If we need a center for missing and exploited children, we have not spent enough time, effort, and energy understanding the real problems. It seems to me that one missing and exploited child is too many. The fact that children are being harmed at all in this world is an indicator of a feedback loop in our society that is out of control. We should look at our children as the keystone species of our future and place such a high relative importance on each child so that no child is at risk. Resources should be allocated and prioritized on the holistic end of the spectrum rather than the reactionary. Interdisciplinary problem identification, assessment, research, and ecogeosystematic understanding of problems through various analysis techniques would be the most rational allocation of resources. A paleoenvironmental cumulative integrated analysis and ecogeosystematic knowledge of the total cumulative functioning is worth striving for when we risk losing our future.
Sustainable striving fast food
Fast food should be transitioned to offer a wider variety of healthier options. These healthier options should cost less than the more unhealthy options on the menu. We ought to consider EEC to help ESH indices and EGR ecogeosystematic indices. Menu options might include a salad, soup, and pasta bar at each restaurant that strives to put higher weight on healthier, more locally sourced options or low impact longer distance options. When we have Terramentum trains, I expect we can grow food in the most suitable regions that minimize the intensity and impact. Trying to produce something in the wrong climate might create a scenario where more inputs, resources, and excessive degradation or deviation further from natural conditions might be too intensive. In my opinion, those living closer to low-impact functioning and closer to nature functioning deserve to have great nutrition options because they contribute much less degradation to our planet, often relatively speaking. Better nutrition must cost less for all people. It appears to me that we are merely creating an unhealthy, obese, and overweight world. From an environmental justice point of view, it seems like the detrimental impacts are balanced on those who are much less fortunate in terms of traditional success but more successful in other ways many times. R-selected species like chicken and their eggs should be more on the menu because fresh eggs and chicken can be sourced anywhere near railroad grain storage places. Meat ought to be less of an option, but if it is going to be an option, we must grow livestock in the most suitable areas and produce healthier meat, like in warmer climates. But livestock red meat, etc., ought to be minimized over time if possible or should be a minimal part of our diet. Natural prey species like venison are a healthy alternative in suitable areas, but I believe in more bow and arrow hunting rather than rifles but prefer the most humane way. We should resort primarily to nuts, vegetables, healthy fats, fish, chicken, eggs, and everything else in moderation. We ought to have a sustainable striving food conference and a public scoping of the public to determine a well-planned integrated ecogeosystematic way of feeding our world that makes the most EGR rational sense. We ought to grow our food in an environment with minimal pollution and synthetic hormones that could pose problems in another part of the chain or web regarding bioaccumulation or unhealthiness. I think having a local name and a chain name would be a great idea. The local name represents the people and the area instead of just the chain. It would be great if local people could be partial ENO site owners so that their innovative spirit, enthusiasm, hard work, creativity, inspiration, and ideas for continual adaptation and improvement keep these organizations from stagnating. Likewise, scholarships ought to be given to anyone interested in culinary, nutrition, food science, human relations, etc. Maybe these places will look more like a well-respected career ENR than a low-wage job.
From management and unions to a new paradigm of holisitically planned organizations in context with nature
First, I would eliminate the classification and compartmentalization that goes along with being a worker. It does not make sense. It is an old industrialist concept. Let’s move beyond that concept towards respect and higher rational allocation regarding incentives for doing the most challenging jobs. I think that one of the problems is that too many people have forgotten what it is like to be a “worker” because many are more concerned with process and organizational aspects of functioning. To me, some of the higher relative importance positions in every organization are those on the front lines doing the actual “work”. I consider manual labor an energy expenditure as crucial as many more brain energy expenditures in organizations. It is all energy, just a different type requiring another body part. It is evident, however, that when it comes to ideas, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation that strive to lead us to a more sustainable future, anyone can contribute regardless of their role in the organization. It is more of a relative concept. Some may contribute more this time because of their unique life, and others may contribute more the next time because of their extraordinary life. The rigidity in structure and conventional function, along with the excess complexity, causes stagnation and lack of creativity in organizations from the smallest to the largest. If we want unions, I suggest they embrace everyone in the niche organization. We all should be considered a valuable part of an organization and not compartmentalized.
Everyone has a lot to offer, but some have more to offer than others at various times. To add value to your organization and our world, add to your foundations, education, skills, and knowledge and contribute what you can. Classifying people in categories directly or indirectly limits someone’s confidence, self-esteem, and inclusion as part of the organization. I favor eliminating the unnecessary categorizations, processes, and complexity that allow more focus on controversy and process instead of problem-solving. If we plan out an organization where everyone is the same and different at the same time, it would be best. If we all treated one another with love, care, and respect and worked together in a way that inspires everyone to contribute and collaborate in what they can, we would be better off. We are different as well, and our diversity is excellent as it allows each person to venture off into areas that interest them relative to their aspirations, passions, and interests. We learn from one another this way, allowing the most excellent inclusive effort from the broadest diversity. If we were all the same, we would have a monoculture, which is susceptible to perturbation because of a lack of diversity.
