Politics (Edit Number 2)

It seems as if some use the political geography of their country to create an irrational perspective without consideration of the more rational, broader whole Earth perspective and ecogeorelative planning.  Politics and our differences have become a divisive manipulating force for the promotion of those with more control, power, wealth, itinerant functioning, ultra-competitive privilege, and elitism.  At the same time, those that matter less are left to their own devices to survive.  Various borders and boundaries in the literal, figurative, and imaginative serve purposes for those with more power for various reasons.  Many organizations and mobbish oversized functioning work together knowingly or in a way that contributes to the elevation of particular politics and favors individuals at the detrimental exclusion of others.  This occurs instead of working together for a broader integrative holistic striving functioning that is more sustainable and enduring in nature.  The latter is infinitely rational compared to the “way they are” or were.  Static reactive control differs from inspiring with love, harmony, learning, and genuine holistic sustainable striving planning and functioning.  We must create a cohesive, collaborative, and contributing functioning that includes and inspires every individual’s natural spiritual miracle to reach their genuine holistic, sustainable striving life’s path.  Each person’s path ought to be most suitable relative to each person’s passions, energy, drive, interests, motivations, desired life experiences, cumulative education, cumulative experience, and desire to help make the world a more sustainable, striving, and healthy place to live.  We must focus on all perspectives from the broadest context to the finest levels in a well-planned, ecogeosystematic, ecogeorelative, and ecogeorational way.  We must transform our Earth into a metaphorical house + love = home.  Earth home ought to be on everyone’s minds as they function as they live on their life’s path.  Otherwise, life is ultra-competitive reactionary cruelty and favoritism; some are repelling magnets, and some are attractive magnets of both.  We must transform our planet into a place where we all strive to live, learn, explore, and love.

What else matters?  Ecogeorelative Ecogeorational Inclusion of everyone on Earth is essential.  Otherwise, we only have perception-based politics; some people will be more at risk than others.  If we stay on our present course of ultra-competitive, construing the worst or whatever gives those in power and control or more of the same of what they want.  I favor eliminating adversarial relationships because it does not make sense.  We must transition past these ultra-competitive behaviors, otherwise, we will continue to contribute impacts to others based on the irrational out-of-context itinerant judging and itinerant ultra-competition.  This is really like an unconventional illusive war.  War is “hell”.  I cannot understand how any rational human being anywhere on Earth would rather live in a more “hell” like existence than something closer to a sustainable striving heaven.  Those who prefer “hell” may benefit from “hell.” Some have been more motivated by those concepts and should be of much less priority when it comes to sustainable striving for holistic rationality.  It is not all their fault, but it seems strange that we continually promote and adapt people (with those ideas of others) in various” clubs” or fraternal-like organizational functioning that have created political niches of popularity over rationality.  Often, those of higher relative importance and significance in a more accurate way get kicked to the curb while those that are more perceptional and politically motivated and in the know capture nutrients and nourishment from others closer related to holistic striving problem-solving.  Too often, political positions are about out of context control.  Those who prefer the way things are world may have been promoted to a position where they are comfortably complacent or recipients of tremendous quid pro quo, irrationally high salaries for what they do closer to reality, powerteering positions of omnipotence, irrational political favoritism and irrational social elitism, irrational rich and famous lifestyles, ludicrous popularity, irrationally living in the poshest and elite places, irrational transient lifestyles, irrational flipping, money for nothing and your chicks for free lifestyles and access to the most up to date research, knowledge, ideas and thoughts about the past, present, and future.

Without more natural Earth striving for ecogeorationality, we will continue dealing with excessive political pollution.  This is especially true with Gerrymandering, which pollutes and manipulates constituencies for electoral result distortion.  On the other hand, we must transition to including everyone in an ecogeorelatively prioritized inclusion based on everyone’s unique contributions because people know the most they know about.  In addition to being representatives, we must be stewards and stakeholders in rational decision-making processes.  Once everyone is involved, we will live like a human family connecting to everything, everywhere, in local and broader Earth communities.

