If we want to keep the name Justice, we should transition it from reactionary to holistic. I wonder if Holistic Environmental Justice would be an excellent name for a future holistic justice concept. Maybe all justice fields should transition into a new role of holistic environmental Justice, health, and safety.

It causes erosion of those that work the hardest towards a sustainable striving planet Earth and stacks the resources to those that care more about controversy creation complexity process and the “means” rather than a sustainable striving “ends.” The funding of reactionary concepts brings along more funding of continual reactionary processes and functioning as a priority instead of holistic problem-solving and prevention. A classic potential positive feedback loop of epic proportions if we do not holistically plan.
I suggest a presentation explaining this concept to those functioning in these various professions, organizations, and roles. This is so they can self-reflect and begin their spectrum transference towards a more desired future condition in context with genuine holistic and sustainable striving objectives. These objectives should have a much higher priority than self-promulgating organizational behaviors that lack any responsible foresight over the horizon.

Trade and commerce.
Trade and commerce are all about rationalizing chains, webs, and products. First, products are only those that have gone through a rational public scoping, needs assessment, and rationalization. I call them ecological niche products. Products with a context that is planned well are the only products we ought to be producing in this world. The ecogeorelative rationality concept attempts to have fair and rational trade regarding all the in-context indicators relatively considered based on priority through relative weights. If we can produce spinach locally with minimal detrimental impacts, including minimal pollution, then it does not make sense to grow spinach with higher harmful impacts 4000 miles away. The former market-based ultra-competitive capitalist system did not consider the broader context and rationality regarding efficiency, minimizing natural resource consumption, and minimizing pollution. Any assessment process should consider all the variables in the entire chain, from the product’s conception to its actual use or consumption. This evaluative method attempts to promote the infusion of rationality by having an environment (including humans, etc.) that functions sustainably and strives while promoting positive energy for the people. Suppose we do not assess in this manner. In that case, we will not consider the entirety of the webs and chains, leading to a non-sustainable striving assessment as it will only assess those considerations the out-of-context business concerns want us to set. This would lead to out-of-context degradation if we had impact units and energy production units as a ratio, similar to the often insufficient and archaic cost and benefits concept. Assessing these ratios in an ecogeorelative rational way is the key. These additive and multiplicative cumulative impact costs are crucial to systematically understanding this concept. The more we can plan the minimization of detrimental impacts and, at the same time, prepare the potential benefits in terms of value, energy, and benefits creation along the path, the more we can understand what we do instead of continuing to know, not what we do. However, simpler and more efficient closer-to-nature functioning is often a better alternative when determining how to function, as it usually requires minimal structure.
When we need more complexity because of a critical need or want, we can assess everything to produce only positive energy and strive to minimize detrimental impacts of all types that decrease our sustainable striving potential. Suppose we continually strive to create more positive energy and sustainable investing along these chains and webs. In that case, we can tread softly or with minimal detrimental impact when traveling on longer, complex paths. It is sort of like striving to take care of everyone and everything in the environment before extreme anthropocentric degrading functioning and processes in the absence of these considerations. It is the only way to assess apples to apples. Any other way appears irrational and out of context with our more stable natural environment and integrated ecogeorelative ecogeosystemic functioning. If we start simply by planning and functioning closer to nature in as many needed ways as possible, striving to minimize our footprint, then when we need to venture further and deeper into the wilderness to satisfy our needs. We can invest the energy to reduce impacts and create multiplier value, energy, and benefits. We can do so by striving to minimize degradation to anything. We will have planned out potential interventions, offsets, and tradeoffs as we continually strive to minimize detrimental impacts. Over time, we will constantly advance and improve in environmental technology and engineering with nature in mind. This leads to continually striving to improve our beneficial impact on our environment, people, and world.
We are all the same and different
Our miraculousness comes from our duality: we are all the same and different simultaneously. We ought to work together with our similarities and learn from our differences. Our similarities are our foundational humanity in context with the world around us. Our differences are the spice of life that adds imaginative exploration and learning to continually add to our foundations and continually improve our understanding of ourselves and the natural world around us. Each of us is uniquely diverse because we all walk on a unique transect that cannot be replicated in any natural way. Therefore, we all have tremendous value potential for ourselves, our collective whole, or any other aggregation.
