Jobs and employment are about controlling and dominating

Jobs and employment should really be all about holistic energy allocation. It should be a health- and help-integrative effort on Earth, contributing to the commons, the common good, restoration, and a desired future condition, while also honoring life’s paths, purposes, and ecologically natural niche roles. Today, the concept of employment and jobs is really all about controlling the masses so that they will be in line with controlling domination on Earth. In essence, controlling domination uses money to control people with jobs and employment so that they will stay in line with the top-down agenda on Earth, which prioritizes traditional, out-of-context, and out-of-control economics. I believe people want the opportunity to contribute meaningfully on planet Earth, rather than in a top-down, controlled, and dominated way. They would like the freedom to collaborate with like-minded people in an integrative way to solve Earth’s major problems. Since nature is our provider, we ought to be in context with nature and nature’s humanity. For this reason, I suggest we have ecological niche roles on our planet, connecting us to Earth’s multiple ecosystems. This idea offers an in-context, integrative, systematic approach to understanding our problems, needs, and potential holistic solutions. Holistically, it lets us pool our energy on Earth. Opportunity should focus on finding areas on Earth that need help in any way imaginable. In fact, everyone can help identify the needs and problems in our world and exchange that work for credit and compensation. Therefore, we need to get past the concept of employment and jobs, as it is a top-down, controlling, dominating way to control the people and everything else on Earth. It is an out-of-context way to keep people focused on process and means of functioning instead of their true needs, holistic rationality, heart energy, and desire to live life to the fullest on planet Earth. Ever since I was younger, I’ve focused on the word entrepreneurship because it seemed like a desirable way to put energy into something you’re interested in, while also solving problems on our planet. Entrepreneurship has become a major focus worldwide today. In many ways, we need a community of helping organizations, missions, and holistic-in-context entrepreneurs to contribute and collaborate holistically. We must consider holistic structure and function instead of top-down control over everyone, employment, and jobs. Then we need a predictive index of where all of our help needs and energy allocation needs exist on our planet. Allocating energy on our planet is different from prioritizing out-of-context hierarchies of function, employment, control, and jobs. Jobs are kind of like throwing people a bone to keep them busy while the controlling dominators continue to control the world. Natural energy allocation is much better, as it seeks to find our natural needs and holistic opportunities to contribute. To me, entrepreneurship is about finding an ecological niche to allocate energy realistically, in context with what our world needs. Therefore, we need a cumulative, comprehensive, collaborative, integrative effort to allocate energy on our planet in ways that meet our world’s needs. I call these natural niche roles and missions, etc. Therefore, I propose eliminating the industrial Earth, Kings, castles, and kingdoms concept of employment and jobs as a primary way to allocate energy on our planet because it is really about traditional control and domination rather than holistically integrated problem-solving and meeting the needs of our desired future condition. In other words, jobs and employment create desperation for people instead of hope for a desired future.