Drugs and sex

For a while now, behind-the-scenes functioning may have been going on to overtop people behind the scenes politically, so they will never be able to contribute the value, energy, and benefits they were meant to contribute.  It contradicts all that is rationally progressive towards a sustainable striving world.  These behaviors are not only detrimentally impacting the self but detrimentally impacting the whole world as each person who has terrific potential to offer our world is being held down such that they are less willing to share what it is they have to offer because they have been humiliated or ostracized by politically extreme embarrassing situations that may have been created in an itinerant way in the first place.  A long time ago, I had a hypothesis that extremely politically motivated groups were using drugs and sex to overtop people, or maybe it has become a way to watch and judge people having sex or any private behavior, for that matter, all the time.  What has happened is that we have created a secret society when it comes to sex, and it is being used as a tool to select some politically and to exclude others.  A personal private relationship is private, and no one should be allowed to criticize orientation or ways people interrelate with people they love.  One of the main concepts I am trying to convey is that we need everyone on Earth to contribute what they are meant to contribute to live in a more unified, harmonious, genuine, sustainable, striving, and healthy way.  Anything that serves no purpose other than to injure, ostracize, condemn, overwhelm, confuse, and knock someone off their life’s path for itinerant transference reasons because they have been dragged through the mud for their sexual orientation or private behaviors and relationships.  Furthermore, on another level, I am concerned that drugs and sex are globalization tools of subservience, not just local police blotter functioning.

Teaching

A teaching degree is a weird concept. Instead, we ought to allow teachers to learn anything they want to know about, preferably something of higher relative importance and relevance to the needs of our children and our world. It would be interesting to see if we can determine the origin of a weird concept called a teaching degree. I wonder if some itinerant group or something created a teaching degree because it seems the focus is on teaching itself. Teaching alone distracts us from doing the most critical role, inspiring children with fundamental knowledge about more substance, often found in contexts related to passionate interests in something important, significant, and relevant. The latter is more important because rather than focusing on a weird concept of a skill that should come naturally to those inspired by learning, something fundamental is sought instead of an itinerant job-seeking degree. A teaching degree is a dead-end degree. It becomes more difficult if a teacher wants to continue their life path in a different direction. It might be one of the biggest problems in education today. Is it any wonder why we have education issues? It almost seems like a plot against sustainable striving for holistic progress. Was it a top-down decision by a decision maker? Is it an indicator that those in leadership positions were deciding on something they know little about? Is it an ultra-competitive top-down diversion for the acquisition of political power to dominate someone or something? I wonder if it was a political lobby to minimize someone’s relative importance by creating masses of people with similar interests for overtopping. It warrants further research as it might be about a behind-the-scenes political war of massive proportions.

I believe we ought to go back to the foundational disciplines so that teachers can live, learn, and love as they strive towards their desired discipline of interests that ignites their passions in life instead of putting them in perceptively subservientized stagnation. This may lead to less passion, a dead end, and a limiting position. When teachers can choose their real discipline of interest, they are continuously inspired to learn more in life and be able to transition to other niche organizations or advanced teaching roles in higher-level schools. I believe it causes more depression, boredom, irrelevancy to a broader discipline, more isolation, and impacts the cumulative health of teachers negatively. We need our teachers to be as healthy, inspired, and passionate as possible to be the most inspirational and influential while carrying out one of the most critical roles on Earth. A traditional discipline would help with their self-esteem and confidence. It will provide connectivity and context with broader inclusive academic disciplines, which is extremely valuable in terms of more general acceptance of the more extensive picture functioning. Disciplines that inspire continuous learning create endless sustainable striving, healthiness, and happiness. The passion derived from this concept passes along as sustainable striving for beneficial energy through inspirational energy and enthusiasm to our kids. Our kids are our future, and they will do the same to their kids. Teachers deserve the best we have to offer.

Every Square Mile on Earth

Every square mile or every acre on Earth will be planned and have a dichotomous duality where, on one side of the spectrum, we will have people who work together with nature and planning. Conversely, every acre or area on Earth will be available for ownership, lease, rent, or sharing. This idea comes with the expectation that people and ENOs will be able to be creative, innovative, and, in context, opportunistic relative to the needs and well-planned Earth’s nature on the other side of the spectrum all the time, everywhere. It seems to make sense to me as it eliminates all the process, controversy, complexity, and chaos associated with a “way things are the world.” Essentially, a foundation of similarity and a unique diversity pyramid creates this duality. From a “similarity” perspective, it allows us to put an ecogeorelative plan everywhere on Earth that will change as conditions change. Objectives change when associated with the opposite sides of the spectrum (in context). Incentives ought to be prioritized and allocated based on the well-planned integration of the needs of our planet, nature, and people in an ecogeorelative way based on the characteristics of each area. It makes sense because it allows connectivity of the broad sustainable striving and creative ideas to find willing entrepreneurs, innovators, or ENO-type creative people to help solve problems on our planet. It puts priority and appropriate EEC (more public incentive) and sustainable striving investment energy (more private creativity, energy, value, and benefits investment) allocation according to the area’s relative significance and relative importance. This prioritization, allocation, and potential siting associations will depend on imaginative exploration and connectivity with Earth Research Explorers and other people working with nature on the ground. This way, the broader, more genuine, holistic, sustainable, striving people who know the most about nature, everything, everyone, and every place on Earth in an Ecogeorelatively rational and ecogeosystematic way will be able to strive to do their very best at looking after our Earth and all of our nature (including people) in perpetuity. Over time, we will be able to continuously improve in a sustainable striving way to create conditions most suitable for living, learning, and loving on planet Earth.

