Inspiration, Incentives, and love

We, the people of planet Earth, need inspiration, incentives, and love while continuously striving to learn and contribute in at least one ecological niche role. Everyone has a vital role if inspired to contribute, learn, live, love, and create. It does not matter what you do as an ecological niche role(s) if you strive to do your best to add as much value, energy, and benefits to our communities, regions, society, and natural environment. Likewise, the more we integrate and communicate our connectedness, the more cohesive and inspired we will continue to create more value, benefits, and energy for our planet. However, initially, we need significant incentives as catalysts. People will be inspired once they are not treated like insignificant workers. Instead, the workers are the ones who create, beautify our world, and love the most because they often do not get much in return for what they do relative to those who have found a command and control, power, or elite position in our society. Wouldn’t it be great if we gave everyone incentives to create and contribute in ways that will inspire everyone else to continuously strive to develop and offer more incentives to others and our planet in an upward spiral feedback sort of way? At the same time, those who have found irrational power and control in our traditional world would realize that they have a lot to offer if they knew more about working together with the rest of us. They must transform themselves from protectionist irrational elitism as soon as they can and start contributing like the rest of us. For a while now, many have been insulated and isolated, residing in fortified structures of monoculture that do little more than reactively respond to crises, reactionary complexity, and chaos. Many are ill. Many are sick because the organizations they are a part of are ill. We can all be cured with inspiration, incentives, and love.

Prioritized health care for those in need.

Here are some ideas on planning out critical emergency care. First, I believe urgent emergency care should be prioritized more globally. We must look at things in a more spatially represented real-time way. The high relative importance and significance of each human life demands that we plan emergency health care in a way that provides immediate proximal help to those in desperate need of help as soon as possible. To accomplish this sustainable striving objective, we must spatially represent healthcare providers in real-time so they can respond immediately when someone needs help. Understanding the relative proximity of those who can help when an accident or a healthcare emergency occurs anywhere on planet Earth makes sense. Therefore, the actual location-enabled integrated device ought to be planned into a systematic geospatial solution so that we may strive to give the best care at the best response times possible. In a way, it is sort of like how white blood cells are attracted to an infection source. Healthcare ecological niche roles are somewhat like white blood cells at another scale. The sooner a healthcare niche role person with the highest qualifications possible gets to someone in need, the greater their chances of a favorable outcome. The most knowledgeable and able to help should be given incentives above and beyond the satisfaction of knowing they are helping people and our planet. Vacation time should also be an incentive for these people because, when they are on vacation, they will be on call wherever they are in the world. Incentives ought to be given for these professionals to visit higher-risk areas with higher chances of people getting ill or injured. Exploring for young professionals may be an excellent incentive for people willing to work or be on call in various parts of the world. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone knew that when they need help, the very best in the area are on their way to help?

Sustainable striving curriculum development for our World

Significant allocation must go to those producing the best-integrated curriculum for the world to share. Those with considerable skill in explaining material in an integrated lecture, audio, video, computer simulation, maps, art, and other integrated disciplines ought to help produce the absolute best possible “common core” or “broad courses.” Years ago, I explained that we all waste so much effort developing a curriculum for each class. This precious time could be devoted to learning and presenting instead if the classes could potentially be written once and shared. Suppose we produce the absolute best possible classes once and change them as needed over time. We can use them repeatedly, knowing that kids and others will get the best knowledge transfer and education possible. For example, I believe actors and the best computer animators could get involved. If they worked together with holistic curriculum planners, professors, and people who best know how to develop integrated visual media, those taking the classes would be exposed to the relatively best knowledge-transferring material in the world. Once the curricula are set and the courses are produced, we should share them online (the most trusted updated source of information and knowledge). Every university ought to be part of an Earth Unidiversity where most people will get most of their common core, love, nature, basic science, and other relevant integrated disciplines. If we combine the way online college courses do things, we ought to have exceptionally beneficially impacted, critical, and highly significant, well-planned projects. We ought to work together to create location-specific classes where people could learn about a place by clicking on an area of interest, for example, on a map. If we spatialized or geographically referenced everything in this regard, we ought to start having fun learning. At another level, human anatomy should also be taught this way because it is easier to visually understand what is going on in the human body than to memorize lists, etc. On every spatial and temporal scale, we can learn. It is all about imagining and planning how things can be in this world instead of getting stuck in the dogma of the past. Let us all transform this planet together and work together to put the past behind us as we strive for a more sustainable striving planet Earth. We must leave no one behind.

