Founding contributor and creator of Natural Earth Striving an Earth Ethic and Earth Research Explorers, a vision that accepts and includes everyone on Earth as stakeholders, stewards, explorers, researchers, creators, pattern recognizers, ground truthers, innovators, hypothesis generators, etc. Suppose you look at these two entities and consider them as a cycle. In that case, it gets everyone contributing towards a more continuous adaptive striving for desired future conditions on planet Earth from a broad scale to a fine scale. This leads us to a more holistic positive energy reality for the health of everyone, everything, everywhere on Earth. The vision includes a loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, genuine kindness striving to bring about conditions of comfort, joy, love, hope, faith, and sustainable striving happiness foundation for everyone on Earth, transitioning most laws, rules, regulations, policies, to holistic prescriptive advice.

Investments-2014

Investments should only have incentives when they contribute significant value, energy, and benefits to individuals, families, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, life support systems, and Planet Earth. When they do otherwise, there should be a disincentive regarding provisional equilibrium compensation to those that add significant value, energy, benefits, creativity, ingenuity, enlightened progress, and innovation. Companies, corporations, agencies, and all organizations will transform into ecological niche organizations where their role in the ecosystem relates to everything else in a continual benefit-producing way, each striving to do the best they can to prioritize the creation of healthy people, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, life support systems, and Earth itself. It does not make rational sense in its current form. It will make more rational sense to prioritize compensatory return on investments and dividends after significantly contributing to creating the ecological value contribution index, a cumulative relatively weighted indicator that measures relative success towards those sustainable striving criteria. Investment ought to be more dynamic functioning, providing significant resources to those ecological niche organizations that add the most in terms of making the world a better place in as many ways as possible. We must invest in the ecological value, energy, and benefit contribution index rather than any profit-motivated objective. The profit objective should be secondary in a relatively weighted way to ecological value contribution. Ecological value contribution in the absence of any significant profit should be funded by significant ecological equilibrium compensation from the people, niche organizations, and transformed agencies that provide more on the public benefit side of the spectrum until such organizations are mature enough to add profit as part of a reinvestment in innovation and creativity which adds more ecological value contribution units to individuals as well. In other words, investing in a niche organization with a high ecological value contribution index will also increase an individual’s ecological value contribution index. These methods will provide for continual adaptation to meet the needs of our planet down to the needs of individuals. Those producing the first two objectives will reach the tertiary level of providing an actual traditional return on investment and dividends to individuals who have provided the investment energy (sunergy) back to investors for doing a great job researching and understanding the high ecological value contributing to ecological niche organizations. Thus, there is an incentive for individuals to become very educated with knowledge and experience about making the world a better place in some way or cumulatively to do well understanding ecological niche organizations. Simply put, it creates a huge incentive for real education about real things rather than just numbers in a solely profit-motivated world. We must transform from the complexity of solely profit-motivated indicators, which do not tell you anything about the company’s reality but somehow determine the company’s and investors’ wealth. The way things are done today is irrational. For the most part, we have no idea about the ecological/social/individual impact each organization contributes to our planet. Some of us could provide an educated guess, however. It is disturbing to me that stock market investing is a lot about understanding re-occurring patterns in business. Each individual who invests in the stock market researches performance, looks at temporal patterns, goes with trends of public perception, and acts on advice from those who know more or know how to play the game. It is disturbing to me that there is so much time wasted in these efforts to understand the potential performance of a company financially. Yet, we know very little about the actual value of energy and the benefits it provides to all of us and our planet. Investors could invest in companies whose stock performance is always predictably beneficial at certain times. Still, they, at the same time, may not realize that they may be contributing to extreme resource depletion, labor exploitation, pollution of the environment in many ways, detrimental health problems, or maybe contributing an immense amount of systematic detrimental impact on people, relationships, communities, regions, society, the natural environment, our life support systems, or planet Earth itself. We seem to reward those who spend much time researching these patterns and tips. However, I believe it is a waste of time to devote a tremendous amount of human intellect, potential talent, creativity, imagination, and innovation toward finding new ways to look at financials and performance when we should be devoting that time and effort to learning about real behavior and impacts on the totality of advancing our society in context so we can sustainably strive to have a world without end…It may be prudent to adapt towards an area-based visual investment approach.