The killing of kids is a keystone indicator

Most traditional investigations are out of context with the resolution, both temporally and spatially, of the closer-to-reality problems. Many investigations are erroneous because they lack connectivity to a more thoroughly researched problem scope and definition. This often occurs at broader holistic scales. Energy spent on these investigations is often wasted unless connected to some broader genuine holistic research, as the goal ought to be genuine holistic problem solving, not getting people in trouble or fighting. Getting people in trouble is like out-of-context reactionary justice violence, which contributes little to ending the cycle of violence. I have even wondered if investigations and the criminal justice system are used to create confusion and transference other resolutions. Many times, crimes and horrific violence of intensive media attention may be distractions for some other issues going on in either the region or area (or world). When I think of kids getting killed (hard to imagine), it is an indicator of severe problems in the region (or world) or location or a distraction, intimidation, or showing off a highly out-of-control, sick, violent person. Does it come from a lack of inclusion and connectivity to others? Either way, the killing of children is a keystone indicator that our society is way out of control and in desperate need of holistic perspectives that I am trying to propose here. It may mean we are close to an inflection point where things will change one way or another.   I prefer more holistic adaptation and transitioning to a more continuous adaptive striving for the desired future conditions of Earth and all communities, families, and people.

Population

It seems to me that population is a problem and not a problem at the same time. It depends on the resolution you are looking at the problem. People who are living in more densely populated urban environments might say that population is a problem, especially if they read something about Malthus and the population bomb theories. People who live in more inherently more naturally sustainable striving rural environments believe it is not as much of an issue because they produce food and know how to produce more if needed.  More urban areas are now getting involved in community gardens and growing food on rooftops. It is all about perspectives unless we research. If we do not help people understand this concept, I fear that some extremely ignorant people might think there is a need to reduce populations or create conditions for people to die young or sterilize people. It would be even worse if they were trying to reduce the populations of the people most able to help with our future. Imagine a situation where ultra competition is so extreme that it reduces someone’s fitness in life such that it decreases the likelihood of finding a mate, which reduces the likelihood of having children with enormous potential to contribute to a sustainable, striving planet Earth. Everyone on Earth is vital to our sustainable striving future because, in the future, it is about all of us, not just about extreme master manipulating. It is not just about politically motivated profiteering, striving for power, heroteering, or any other extreme mountaineering for extreme greed compulsions. If we have a population problem in various areas, we must do our best to assess, research, identify problems, plan, create potential alternative solutions, and recommend the most acceptable alternative solutions relative to sustainable striving integrative ecogeorelative rationality. At this point in history, the population problem appears to be more a problem with perceptions or confined to places or areas on Earth that are extremely populated or extremely rural. Maybe the Industrial Revolution contributed to creating massive amounts of people in more urban environments, and over time, they lost touch with understanding the bigger picture. I do agree that we must minimize the overfishing problem in our oceans and extremely intensive one-dimensional agriculture techniques that tend to degrade nature and our environment, including the future arable productive capacity of the land because of short-sighted practices. We could move to create more ecogeosystematic planned egg farms from r selected species where we could use nutrients from manure to fertilize our natural resource agricultural fields. All agriculture fields should be part of the duality perspective where, on one hand, those most responsible for working together with nature have the responsibility to work together with the farmer to help guide, advise, plan, and strive for sustainable striving solutions that help keep our relative priorities in perspective and in context with nature (needs of people too). If you look at the Earth and developed land, you can see that there is a huge amount of undeveloped land. To understand the problem closer to reality, we must research and plan an ecogeorelative rationally. We ought to use areas that are more sustainable, striving as training sites to replicate in other suitable areas that need help with an ecogeorelative. We must explore rational solutions for our most urgent population problems that are less stable or are contributing to excess resource depletion, pollution, inefficiencies, irrationality, or any number of externalized costs on those things that matter more relatively speaking. More urban functioning (sometimes hidden in rural areas as camouflage) seem to be devoting much of their energy to profiteering, powerteering, heroteering, ultra competition, excess focus on process, excess focus on perfect legal functioning ( which is out of context with nature and the dynamic resolution functioning of our society), using the law as a tool of subservience and transference, quid pro quo, organizational harvesting and of the creative contributions of people, and putting more focus on maximizing profit at any cost. If we try to transition these perspectives towards a more sustainable and more integrated natural earth striving for an ecologically sustainable context, we will be able to holistically research and plan solutions that adapt in time so we can stay ahead of any potential problems like population. It may not be just the population, and it may be the way we are living or a lack of planning. Prioritizing perspectives on sustainable striving living concepts, research, and planning is paramount; otherwise, we will experience unexpected ”train wrecks” over the horizon. Once we have our well-planned holistic priorities in context with our planet’s priorities and sustainable striving needs, we can get close to a sustainable striving life on Earth. Working together, we will be closer to a more stable, steady state of dynamic equilibrium functioning. As we adapt over time, we can live, learn, and love in comfort, joy, love, and hope while we follow our passions, dreams, and aspirations in context with our broader obligations of higher relative importance.