The basics of Ecological Equilibrium Compensation-[ Desired future condition-Current condition]=EEC

Ecological Equilibrium Compensation is co [desired future condition-Current condition(UVM-ENR 1998)] = E.E.C. Ecological equilibrium compensation functions like homeostasis does in nature. As long as the feedback is negative and we strive to keep things in balance or relative stability everywhere on Earth, we can strive to minimize detrimental impacts and strive for a sustainable striving future. Once I complete one of my dissertations called the help project, then we will know much better the how, when, where, why, and the resources to bring an area back into stability, striving for dynamic equilibrium. I can imagine working together with nature, which minimizes the potential for positive feedback. Eventually, it would be great to provide E.E.C… in a holistic preventative way that allocates resources ahead of the actual reactionary need for those resources. This methodology increases the likelihood that the potential for downward spiral feedback loops will be reduced in a sustainable, striving way into the future. Sometimes, it will not be easy as there is much science that we do not understand yet. But, at the same time, we know to a relative degree of certainty that doing certain things will produce a positive, beneficial outcome or contribute to a detrimental impacting process or system. However, that is where the continuously adapting and continuously learning sustainable striving for knowledge creation comes in. The allocation of resources should go along with trying to understand those things we do not understand. Hence, we must do a public scoping process of all integrated, interdisciplinary scientists and researchers (eventually everyone) to help us with eco-geo relative prioritization and relative allocation system dynamics in E.E.C. distribution. My thoughts about E.E.C. are that they ought to be prioritized on getting every human miracle functioning toward their potential to help us save our planet and everything on it. We must create as many scientists, researchers, teachers, holistic knowledge creators, interdisciplinary experts, and explorers as possible. However, we need to continue functioning with all the holistic disciplines and everything we should be doing in the future. In the future, we will assess the need to transform into ecological niche organizations and ecological niche roles. In doing so, we will assess the systems and integrated functioning of former industrial, corporate, bureaucratic, and other organizations to help them transform in a way that minimizes perturbation to our future holistically integrated systems as a whole and themselves, relatively speaking. Other ways E.E.C. may be used is with prioritizing local environment and natural resource commerce, prioritizing sustainable striving methods, prioritizing ecological value, ecological benefits, ecological energy, holistic planning efforts, travel for high ecological value contribution index people, incentives for people to live a certain way, incentives for helping, incentives for creating, incentives for striving to do no harm, incentives for striving to work together, incentives to learn, incentives for sustainable striving investment, areas that need help around the world, sustainable striving behavior, minimizing detrimental perturbations, incentives to use sustainable striving transportation systems, sustainable striving heat and energy production, minimizing pollution in all forms, minimizing industrial methods that have high detrimental impacts, sustainable striving environment and natural resources agricultural methods, community development, integrated functioning, bureaucratic minimization, simplification, cohesive functioning, complexity reducing, system creating, eco-geo relativity, incentives for high value contributing professions such as teachers, getting everyone an ecological niche role (at least one), helping parents and families, fusion, incentives to holistically function, public scoping imagination and exploration, and striving to get everyone working together saving our planet. We must prioritize our functioning that makes sense from an eco-geo relativity standpoint. We must not continue allowing those who know the least relatively to speak about other, more important aspects of survival on planet Earth. They must not make the decisions for the rest of us because the cost of their actions gets transferred to detrimental impact somewhere else in time. However, we must not leave them behind; they also have much creativity to offer our planet. We need people functioning together holistically, recognizing the broader multidimensional impacts that occur because they decide to function a certain way. Ecological Equilibrium Compensation is a way to provide incentives. The disincentive is not getting an incentive or having to provide ecological equilibrium compensation for other more sustainable striving methods. Systematically, this method propels us into an upward spiral feedback loop where knowledge guides us on our decisions instead of an out-of-context extreme ultra-capitalist, ultra-competitive ultra bureaucratic, chaotic complexity chaos-producing functioning.

Terrorism and horrorism

I believe terrorism and horrorism are a desperate attempt either to draw attention to a problem or a diversion from another more significant problem that is occurring on planet Earth. Sometimes, I wonder if these incidents are meant to elicit a response from people worldwide who care. We heard the term shock and awe factor in the Iraqi war. I wonder if the same technique (shock and awe) is occurring because they know how to show shock and awe. It is working because everyone in the world is paying attention to the “beheading,” etc, incidents that have occurred. Therefore, we must approach this issue with a helping attitude with peace and love. Showing up on the front doorstep with armaments does not make sense because that is what they want them to do. They want to draw more attention to their plight to divert more attention from what is really going on in our world today. Maybe it is true for both reasons. I believe that subservientized groups around the world are being sacrificed or are sacrificing themselves because they are in an extreme survival zone and will do anything to have their group survive. Jihad inherently means struggle (I heard it on the news yesterday). I think it is true that it is a struggle to have their perspective survive while simultaneously providing a diversion to other more significant problems occurring on planet Earth. I am not even sure the Jihadists know about the broader diversion if it exists. When groups display shock and awe, I wonder if it is out of desperation for themselves and their survival, and it may mean that transference is occurring from one more giant bubble to a smaller, seemingly more hostile, and desperate faction. I sometimes wonder if the time of Jesus was the same way. Were the elite status quo controllers concerned about Jesus being a threat to their top-down control? Weirdly, love could be a threatening thing. I am not sure about these things, but they sure are interesting. When you think about the martyrdom and horror that is going on, it makes you wonder about some command-and-control power organization that is being threatened. The people are being sacrificed either at their hands or by someone else. Does this power and control organization have some dominating power over the Jihadists to make them do what they do?

