Need for Holistic Planning

Without holistic planning, we are lost. Coupled with the current lack of definition of money, we seem to do whatever makes us the relatively quickest return or profit with less consideration for externalities. The associated potential impact on individuals, communities, society, the natural environment our life support systems, and Earth itself is way beyond the totality of our understanding of what our conscious allows us to imagine, analyze and assess. Therefore, in order to minimize the potential for detrimental impacts, we must function closer to natural functioning whenever possible so we can catch up on our understanding of what we are actually doing to everything and everybody in a multidimensional context. We really needed this step prior to the industrial revolution as well as the information technology revolution. I am hoping it is not too late to turn around out of control detrimental feedback loops, but the need is now and the need is real. We should start holistically planning and expand our existing efforts as soon as possible. We need everyone (individuals and organizations) to be healthy everywhere so we can all work together constructively in a well planned relative way giving more weight to those with the most multidimensional and interdisciplinary knowledge, education, experience and well intentionedness. We need leaders in these positions that are first and foremost individuals that have the ability to stand up for what they know and believe while at the same time striving minimize harm to everything and everyone. We need to err on the side of caution as well. However, minimizing the need to do so requires that we look to Nature and beneficial real God principles for guidance and reliance first. Then as we approach frontiers, we have the appropriate context and knowledge to assess the risk of adapting to existing conditions in an interdisciplinary enlightened and cautious way.