Consequences of a reactively created complex society-2014

A reactive complex society creates classes. It makes a class of people good at controlling, managing, and arguing, relying primarily on their ability to deal with complexity, policy, law, and procedures. I think it is sad because everyone else considered less important is responsible for creativity, more loving and caring about one another, innovation, knowledge creation, imagination, and working towards progress in our current definition. I favor doing away with classes altogether because the controllers in our society have realized that as long as they are in control, they can make their own rules about who matters more. Ingratiators and power players in the political realm rub elbows with those who have self-created their higher relative importance designation, thus making all of those people, in essence, corrupt to the way things presently are in our world. Many are so complacent and get blinders on when they are treated like royalty that they forget about trying to define actual problems in any real way. Instead, many are lost and do what they are told by those who sound like they know what they are talking about. Many tactics are used to gain control over those primarily supposed to be for the people and the environment. First, extreme confidence is used as a tool regardless of actual knowledge about the totality of an issue. Most issues are incomplete, not well-defined problems, or lack appropriate contextual consideration regarding all related issues. Second, endless debate and argument on these inadequately defined problems further wastes time and our cumulative energy allocation towards solving problems. Third, distractions are created when things get too complex, and a diversion is needed to distract people from the real problems. Last, when all else fails, they pass problems along to a subordinate, so they have someone to blame when they fail in their responsibility to serve in their role. It is not all their fault. It is what we have created in a reactionary way. Many do not realize that problems are multidimensional and have many other parts, just like nature, where everything is connected to everything else. I feel sad for low-wage earners who are working hard every day while those making the most in our society are working hard as well but contributing much less in terms of value, energy, and benefits to our culture, relatively speaking, not because they do not want to but because they are not able to with the current reactionary complex system of laws, rules, regulations, and complexity not to mention the inherent complexity in all of society and nature itself. We are creating complexity upon complexity upon complexity in a never-ending sort of way. We are forgetting the relatively critical societal issues and roles that require us to follow the designated process and procedures above all else. We dwell on issues of less relative importance, while those of higher relative importance are never approached. It is really weird. Many examples exist, but it’s like painting the smokestack on the Titanic. We pay attention primarily to these issues, while the big problems get little attention. The band is still playing on the deck, and people are having fun and getting their self-actualized needs met, but I am worried that we are not paying the needed attention to solving our big problems. The first with the highest significance and relative importance should be transforming Earth into a sustainable, striving planet. We must include everyone everywhere, minimize complexity, and function closer to nature. Wouldn’t it be great if we all started working together so we could begin the transitioning process?

Sustainable striving working together with nature-2014

About 20 years ago or so, I wrote a paper in school about sustainable striving forestry/forests. The paper was one of the foundations for my way of thinking about working together with nature. I believe we ought to transform the management perspective into one that works together with nature. By continuously working together, this integrated concept brings all disciplines and people together to look after all the environmental considerations, cultural, and natural resources. So many segmented branches of natural resource and environmental fields often work separately. They ought to work together because everything in nature is connected to everything else. Wouldn’t it be great to have all experts working together planning ecological intervention with nature? Imagine the cross-pollination of knowledge that people would continuously get when we bring all the experts together and work together. It makes sense to me because we all should strive to know all about nature, especially if we are responsible for it. It is a continuous learning concept that allows continual knowledge growth, research, and learning from fieldwork to Geospatial planning. The integration of fieldwork with planning and location-enabled integrated devices gives us the ability to visualize and understand what, where, when, and why, as well as associations with other aspects of nature that are connected or associated with an area. A lot involves collecting data for research, planning purposes, and working together. Suppose we continually collect data in the field and assemble it in our systems. In that case, we can strive to accomplish the multiple considerations we are trying to achieve from a multidisciplinary perspective. Not only does it make sense from a planning and working together with nature perspective, but it is also an efficient way of doing things because we can strive to accomplish ecological problem-solving and impact assessment from a geographical perspective (which is the system for integrating knowledge and learning). From my perspective. Once we have researched and collected appropriate data, we can assemble and integrate knowledge that we can use for similar but different purposes. We can use the knowledge in an aware, holistic planning and field-assisting way. In other words, it is like knowing the geographical whereabouts of various ecological communities, species, habitats, migratory patterns, stream ecology considerations, species of concern, rare plants, nests of importance, buffers, water quality, biodiversity considerations, protected habitat, resilience as well as knowing knowledge like history, intervention history, holistic prescriptive advice for any area, and previous research projects that could be ongoing forever. Imagine all the knowledge that could be accumulated for well-intentioned purposes so we can help nature and help ourselves. While planning, we can use indicators to monitor the health of ecosystems and research areas where relative indicator values indicate something is fascinating and ought to be explored. This microcosmic example is one way we can sustainably strive to transform planet Earth. We will need explorers, researchers, scientists, and all integrated disciplines.  This approach includes everyone, everything, everywhere.