One way to study the population is to approach it from both directions.  Study areas with extremes on the duality spectrum.  Then, we could understand it from both sides.   I suspect people are not getting enough of nature in areas where procreation is extreme.

World without end…..

Business and Economics

The word business is weird, and many are out of context with the more natural ecology of everything, everyone, everywhere, including Earth itself.   A person in business, I can understand, but in the future, we should consider all businesses as Ecological Niche Organizations and part of the bigger picture ecological perspective.  The root word of business is “busy,” which makes me think business is a lot about keeping busy with controversy, complexity, process, procedure, dogma, compliance, and laws.  I believe business itself may be more of a source of detrimental inefficiencies and less sustainable striving behavior.  It may be using the government to justify its functioning even though it publicly complains about the government.  It also represents the transference of ideas, creativity, and hard work from those contributing and collaborating closer to the role of the Ecological Niche Organization.  Niche organizations, from the ecology perspective, have the potential to start a positive energy-negative feedback loop that could solve all the major problems on Earth.  In essence, currently, it seems to create an itinerant class of busyness managers instead of problem solvers who often use their power, influence, and stature positions to control and hover above the rest of us.  I sometimes wonder if early industrialists learned this concept and realized it was better to create the influence of wealth, power, control, and omnipotent kings who tend to rule more by keeping things at the top.  I believe these early industrialists learned this behavior at the turn of the century when they took some of the most fantastic ideas of the time and of all time, for that matter.  I believe it was the automobile, bicycle, and the airplane.  I think that they learned at that point that they dominated by staying on top in an elite club concept that kept all the ideas and creativity wealth at the top of the organizational chart as those that create, build, innovate, engineer, and plan,  Niche organizations care more about sustainable striving impacts on people and our environment.  The lovers who are more inspired and passionate about creativity for the benefit of humanity and our world were fooled by manipulative and itinerant thieves or conceited elitists.  Organizational charts function as transference mechanisms from those who know the most about higher relative important concepts to those primarily concerned with just flipping money concepts and the day-to-day making money functioning of the busyness.  I believe the same is true on our planet, as there may be an interactive club of movers and shakers that function primarily to keep all the great ideas in the business kingpin’s hands.  Omerta keeps the rest going.   I believe there are many instances where creativity comes from the lower parts of the organizational chart from a “worker,” and they get fired.

Economics is a bizarre concept because the focus is primarily on the micro and macro-only behavior of out-of-context material goods and services without higher considerations of needs in context with ecogeorelative rationality.  We should adapt beyond the micro and macro towards integrated systematice.  A concept of ecogeorelative impact eco energetics is a preferred alternative.  I thought of a term called ecological economics.  Much can be learned from traditional economics as it gets you thinking about essential systems at broader and finer levels.  Still, we need a more interrelated mature concept that considers much more ecogeorelative context and well-planned interactive and inclusive public scoping needs assessment.  Everyone should be involved in a more ecogeorational “shark tank” concept that is more like a well-planned research and assessment project.  People should make interactive contributions to improve ecological niche products continuously.  This way, all people can contribute to any organization and have a chance of getting some incentives or compensation for their efforts.  Innovative ideas of significance may lead to inclusion in the organization in an Ecological Niche Role.