Perfect people
There are no perfect people on planet Earth. Some may think they are perfect but may not look broad enough to assess their functioning. I wonder if perfect people who think they are more perfect than the rest of us have more problems than the rest of us. Furthermore, perfect is as perfect does. Perfect people are not perfect because they do not tell others when they make mistakes. Perfect people are not perfect because often their behavior is much more detrimental than imperfect people who admit to making mistakes. The way I see it, as long as we have people getting killed, fired, homeless, arrested, put in prison, made mentally ill, impoverished, creating war and ultra-competitive behaviors, no one could be perfect. As long as our natural environment and oceans are in peril, no perfect people exist. People are not perfect as long as we prioritize attaining financial wealth only. As long as we prioritize creating controversy in people’s lives, causing them to suffer immensely, people are the opposite of perfect. As long as people continue torturing people, they are not perfect. I sometimes wonder if the most ignorant people call themselves perfect. I wonder if there is a correlation between perfect people and those who never tell you anything. Is it because they consider themselves perfect? Is it because they are creating controversy? Is it because they want to be the only ones in the know? Do perfect people only allow one-way communication in such a manner that benefits them only?
Broad cumulative summary contribution and brainstorming on relative prioritization list
Everything seems to be a priority, but some priorities should have higher relative importance and higher relative significance. These two indices should be used to weight each item on the list and its ecogeorelativity priority. This list is just a list and not intended to put items in relative priority, but some things may fall in relative proximate importance. This list is dynamic and ongoing and will be added to continually as time goes on as they come to mind.

Complacent job satisfaction, power, prestige, greed, control, and self aggrandizing traditional leadership position roles
We are doomed if we do not look at ourselves in the mirror and self-assess ourselves. If “power” is in the hands of those most resistant to change, we are doomed. If “power’ is in the hands of people who can use the people with “guns” to do their dirty work for them while they continue to contribute to destroying our future potential, we are doomed. If we do not get rid of the traditional industrialized concept of political “power,” we are doomed. If we continue to value top-down punishing, controlling, manipulating, getting people in trouble, hurting people, killing people, and creating controversy and chaos, we are doomed. If we keep taking all the creativity from everyone who has a higher potential to contribute to helping solve our world’s problems and holistically preventing future problems from occurring, we are doomed. We are doomed as long we continuously focus on a complex process-oriented reactive pseudo-system as a priority over solving problems in a well-intentioned holistic way. As long as they continue to torture people or continue to treat people poorly to advance their self-interest, we are doomed because this behavior leads to more and more of the same. If we do not immensely respect those who can collaborate and contribute to solving our world’s problems, we are doomed. If those self-interested roles are more in favor of their self-interest and the interest of their professions, as well as manipulating the exceptionally politically motivated and controlled populous, we are doomed. We are doomed if we value the traditional “way things are” functioning above all else. If we continue to place a higher priority on the continuation of the status quo static-ness operating over what rationally needs to be accomplished in a more continual improvement problem-solving context, we are doomed. As long as anyone anywhere continues to use violence in all forms as a means to control our populations and world, we are doomed. Continuation of using the traditional legal system at the same time as itinerant people are trying to use non-well-intentioned surveillance to get people in trouble over helping them, we are doomed. We are doomed as long as we devote our resources to reactive law and processes instead of holistic education knowledge transference and holistic prescriptive advice. We are doomed if we foster the continuation of extreme forms of ultra-competition and our extreme perspectives on obtaining greed in our world. We are doomed as long as money rules as the dominating power in our bottom-line profit-only world. We have created ill people in our world. When we continue to favor the continuation of these behaviors, we make more and more of the same until people become severely sick, stressed, combative, mean, and act out in ways that create more and more of the same. We are doomed if we do not transform our entire functioning into holistic functioning, working together with everyone. People are dying every day.
Interestingly, no one is passing these ideas to those who can help. We are doomed as long as we foster the continuation of creating evil behavior. If people are not healthy, they will destroy our natural environment and hence destroy our divine planet Earth. Let us start working together and living harmoniously on planet Earth in a holistic, sustainable, striving way. World without end.