Cumulative stressors and cumulative significant Impact

I hypothesize that cumulative stressors are killing people. These stressors don’t come from one place or the other but often are ubiquitous throughout. All stressors that humans endure contribute to their demise if they are not part of an accepted elite organizational bubble. Not being accepted causes homelessness, illness, suicide, terrorism, violence, and never-ending struggle for individuals in our society. That is one reason why we have terrorism. Those that contribute to pollution, stress, cumulative significant impact, and war towards an individual or others are responsible for the impact created in our society. Those who make the demand for war and violence are responsible for society’s downfall. This endless controversy creates more and more demand for more and more controversy. The qualities and characteristics will take on a life of their own as we decide whether we want a police state or something more holistic. I have discovered that organizations are self-promulgating in that when an organization has a mission, they will live up to that mission no matter what. When things are slow, they pick up the pace of trying to find things wrong with people so they may condemn them instead of allowing them to live in a sustainable, striving-free society. We take on our self-made characteristics, so if we want to have a police state, we will have that. However, I believe a peaceful state with an enlightened populous is more desirable than top-down, self-promulgating organizations that do what they do to people. We must completely transform our society from violence (in all forms) and get people in trouble to a society built on the foundations of love, education, and knowledge building into the future. We must help one another everywhere. Otherwise, we are susceptible to an archaic society that allows only certain people to succeed in the current definition and allows others to fail. Those connected to the elite side will always win, and those not related will lose and often be killed one way or another by the omnipotent powers that have determined that they matter more. However, I believe the people and our natural environment matter more than their preconceived anthropocentric notion of how we should be organized and function in this world. Few are interested in holistically solving problems, nor do they know how. Therefore, we must stop the elite power processes that determine what kind of society and world we will have and get them thinking about what they are doing and how things might be different in a more well-intentioned holistic context. We must stop playing label mark-recapture with the unfortunate in our society. This practice is a self-promulgating technique to keep their organizations strong and resources flowing toward them. I believe the same things happen with war on a global basis. We neglect holistically solving problems in favor of police actions, investigations, or war. What needs to happen on the broadest scale is to admit that we are imperfect and now want to include and work together with everyone on this planet. We must tell them that it is not about going to war with people or terrorizing them. It is about including them and helping them escape their extreme survival zone. I am tired of the human suffering on this planet, and it must stop. Therefore, we must have those who believe in status-quo archaic functioning step aside and allow our holistic leaders to take over leadership. Only then will the extreme violence stop in the Middle East and at home. Why is it we never admit having any problems at home? Why is it always some other country, some other place, some other terrorist group, or some “bad” people somewhere trying to harm the free world? Is it because we have not done what we need to do to help them survive on this planet in a more sustainable striving way? We must stop the ultra-competitive extreme form of capitalism that rewards those that cause the most harm to our planet. Meanwhile, we must embrace, love, care, and pick those up that have been over topped and subservientized by an out of control and out of context functioning that helps only those that have command and control over the rest of us on planet Earth. The cancer that they give to us is multidimensional, and we must stop it.

Every child has natural ability to learn something to help our world.

I find it difficult to understand how we spend so much time evaluating and assessing our children as they learn. It appears that some, if not most, resources should be allocated toward proactively understanding each child before they need help reactionarily. Sometimes, I worry that children in school are not matched appropriately with the opportunities available to learn. Because every child learns differently and is interested in different things, wouldn’t it make sense to try and assess their potential interests, aspirations, and aptitudes? Every child is a human miracle with fantastic potential to contribute what it is they were meant to contribute to planet Earth. Everyone in education knows that different kids learn differently, at different paces, and have other interests. These interests are the key to unlocking potential, and the sooner we find the interests each child has, the more we can match our resources to that potential. Each child’s interest is like a key, opening the door to a child’s imaginative exploration and desire to learn. Once you unlock the door, the child will desire to learn all they can about the things that interest them presently, realizing that their interests may change. Once we assess interests and aptitude in an integrated way, wouldn’t it be prudent to match individual children with a well-planned and designed curriculum that meets their needs at this particular time, realizing that things may change? This would solve many problems, including simultaneously mismatched kids in the same classrooms. Some kids are unprepared for pre-calculus and should be appropriately assigned to a more hands-on visual learning class. These classes could integrate classroom learning, multimedia presentations on the Internet, and in-class discussions. The resources and teachers teaching these classes could either be on the Internet, a volunteer professional from the local community, or an in-house teacher. Maybe those more broadly focused kids should get 50% of learning in a more hands-on visual way, including integrated presentations. I believe it is time to eliminate the rigidity in standardized curricula and provide a custom learning curriculum designed especially for each child. If it has been shown that specific courses are necessary for everyone, we could customize the schedule to accommodate some learning earlier than others for some children. Our kids are worth it, and so is planet Earth. Therefore, I favor holistic assessment for every child, considering the multiple criteria weighted by importance and significance. This cumulative indicator will match children with a curriculum that fits their unique abilities, leading to the highest potential for academic success in school. Wouldn’t this be a more rational and reasonable approach to “No Child Left Behind”.?