Busyness and economics can potentially become niche organizations in a broader, more integrated systematic functioning with connectivity to everything else. When connected to everything, everyone, everywhere, it gets everyone contributing to high-value, energy, and benefits creation in a continuous adaptive way, serving the desired future condition for all of us. In the future, I imagine holistic inclusion and acceptance of everyone on Earth.  Parents might be among the most valuable parts of a niche organization in the future, valued for their people scoping.  People scoping is a way to become stewards and stakeholders of our niche organizations, planet, society, communities, and natural environment. It is a way to understand future needs in a sustainable striving way.

Reactionary Justice (Edit Number 2)

Reactionary Justice is the continuation of out-of-context violence.  I would instead transform it into a Holistic Environmental Justice, Social Justice, Health, and Safety concept.  This is a concept that is genuinely more holistic and sustainable striving.  It also eliminates the emotional hardening that goes along with challenging and demanding jobs when they consistently see people at their worst all the time.  This seems to be a feedback loop that may sometimes result in more emotionless and violent behavior.  The holistic concept is also more advantageous in terms of health for those in that Ecological Niche Organization because you feel good about the beneficial impact you have in terms of helping people who need help every day.  Likewise, the holistic concept creates practical harmony and striving behavior in communities, increasing comfort and trust to improve communication when someone needs help.  People are reluctant to ask for any help in a reactionary justice trouble-seeking paradigm.  It seems like reactionary Justice seeks not to end the cycle of violence but instead creates more in terms of detrimental impacts.

Using reactionary Justice instead of rational holistic problem-solving approaches and helping people more genuinely holistically indicates that we are focused on the wrong resolutions of problems.  It merely continues the problem and, thus, further violence.  Ecogeorelative and Rational problem solving is more humane, compassionate, and consistent with our foundational fundamentals.  It should be preferable to more shortsighted business-as-usual approaches.  Combining this concept with the Help Project and Holistic Inclusion Project can prevent people from ever needing any reactionary justice.  All human problems are often very involved and complicated and involve people’s entire lives, which no reactionary justice person can get their arms around in totality.  It is best to have love, care, compassion, and empathy for the circumstances many people have endured.

Many people have suffered dearly in terms of significant cumulative impact, which sometimes led to post-traumatic stress disorder or other forms of mental illness or behavioral competition mechanisms as well as survival zone mechanisms.  I believe too many people are waiting around for something to happen instead of being genuine, holistic, loving, caring, and compassionate people.  We must never use violence while transforming a natural, holistic, sustainable, striving planet Earth.  Over time, I suspect our need for this reactionary Justice will be minimized to baseline.  The paradigm should shift beyond laws and more inadequate life path resolution reactionary violence.  It does not consider the extremely high relative importance of every human being on this planet.  It should be about getting the absolute most help in terms of care, inclusion, help, and genuine ecological rehabilitation and restoration.  This is so they can have more comfort, joy, love, hope, and sustainability, striving for happiness like everyone else.  The reactionary justice concept is out of context ignorance.  I wonder if we can map this phenomenon and show a correlation between reactionary Justice needed and sustainable striving for community cohesiveness functioning.  I suspect that inclusiveness and prior reactionary violence in terms of investigation violence or arrest violence, police report violence, and any number of other behind-the-scenes functioning could continue more violence.  This usually impacts a person’s connectedness and inclusion, where most people build self-esteem and belonging needs.  These needs are essential for human health and foundational fundamental functioning.  As people are impacted (sometimes by opportunistic ultra-competitiveness), people lose connectedness over time and become more vulnerable to perturbations, survival stressors, and lack of opportunities in society.  When all the cumulative survival stressors and absence of the ability to support yourself, you become vulnerable to illicit opportunistic organizations, which often have no compassion at all for anything.  Once this happens, people become more hardened and begin a downward spiral feedback loop, which often includes excessive self-medication or sex to feel better.  This can lead to another low spiral feedback loop.  Social interactions are sought with anyone who has a similar life.  The struggle continues in the absence of inclusion and inadequate means of survival.  This creates more compulsion to enter more risky ventures to survive, which sometimes turns criminal or violent.  When people are feeling more like they are going to die, they might increase their survival sex behavior.  (I wonder if some people try and put people in survival sex behavior for itinerant reasons).  When this happens, the risk of traditional reactionary Justice occurs.  If arrested, the cycle begins again.  If not, survival living conditions occur where people start sleeping anywhere they can and often end up with people in dire straits themselves, contributing to more detrimental influence and the overall downward spiral feedback loop.  When this happens, the less violent become homeless, and the more violent live in survival conditions with survival stress until they are pushed beyond their inflection point.  People live in these situations long until someone tries to help them or inspires them to get help.  Whatever the individual’s systematic downward spiral in life’s path, one thing is constant.  An extended period goes by without anyone helping these people.  The longer we wait to help someone, the greater the risk of increasing the propensity and susceptibility to more survival stress and downward spiral behavior as time passes.  Therefore, each person needs help as soon as possible.  Too often, some people sit around waiting until they get to those shallow spots where reactionary Justice is required, which is just another piece of violence for the person.  I suggest transforming to a situation where we allocate more resources towards the genuine holistic side of the spectrum or earlier in a person’s life to minimize perturbations early so they do not compound later in life.  It makes sense.  The best scenario is that each person will get nurturing, parenting, education, their needs met, and any help they need when they need it.  Many people are reluctant to ask for help in a perceptively violent reactionary justice system and reactive human services that are more about enforcement than holistic help.  People must feel that when they ask for help, their private information will go towards nothing but genuine holistic help instead of any condemnation of reactive violence, which serves no rational purpose at all other than to promulgate more reactionary violence and the furtherance of complacency.  Complacency in organizations tends to resist change rather than embrace change.  Prioritizing human beings, families, and communities is paramount to any genuine holistic transitional effort.  People are the foundation on which everything else is built, so when people fall apart, families, communities, and our society fall apart.  We need everyone functioning in a healthy, inclusive role in society; otherwise, everyone cannot contribute their beneficial potential energy towards solving problems or helping others.  Consequently, everyone should be involved in holistic environmental Justice, Social Justice, health safety, arbitration, and restoration.  Instead of giving everyone a badge, using an eco-geo we-me integrated device is best.