“Way things are” functioning is contributing to downward spiral feedback loops
It is a travesty that we have given the reign of control and power to those roles most capable of destroying us. It appears to me that we seem to be functioning in a solely political context whereby we continue to support those areas that are just politically favorable roles who may not know what they do. Suppose we continue to function in this way. In that case, we will continue to function with those areas that significantly contribute to resource depletion and pollution in all forms and fund our out-of-context functioning. This contributes to doomsday arriving here sooner than it would have if we had the most responsible, knowledgeable, and experienced roles in positions of higher relative contributory weight regarding a rational decision-making process rather than a political one made by the wise elite and perceptive perfect. It makes sense to me to allocate and prioritize based on knowledge, not solely on oversized knowing “in the know” behavior. It also makes sense that we involve as many people as possible. Still, it makes sense that it follows some pre-planned rationally relative contributory weights regarding how much each particular individual role in the rational decision-making ecogeorelative problem-solving effort will have. It makes sense to pay attention to higher relative importance and higher relative significance in areas that need energy, resources, and help. However, it is most important to look beyond just reactionary functioning or functioning of today only. We must pay attention to trying to understand multidimensionality by using knowledge to predict the general simplified version of relative potential trends if we decide on one alternative over the other. Knowing the potential future 345.94857473 impact units is not as important if we decide on one alternative. It is more important to know that an action or an alternative will contribute to a relative trend in one direction, as I learned in a class about stream ecology and impact assessment. We must begin investing our potential energy into those areas that get the most significant sustainability, striving for relative return in terms of benefits to the area needing help. For example, here is a list from my perspective of some of those things of higher relative priority and significance in no particular order: End controversy creation in our society, end violence and war through incentives and inspiration, end all forms of killing at whatever temporal resolution, help people with help project, expand world peace corps, end poverty, connect everyone in an inclusive way, build communities in a well-planned way all over world, help our oceans, research our natural environment, help children learn as much as they can, continuous education throughout life for everyone, two way communication with people and those more responsible in terms of knowledge creation, if everyone is included we all will be contributing what we can to save ourselves from ourselves, planning, relative prioritization, relative significance, relative allocation, relative positioning, relative roles, dynamic multi niche role functioning, expand education and knowledge transference, holistic planning, ecogeorelativity, indexification, holistic health care responsibility for us all, transcend borders and boundaries, create love and peace, help project, help feed our people in a rational sustainable striving way, relative public scoping and absolute and relative voting, needs and wants assessment, information and data collection after well planned research, ideas generation and ecological equilibrium compensation for people instead of taking from them, integration of stock market, banks, IRS, SS, Commerce, etc. for functioning for sustainable striving investment, ecological equilibrium compensation, ecogeorelativity, for the wellbeing of people, work should be more like living because if you have found your niche you enjoy it, 16 weeks’ vacation time for those with the most difficult jobs, associates degrees for waitresses, people that interact with public, automotive engineering mechanical specialists, construction engineers, and others, integration of spirituality, religions, philosophy, etc. for the purposes of creating another level functioning Earth church of God and Nature for the purposes of love, community, learning, etc., sustainable striving population growth, no more borders, boundaries, fortified structures, bubbles for purposes of “OK” corral blame games and transference. borders for place names only, inspire and create incentives for people to live life sustainably. We will pull out of this downward spiral feedback loop if we start in this direction. It is best to plan holistically. One of the first steps is “lighting everyone’s” candle by sharing presentations with everyone about the way things could be in our world.
Doing away with “slavish” or “worker” traditional job titles.
It does not make sense why we have so many job titles that seem thoughtlessly determined, conceived of, and created. An ecological niche role should have more of a broad and simplified role designation or name. An ecological niche role should represent the more expansive cumulative nature of the role instead of having a name like assembler, driver, benefit assistant, administrative assistant, assistant, secretary, associate, support, etc. An integrated cumulative job or role title may evolve into your first name and a broad energy, value, benefit, well-intentioned, contributing collaborator designation. Maybe we ought to have much forethought into creating simplified, generalized role titles related to the knowledge, education, and experience you have acquired, including the creativity, skill, and abilities you have to offer. For example, a mechanic should have a 2-year degree from an accredited university and be known as a Mechanical engineer AS.
Furthermore, a bartender and server should have a human relations associate degree and be vital to the organization’s functioning, even if their first name and designation know them as a human relations specialist. Construction workers ought to get an associate degree in engineering and be known as apprentice engineers. A secretary or administrative assistant ought to be known as a collaborative integrator and have an associate degree in a related systems field. Considering that each person in an ecological niche role is a human miracle, we ought to give their titles much more respect and value. Once their titles reflect their integrated cumulative education, creativity, and value-adding responsibility in a simplified sense, people will feel more valued and inspired to continue their life’s path in a continuously striving and continually improving way.