Supply and demand

Economists have immense potential to help with a sustainable striving planet Earth because they can see how manipulation of one area of the economy leads to systematic reactionary manipulation in other areas of the economy. Thus, they should be able to quickly transform and broaden their perspective by trying to understand everything. However, supply and demand are not so simple. They ought to be transformed into a more cumulative impact understanding of what supply does and what demand does in our “free” society. Demand ought to be replaced by a sustainable striving concept of rational demand in a more Eco-geo relativity way. Otherwise, everything is out of context with everything else, and whatever happens to our planet happens. Understanding the impacts of a supply and demand system of economics ought to be transformed into a more natural system concept considering things of relatively higher ecological value than simple consumer demand and corporate supply. Often, demand is artificially created by those with the power to create demand. But they often disregard everything else and fail to plan according to the most well-intentioned integrated multi-dimensionality. Thus, they start multiplying detrimental impacts somewhere else in time, somewhere else on the planet, or something else entirely, including the natural environment and people. For example, the worst idea is to develop the gold standard. If we go forth with a gold standard, we will tear up every corner of the Earth with a higher probability of containing gold looking for gold. The detrimental impacts associated with this free market capitalistic idea are massive relative to gold’s real inherent ecological value. However, we need to put relative demand in context with everything else so relative supply will be more sustainable striving. World without end…

Using legal data to help understand societal problems

If we captured all there is to capture in the files and cases, including all legal documents, we could understand things better from a holistic perspective to prevent detrimental stuff in our society from occurring in the first place. Too often, when the case is closed, the information and data contained therein get lost in a box somewhere in storage. It is the most ridiculous practice. Instead of using this information and data to acquire knowledge about the multidimensional functioning of society, we keep it locked up. We must capture all the information over time in legal cases and give information to researchers so they can find patterns of who, what, when, where, and why so that we can prevent problems in the future from occurring. Imagine what a world this would be if we used events that happened in our society as nothing but a constructive, continually learning adaptive process.

Transitioning the entire legal profession to holistic counselors and prescriptive advisers

It is time for the legal profession to transition to a more holistic concept to minimize perturbation on society and the Earth. It would be great to have holistic counselors and holistic prescriptive advisers giving us holistic prescriptive advice. This means that they should stop solely functioning in a reactionary way and integrate themselves into society’s everyday functioning in a dynamic way. Essentially, they could be a bridge between ecological niche organizations when things get too complex or difficult to understand. Instead of having pages of contracts, laws, rules, and procedures, why don’t we have what I can say is good faith “bridges” between those who will enter into some relationship? I believe the new role will be more exciting and continually enlightening as the nature of human interactions and dynamics get filtered through holistic prescriptive advice and counseling obtained from researchers and knowledge transference sources and those who know the most in society. I believe courtrooms should transform into a more natural setting for holistic arbitration because they give people perspective and contextualize things. I think the name for the court system should be changed to the holistic arbitration system. However, I suspect there will only be a few of these needed in a way things should be sustainable striving planet Earth. For example, wouldn’t it be great if you want to have a relationship with an ecological niche organization to conduct what we call “business,” that you speak with someone with both interests in mind? In essence, the intermediary will help bridge the gap of understanding needed to do business with one another so there are no misunderstandings. Hence, there will be no more legalese, contracts, fine print, misunderstandings, and confusion. However, there will be a cordial working relationship where counselors and advisers help cross-educate one another about the needs and expectations of both parties. Functioning in this manner allows continual growth, continuous improvement, continuous education, and continuous innovation and seems like a lot more fun than traditional reactionary legal formalities.

Consequently, we will cease the fighting and begin working together in a holistic, sustainable, striving manner that not only helps our integrated functioning but also allows more continuity and connectivity with one another in a positive way. I suspect that we will integrate more systems to help us work together in a more sustainable, striving, knowledge-building way. These systems will help these new counselors and advisers learn the most and bridge both sides with nothing but holistic, well-meaning bridging and innovation.

A sustainable striving ecological niche organization that strives to err on the side of caution and strives to do no harm