Law

Law is violent because it serves no educational continuous improvement role and only condemns instead of solving problems.  Likewise, process and procedural law is violent because it distracts people from doing higher relative importance things and causes them to focus all of their potential positive energy on things that do not contribute to solving problems most holistically and efficiently.  Law is violence because it causes the cyclic creation of more violence as people learn that law is the “only known way” to solve problems.  More people commit violence in the pursuit of justice by using the law.  Complexity, confusion, and prioritizing law are violence because they cause people to not focus on their foundational fundamentals of love, peace, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, helping one another, holistic problem solving, education, and anything else that can help us strive for a more sustainable striving living experience on planet Earth.  Law is like the concept of opportunity cost.  The cost of what you spend your time and energy doing is the totality of what is lost doing what you could be doing.  I sometimes wonder if many people use law for itinerant reasons instead of holistic problem-solving or holistic arbitration because some have some ultra-competitive motivation and cannot compete in a genuine love, care, and compassionate way.  The law gives business opportunism a method and means to commit ultra-competitive violence because, when necessary, they will do whatever it takes to create an opportunity to use the law for transference control reasons.  I wonder if law is the most important concept in business because it is being used to keep some people in “king” positions and others in “slave” positions.  It makes sense because those who have the closer proximal connectivity to the law are those who can afford lawyers and itinerant lobbying to create more and more laws all the time.  The law itself might be used as an itinerant way to ultra-compete for fitness reasons, and those able to use it the most maximize the violence while getting more ecological fitness than others.  For example, I have written papers on the so-called “vice” in our society.  It is strange to me that for a long period, it seems like laws related to “vice” concepts served to put more focus on survival people than those in extreme comfort zones.  Vice law is a transference mechanism to create itinerant violence on some and not others often as a transference mechanism.  It would be interesting if there were some connectivity between those in extreme comfort zones and the law, which focuses on more survival people as easier people to use the law.  Do we create people that are easier to use the law on in an itinerant way?  Do we use the law to fire people when a business or government needs a transference mechanism?  Do we use the law to make people homeless?  Do we use the law to bankrupt people or to keep people struggling?  Do we use the law to kill?  Do we use the law to destroy all aspects of health?  Do we use the law as a reactionary adaptive planning tool?  Do we use the law to segment and separate into classes instead of creating community harmonizing behavior?  Do we use the law to create complexity and confusion in our society on what matters more?  Does law diminish the focus on love, peace, and harmony?  Do we spend time trying to focus law violence on some and not others in an itinerant way?  How important is politics in the law?  Do we use the law to create itinerant decisions?  Is the law being used as a tool of subservience?  Is law a tool of transference?  Do people closer to the law function like violence because it works for them?  Is the law creating conditions in our environment to create more itinerant ways to use the law?  Do we use the law to create itinerant decision-makers?  Is itinerant use of the law being used to manufacture gold and enslave and kill at the same?  Law has become nothing but an itinerant business-type tool of transference that works more for some and hurts others.  Law is about having access to power, as many of those who profiteer and strive for power and others have much more access to the law.  The more access to law people have, the more violence potential they have on one hand and the more they add to investigation on the other.  Itinerant controversy creation and use of the law is a way to have continual violence on someone for their whole lives while those that reap benefits from your life have excessively privileged lives.  In many ways, our world has become like a corporation organizational chart where those at the top do what is necessary to keep their positions and transfer all the productive energy from “the people” to those in power positions of control.  Law and business-like functioning collude for wealth transference reasons.  The higher the transference potential objective, the greater the use of itinerant use of the law to commit violence in every possible way, from extreme manufacturing of truth out of context concepts to eternal finding of truth violence, including investigation violence in every possible way imaginable.  