Omerta and Organizations-2014

Organizations and those involved in organizations like to learn information in ways that allow them to get credit for them without having to give credit to those who contributed primarily to the development of an idea. We must stop omerta, secrecy, patent races, and ultra-competition altogether. Otherwise, we will have eternal secrecy command and control structures in all organizations that seek to learn information in ways that allow minimal risk to their bottom line and maximum risk to the actual creators. Managers, administrators, attorneys, command and control organizations, and all other mob-ish type organizations and their subordinates know how to create scenarios to take whatever they want from certain people and organizations and call it their own. They create scenarios where the perception of elite status and supremacy precedes the value energy and benefits created by the creative people beneath them in our hierarchical structured society. I want to emphasize that this practice creates a downward spiral feedback loop in our society by creating disincentives for those who know the most, create, innovate, and work toward solving problems. We have created a society where only certain status people and perception elite and supreme people can stand up with ideas that could help make the world better. The rest are subservientized. The surveillance society that we have created exists behind the scenes; as long as it is under the control of extreme capitalists and the ultra-competitive, we will continue contributing to the largest downward spiral feedback loop in history. No longer must we enslave anyone in our society. It has gotten so bad that I wonder if we are enslaving people as soon as they are born, depending on their so-called “status” in society. We must stop this behavior because it promotes those who care the least about everything and everyone. This behavior will continue to create feelings of rejection, isolation, lack of inclusion, and propensity for continual controversy creation and societal degradation in the future. The way I see it is that we need all hands on deck to save our planet by striving towards a way things should be sustainable striving planet Earth. We need everyone on Earth working together for nature, humanity, culture, and spirituality. We need all individuals to contribute what they can to help make the world a better place. The cumulative magnitude of all the problems we have on planet Earth today and those we will have in the future creates a scenario where we have no choice. Otherwise, we will keep arranging deck chairs on the Titanic as we sink towards doomsday sooner than it would have been if we had worked together with nature and every human miracle on planet Earth. I do not understand why we have tolerated the complexity, controversy creation, and never-ending chaos magnification associated with the command-and-control forces in our society. I do not understand how we have tolerated a system of laws that exists out of context with everything else and is used to give power and control to those who care the most about power, process, and control rather than progress, creativity, and saving our planet from ourselves. Why have we given most of the power to those who know the least about substance, science, creativity, and improving the world? In our natural world, why have we given all the power to people who know little about nature, culture, humanity, and natural spirituality? It is really weird. I believe that certain positions in society are self-promulgating in terms of their importance. In other words, I think that several people in leadership positions create the perception that things are the way they are for a reason. Furthermore, they create arguments very well and are often very convincing to those without an idea about context. They often create arguments that exist to win only and have little thought, care, love, or compassion for anyone or anything else other than winning their out-of-context argument. Things will stay the same if there is a control and management mentality rather than a working together paradigm. It is time to give everyone everywhere the power to contribute to solving problems now and in the future. We must eliminate omerta in all organizations and help transform those people into more value-adding societal roles.

Priorities as we transition to the Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle with Location Enabled Integrated Device and Similarity/Unique Diversity Pyramid on Earth

Let everyone know that we are transitioning to an inspirational incentive system based on our priorities on Earth, the local communities, and the commons spectrum.

