I am tired of hearing about workforces, work, and talk about out of context jobs. We ought to be talking about in context everyone’s holistic energy allocation, which unifies everyone on earth because overall it does not really matter in the broad scheme of things the multiple ways people allocate their energy in this world as we all are contributing to the holistic well-being of our planet, people, and holistic desired future condition.

Often times small business is out of context with needs in our world. We should have more planning and needs assessment in our world today. In the future, I hope to see everyone contributing towards this end. Everyone is both similarly important and unique diversity contributing in whatever way adds value, energy, benefits, and passion to our world. I pray that we all start getting respect for what we do such that we are included and accepted in our world. It is strange for some people to look down upon other professions. Things are changing immensely in our world, so maybe it will be possible in the future to have respect for everyone on earth.
