These methods put people in extreme survival zones, suffering. The use of liberty includes reactionary adaptive planning, which is a way to control people, like bait with extraction, exchange, exclusion, employment, violence, or worse. The conclusion is that liberty is being used as a way to control people into sub-servitude or slavery. This also leads to survival zone suffering. Just like the Paris Hill Jail in Paris Hill, ME, it may have been going on since the Revolutionary War as it was used as a tool to subservientize people who had the attention drawn to them. This behavior and functioning may go back to the 1500s when Saint Thomas More wrote the book Utopia and was convicted of heresy and beheaded. When takings compulsions are infinite, infinite compulsions to use liberty cycle extremism and cumulative totality pollution exclusion occur.
