People usually are passionately driven by their interests and desires while living life. Currently, there are incredible compulsions to exclude those with the most passion, the most to offer, or the most hard-working people. Are business and employment mostly about taking one degree or another? Business should be about ecological niche organizations where people collaborate in ecological niche roles for value, energy, and benefit creation for everyone, everything, everywhere. It should have an ecosystem structure and function like collaboration, energy flows of ecological equilibrium compensation, and inspirational incentives that work together with nature and humanity as much as possible. Ecological niche organizations should be scaled according to Nature and Humanity, striving to place higher relative importance on communities at all scales. It should be about letting Heaven and Nature sing as well…

A while ago, I had an idea of having prepared explorations, like education vacations, that explored ancestry. Understanding enough may take up to 2 years of a person’s life. Understanding what happened to ancestry is an important part of planning out life. It would create endless connections to family, family friends, and new friends, preventing loneliness and isolation. Sooner or later, we will realize that we are all related or connected somehow. This realization brings about a feeling of unity and collaboration instead of war and dysfunction. The idea would involve the preparation and planning of guides who would share all that is known about a person’s ancestry, including places where they lived, explored, learned, and loved. The exploration would provide as much information as is known about their lives. It would help a person figure out their origins and how they might like to strive to contribute. It gives a person context and makes a person feel fulfilled. It may also reveal an opportunity for enlightened adaptive transformation as well. Ancestry explorations should be celebratory milestones like an associate’s degree or something similar. Ancestry explorations start with a map.

If you think about the functioning of obscure collaboration, these castles sound like controlled extreme political parties with an agenda. Are we making everyone dependent on the government to save the “Pseudoerthcorporation” and nationalism as it creates a dependency on the Government, which in turn saves the status quo? Have governments and the “Pseudoerthcorporation” been partners similar to my recognition of the quote in 1985, “What is good for General Motors is good for America and vice versa”? Should the quote “What is good for the Pseudoerthcorporation” be good for our world and vice versa? Have we prioritized the Pseudoerthcorporation over all of everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth? What we need to do now is prioritize the people along with the problems we need to solve in an inclusive and accepting way so they can be involved in a higher relative freedom of living and a similarity foundation that includes everyone, everything, everywhere. Prioritizing people and having them associatively choose and match themselves with ecological niche roles would benefit everyone because it gets people working together in various adaptive communities to solve problems and share their adaptive creativity and what they have been given to contribute. Once we prioritize people again, ecological niche organizations should be prioritized, and ecological equilibrium compensation should be used as an inspirational incentive to inspire continued holistic structures, functioning, dynamic segmentation, and ecological niche roles. Everything on Earth could be turned into areas, and inspirational incentives through ecological equilibrium compensation could be applied by ecoregion or various scale-dependent communities ecogeorelatively considered. Are we putting everyone on the dole to create a similar foundation of ecological niche roles and ecological niche organizations for ecological equilibrium compensation reasons?

Reactionary reductionism and reactionary adaptive planning are used as tools. The secrecy that goes along with these tools creates infinite variabilization and adaptive management techniques that make a never-ending extraction exchange exclusion cycle. It keeps management in control at any cost to the people with detrimental impacts, always falling to the most susceptible to perturbation. Each organization and individual is like a fortified bubble similar to a chess piece variable where resources and knowledge can be applied to any “bubble” at any time. Blame mechanisms can be assigned to any bubble as well at any time. That is one reason I am proposing a we-me cycle to solve all problems simultaneously in a unified, collaborative way.

The need to transition to a We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle on planet Earth

Once we get beyond blaming people for all the problems on Earth, we will recognize that people could solve all the issues on Earth. We must live closer to nature and mimic nature whenever possible because it is often the most balanced. Unnatural chemicals, hormones, and pollution create the potential for feedback loops because our bodies and Natural environment are not used to them. I believe chemicals and manufactured pollution mimic hormones and are endocrine disruptors. It may be a significant cause of cancer in the human body. It is an example of our world being too static and functioning at too quick of a pace. It also indicates that violent structures and functions create irrational, out-of-context processes and procedures. Law is static but, even worse, functions as a reactionary adaptive planning tool to keep these structures, functions, methods, and procedures dominating our world at any cost. I hope things are changing and we will adapt to a more desired future condition, but we all must be accepted, included, involved, participating, and collaborating. With a God-like foundation of loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving, we can have communities that are balanced and holistic striving instead of reactionary reductionistic. It is best to have holistic planning on the holistic preventative side of the spectrum rather than be reactionary. When we are reactionary, it is too late most of the time, but we can get involved with holistic restoration to restore stability and sustainable striving structure and functioning. It is best to holistically prevent the need for restoration because it conserves important energy allocation. It is like the principle of opportunity cost; the value of what you spend time doing could be allocated to something much more holistic, preventative, sustainable, striving, and stability-enhancing. Then, we become what I call more ecogeosystematic or function more like Nature or like ecosystems. Nature and ecosystems are much more dynamic, as many life cycles exist within each ecological community. We should have more of a cyclic way of doing things, like a We-Me cycle where each of us has ecological niche roles relative to our interests and desires to live, learn, and explore our Naturally beautiful planet and communities. We must let heaven and Nature sing together.