If the transference potential is infinite, then the potential for law, justice, and investigation is also infinite.  Is law a source of complacency and status quo functioning, and are some people dying for it?  It reminds me of an essential book I read.  The book is “Playing God in Yellowstone” where, for a long time, we were static while nature was dynamic; a tremendous amount of fuel had built up on the forest floor in Yellowstone National Park, which led to a huge forest fire resetting succession in much of the park.  It is an example of how we tend toward complacency and thinking that we know what we are doing, but we do not know closer to reality.  It is like striving to keep things status quo at any cost so that those who think they know what they are doing can continue doing what they are doing without knowing more about it.  It seems it all comes down to people’s motivations and who they are.  If you have lived your life with power striving, profiteering, charioteering, ultra competing, using any violence as a tool, and striving for your ideas of paradise above all without consideration of solving problems in a dynamic, ever-changing, continuously improving way.  If you lived your life trying to solve problems, helping people, loving and caring about people, being compassionate towards others, supporting education, planning, health, and being focused on everything that matters more in life, that is a different story.  People can change, especially through education and enlightenment, but it is strange to me that people who were more about part of the problems in the past seem to always stay on top while those who have so much to offer are subservientized.  We must eliminate top and bottom in favor of collaborative contributing concepts where respect and responsibility are more important than itinerant positions of political power and dominance at any cost.  Too often, we have created a society where people have all dressed up for court their whole lives while others are extremely susceptible to perturbation from violence and ultra-competition.  More law and justice forces seem to work towards violently dealing with problems instead of solving them.  It creates a huge amount of detrimental impact on our society and our people worldwide.  It allows others that have the most access to those forces to have more violence potential as well, which creates more violence in an ever-increasing way.  As a problem-solving enlightenment and constructive criticism mechanism, this paper is meant to help.  Still, if the law tries to solve the problem without me, they will create huge class action suits and try to sue everyone associated with this behavior instead of solving the problem.  This represents extreme violence as well because it gives people traditional money, which does not contribute to solving problems in any way.  It only serves to promulgate an out-of-control, extremely competitive, ill capitalist system that is violent.  It is violent because it lacks the relative prioritization and planning needed to take care of our people, our kids, our communities, our families, our natural environment, our planet, and our future.  The “way things are” world is mostly built on the backs of ultra-competitive violence, opportunism, and transference.
It seems to me we ought to use education, exploration, knowledge transference, and problem-solving.  Suppose we plan and use all of our holistic enlightenment from the law and other academic knowledge fields.  In that case, we can transform our society into a genuine, holistic, sustainable, striving place to live.  Instead of fighting and violence to stay in control positions, doesn’t it make sense to work together with the rest of us to live in peace, harmony, and love in a collaborative and contributing environment instead of a violent one?  Maybe we should use law one last time to propose a planning effort of massive proportions and to get rid of itself as soon as we can once we do what is necessary to transition to a more well-planned collaborative and cohesive functioning.  All the people in the law fields have a tremendous amount to offer if they can re-train their brains to allocate their energy towards more holistic and genuine attempts at solving real in-context problems on Earth.  If we continue to give energy towards violence and those things that create more violence, all we will have is more and more violence in the future.  This is especially true if transference and irrationally controlling violence prevail at any cost instead of rationality.  Suppose we use the law as an out-of-context tool, which is inconsistent with nature’s resolutions in space and time.  In that case, we will continue to create never-ending violence and unanticipated catastrophes and tragedies, including the propensity to create significant downward spiral feedback loops for individuals, humanity, and our planet.  Suppose we do not change in a well-planned, rational way.  In that case, we will forever increase the susceptibility and potential perturbation towards creating more and more of the same until, before we know it, doomsday will be here sooner than anticipated.