Missing and exploited children
If we need a center for missing and exploited children, we have not spent enough time, effort, and energy understanding the real problems. It seems to me that one missing and exploited child is too many. The fact that children are being harmed at all in this world is an indicator of a feedback loop in our society that is out of control. We should look at our children as the keystone species of our future and place such a high relative importance on each child so that no child is at risk. Resources should be allocated and prioritized on the holistic end of the spectrum rather than the reactionary. Interdisciplinary problem identification, assessment, research, and ecogeosystematic understanding of problems through various analysis techniques would be the most rational allocation of resources. A paleoenvironmental cumulative integrated analysis and ecogeosystematic knowledge of the total cumulative functioning is worth striving for when we risk losing our future.
Sustainable striving fast food
Fast food should be transitioned to offer a wider variety of healthier options. These healthier options should cost less than the more unhealthy options on the menu. We ought to consider EEC to help ESH indices and EGR ecogeosystematic indices. Menu options might include a salad, soup, and pasta bar at each restaurant that strives to put higher weight on healthier, more locally sourced options or low impact longer distance options. Meat ought to be less of an option, but if it is going to be an option, we must grow livestock in the most suitable areas and produce healthier meat, like in warmer climates. But livestock red meat, etc., ought to be minimized over time if possible or should be a minimal part of our diet. Natural prey species like venison are a healthy alternative in suitable areas, but I believe in more bow and arrow hunting rather than rifles but prefer the most humane way. We should resort primarily to nuts, vegetables, healthy fats, fish, chicken, eggs, and everything else in moderation. From management and unions to a new paradigm of holisitically planned organizations in context with nature
First, I would eliminate the classification and compartmentalization that goes along with being a worker. It does not make sense. It is an old industrialist concept. Let’s move beyond that concept towards respect and higher rational allocation regarding incentives for doing the most challenging jobs. I think that one of the problems is that too many people have forgotten what it is like to be a “worker” because many are more concerned with process and organizational aspects of functioning. To me, some of the higher relative importance positions in every organization are those on the front lines doing the actual “work”. I consider manual labor an energy expenditure as crucial as many more brain energy expenditures in organizations. It is all energy, just a different type requiring another body part. It is evident, however, that when it comes to ideas, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation that strive to lead us to a more sustainable future, anyone can contribute regardless of their role in the organization. It is more of a relative concept. Some may contribute more this time because of their unique life, and others may contribute more the next time because of their extraordinary life. The rigidity in structure and conventional function, along with the excess complexity, causes stagnation and lack of creativity in organizations from the smallest to the largest. If we want unions, I suggest they embrace everyone in the niche organization. We all should be considered a valuable part of an organization and not compartmentalized.
Everyone has a lot to offer, but some have more to offer than others at various times. To add value to your organization and our world, add to your foundations, education, skills, and knowledge and contribute what you can. Classifying people in categories directly or indirectly limits someone’s confidence, self-esteem, and inclusion as part of the organization. I favor eliminating the unnecessary categorizations, processes, and complexity that allow more focus on controversy and process instead of problem-solving. If we plan out an organization where everyone is the same and different at the same time, it would be best. If we all treated one another with love, care, and respect and worked together in a way that inspires everyone to contribute and collaborate in what they can, we would be better off. We are different as well, and our diversity is excellent as it allows each person to venture off into areas that interest them relative to their aspirations, passions, and interests. We learn from one another this way, allowing the most excellent inclusive effort from the broadest diversity. If we were all the same, we would have a monoculture, which is susceptible to perturbation because of a lack of diversity.
Perfect people
There are no perfect people on planet Earth. Some may think they are perfect but may not look broad enough to assess their functioning. I wonder if perfect people who think they are more perfect than the rest of us have more problems than the rest of us. Furthermore, perfect is as perfect does. Perfect people are not perfect because they do not tell others when they make mistakes. Perfect people are not perfect because often their behavior is much more detrimental than imperfect people who admit to making mistakes. The way I see it, as long as we have people getting killed, fired, homeless, arrested, put in prison, made mentally ill, impoverished, creating war and ultra-competitive behaviors, no one could be perfect. As long as our natural environment and oceans are in peril, no perfect people exist. People are not perfect as long as we prioritize attaining financial wealth only. As long as we prioritize creating controversy in people’s lives, causing them to suffer immensely, people are the opposite of perfect. As long as people continue torturing people, they are not perfect. I sometimes wonder if the most ignorant people call themselves perfect. I wonder if there is a correlation between perfect people and those who never tell you anything. Is it because they consider themselves perfect? Is it because they are creating controversy? Is it because they want to be the only ones in the know? Do perfect people only allow one-way communication in such a manner that benefits them only?
