for the industrial earth concept.

Consequently, this creates a condition in which people allocate energy only to the affected people.   These affected people are manufactured by industrial Earth and may be considered widgets or rejected objects.   It is our choice.   Do we want an economy based on impacted people, or an inclusive, holistic, well-motivated, positive-energy situation for all people?   Let us start transitioning. Those people who were formerly used to treat the people of the planet Earth’s economy.   Their energies should be allocated in ways that leverage their holistic energy to transition people to a more desired future condition for everyone, everything, everywhere on earth.   We must pick everybody up by the bootstraps and allow them to flourish and thrive.   Imagine the heart energy that you would get knowing that your contributions are saving lives.

I am compelled to share a profound observation regarding the prevailing structures of our modern world. It appears that our current socioeconomic paradigm, which one might term the “industrial model of progress,” inherently generates societal marginalization and diminishes human dignity, not as unfortunate side effects, but as intrinsic outcomes of its very design.

This framework skillfully cultivates a narrative where individuals facing adversity are subtly coerced into believing they are solely responsible for their predicament. It’s a mechanism that effectively manufactures undesirability, conveniently deflecting systemic failures onto the shoulders of the individual. Consequently, this system rigidly defines success for a select few while simultaneously orchestrating conditions for widespread failure, thereby fostering immense disparities.

Consider, for instance, the immense leverage employment structures hold over an individual’s life. They dictate not only economic stability but often self-worth and social standing. When individuals are arbitrarily labeled “undesirable” or “unemployable,” the broader industrial system extracts disproportionate benefits. This process creates a stratified society where a privileged segment thrives, often at the direct expense of those deemed extraneous. Such an environment breeds relentless, often cutthroat, competition, inevitably marginalizing those who do not conform to this aggressive, narrow definition of “success.”

Societal norms, frequently underpinned by an unattainable ideal of perfectionism, actively filter out and disadvantage those perceived as flawed or imperfect. An absolutist mindset, demanding unwavering adherence and flawless conduct, often metes out severe, life-altering penalties for genuine human error. These constructs – perfectionism and absolutism – are, in my view, direct outgrowths of this prevailing paradigm. The resulting pervasive marginalization of human beings is its most insidious and far-reaching form of pollution.

It is imperative that we consciously shift away from this destructive orientation. We must champion a future founded on universal, holistic inclusion, genuine acceptance, and truly inspirational opportunities for all, transcending the exclusionary confines of perceived perfection. It is a striking irony that many influential figures, often operating under a self-assured, even misplaced, sense of infallibility, perpetuate significant global harm by imposing an absolutist worldview, condemning any who diverge from their narrow doctrines.

Ultimately, the entrenchment of these divisive ideologies contributes significantly to the escalating global crises we witness today: persistent conflict, pervasive violence, terrorism, widespread homelessness, and the tragic criminalization of poverty. These forces trap countless individuals in precarious “survival zone” existences. A destructive feedback loop sustains this reality, involving various foundational pillars of our society, including employment systems, the medical establishment, the criminal justice system, law enforcement, and even aspects of mental health support – all inadvertently or directly reinforcing the existing paradigm.

A tragic consequence is the immense allocation of human and financial resources towards merely managing the “impacted.” These are individuals who are, in essence, manufactured as “rejected widgets” or “disposable objects” by the very system ostensibly designed to serve them.

The fundamental choice before us is clear: do we continue to perpetuate an economy built upon the casualties of its own design, or do we passionately strive to forge a truly inclusive, holistic, and positively energized society that genuinely empowers every individual to thrive?

It is time to strategically reallocate the vast human capital currently dedicated to ‘patching up’ the casualties of this system. The expertise, empathy, and collective energy of these professionals should be proactively redirected towards fostering a regenerative future, enabling holistic well-being and flourishing for all beings, everywhere on Earth. Our collective endeavor must be to uplift every individual, providing the support and equitable opportunities necessary for them to fully actualize their unique potential.

Envision the profound fulfillment, the immense “heart energy,” that would emanate from a world where every contribution genuinely enriches lives and builds a shared, equitable, and sustainable future for all. This is not merely an aspiration; it is an urgent calling.

Sincerely,

Richard Thomas Simmons