In the interim, it would be great to change all laws to holistic prescriptive advice and BeAware (Regions, etc. Esri), which is meant to prevent problems holistically in the first place before the law is needed.  It will serve as planning material about the current condition of our society.

We need everyone to collaborate and contribute what they can on Earth.  For too long, the law has taken all the people’s tremendous brain energy potential to problems on a more holistic, continuous, adaptive striving preventative scale.

Reactionary Justice

Reactionary Justice is the continuation of violence.  It also creates a pollution cycle negative feedback loop.  I would rather see it transition into Holistic Environmental Justice, Social Justice, Health, Holistic arbitration, and Safety.  It is a concept that is genuinely more holistic and sustainable striving. Likewise, the holistic concept creates practical harmony and striving behavior in communities, which increases comfort and trust.  Thus, improved communication can occur when someone needs help.

People are reluctant to ask for help in a reactionary justice or trouble-seeking paradigm.  It seems like reactionary Justice seeks not to end the cycle of violence but instead creates more in terms of detrimental impacts.  The use of reactionary Justice instead of rational problem-solving approaches and helping people in a more genuine holistic way indicates that we are focused on the wrong resolutions of problems and merely temporarily postponing the inevitable continuation of the problem and, thus, further violence.  Rational problem-solving is more humane, compassionate, and consistent with our foundational fundamentals instead of more shortsighted business-as-usual approaches.  Combining this concept with the Help Project and Holistic Inclusive Candle Lighting Blobification Project can prevent people from ever needing any reactionary justice.  All human problems are often very involved and complicated and often involve people’s entire lives, which no reactionary justice person can get their arms around in totality.  It is best to have love, care, compassion, and empathy for the circumstances many have endured, as many have suffered dearly in significant cumulative impact.  This sometimes leads to post-traumatic stress disorder or other forms of mental illness or behavioral competition mechanisms as well as survival mechanisms.  I believe that too many people are waiting around for something to happen instead of being genuine, holistic, loving, caring, and compassionate people.  While transforming to a natural, holistic, sustainable, striving planet Earth, we must only use minimal violence when we have exhausted every other means of problem resolution, like when a person has a gun to someone’s head, for example.  Over time, I suspect our need for this reactionary Justice will be minimized towards the baseline.  The overall paradigm should shift beyond laws and more inadequate life path resolution.  It does not consider the extremely high relative importance of every human being on this planet.  Everyone needs the absolute most help in terms of care, inclusion, help, and genuine ecological rehabilitation and restoration so they can have more comfort, joy, love, hope, and sustainable striving for happiness just like everyone else.  The reactionary justice concept is ignorance because it does not use holistic planning to prevent its use in the first place.  In the future, maybe it would be prudent to suggest that all of us are part of holistic environmental Justice, health safety, holistic arbitration, and holistic restoration.  Reactionary Justice is like a big family.  Why don’t we involve everyone in that family?  We should include everyone in health care as well.  Then, we can continually adaptively strive towards desired future conditions for all of us on Earth and beyond.

I wonder if we can map this phenomenon and show a correlation between reactionary Justice needed and sustainable striving for community cohesiveness functioning.  I suspect that inclusiveness is the most crucial concept.  Reactionary Justice impacts a person’s connectedness and inclusion, where most people build self-esteem and belonging needs, which are essential for human health and foundational fundamental functioning.  As people are impacted (sometimes by opportunistic ultra-competitiveness), people lose connectedness over time and become more vulnerable to perturbations, survival stressors, and lack of opportunities in society.  When all the cumulative survival stressors occur, and a lack of the ability to support yourself happens, you become vulnerable to illicit opportunistic organizations, which often have no compassion for anything.  (because they are products of the same processes).  Once this happens, people become more hardened and begin a downward spiral feedback loop, which often includes excessive self-medication to feel better, which can be another downward spiral feedback loop.  Social interactions are sought with anyone with similar lives, and the struggle continues without inclusion and with inadequate means of survival.  This creates more compulsion to enter into more risky ventures to survive, which sometimes turns “criminal or violent.” When this happens, the risk of traditional reactionary Justice occurs.