Create presentations for everyone on Earth from everyone on Earth regarding the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle with Location Enabled Integrated Device and Similarity Unique Diversity Foundation

Create a We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorer Cycle Ecogeoscheduler integrated with Ecogeofacebook for everyone on Earth. The We-Me Ecogeoscheduler selects living experiences, learning experiences, exploration experiences, events, and all contribution niche roles. Other choices available include Nature striving, natural healthy living, natural spirituality, Sheltershare, Everythingshare, Ecogeo-Amazon-Ebay-Walmart-and-all stores-food-stores-etc, Ecogeo-Garden share/Farmshare, EcoGeo-Nature-Motion-energy-generation-Integration-Share.

For the surface area of planet Earth, determine the most Nature striving condition relative to its most natural condition. Determine alternative area-based impact assessment alternatives for restoration purposes. Map the similarity condition spectrum on planet Earth from most Wilderness (Oceans too) to Nature striving Humanity. Create unique diversity Regions/Be-aware cycle for people to create, invest in areas, propose, have area leases, and have area ownerships as long as it meets the similarity conditions.

Acceptance and inclusion for everyone on Earth along a mentor proximity continuum

Eliminate functioning borders and boundaries on planet Earth as we transition to a unified perspective on planet Earth

Local communities will be the primary similarity condition community, and other communities, including the Planet Earth community, are available for inclusion as well if needed.

In urban areas, buildings and/or neighborhoods may be primary communities, and other communities, including the Planet Earth community, are available for inclusion as well, if needed.

Unify everyone in a similar foundation condition way on planet earth

All the resorts on earth should be used for holistic transitioning for those significantly impacted by transitioning

All schools should be used to help people learn loving, sharing, caring, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving similarity foundation

All schools, churches, and Nature should be used to help people learn about nature striving, natural healthy living, and natural spirituality similarity context conditions

Develop foundation similarity condition curriculum share for everyone on Earth

Eliminate the use of all guns for personal protection reasons for everyone on Earth

Have everyone transition themselves for potential similarity foundation inclusion as an Earth Community for the Restoration University from least contribution to greater relative contributions from the old world’s militaries. As we transition, those with significant planning, restoration, natural resources, engineering, and any other knowledge will have the most relative weight on the spectrum as we transition to an everyone approach.

Have everyone transition themselves for potential similarity foundation inclusion as an Earth community for the “natural healthy living” similarity condition spectrum from least contribution to most contribution based on training. As we transition, health care, nature striving, natural spirituality, and those with knowledge will have the most relative weight on the natural healthy condition spectrum as we transition to an everyone approach.

Ideas on working and enslaved people especially in cities

Most of the working or enslaved people in cities are likely controlled by the diversity worker king on Earth. The planet Earth’s monoculture kings want to distance themselves from this functioning. Democrats seem to have been lower employees in the hierarchies on planet Earth and thus are blame mechanisms. All people relatively lower in the hierarchies are potential blame mechanisms, especially at the bottom. Sometimes, CEOS take the blame for a mistake but are often rewarded at another place and time. It shows a kind of planet Earth monoculture control pattern and uses an infinite variabilization toolbox of organizations and people as tools. I am unsure, but it may have been like a mob-connected concept like the Irishman movies, Cuba, Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, Florida, Chicago, and the Godfather series. Likely, it is the adaptive evolution of those concepts that is controlling people. The control factor may be the adaptive evolution of medical control, communication, and technology from the 1940s Nazi experimentation on people. The tactics used on people are pollution exclusion, liberty cycle extremism, employment violence, dirt file collection, and extraction exchange exclusion cycle. This is why people are being put into survival zones, suffering. When we see violence, it is an inflection point condition. Many of these people use drugs, alcohol, sex, and extreme pornography and are in controversial and polluted conditions. Overall, it is like a cycle. It is a downward spiral feedback loop condition. Several years ago, I sent a letter to the president, vice president, and secretary of state about telling everyone on Earth that the future is about inspirational incentives. That way, it would be irrational to engage in any violence at all because it would be completely irrational to do so.

The need to transition to a We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle on planet Earth

WHO

It appears that the WHO would be better if it were more (eco-geo) map-based. The border and boundless similarity condition on planet Earth on the surface area on planet Earth should be the primary concern. We should strive for more natural, healthy living and natural spirituality as we desire future conditions similar to those of the past.

The We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle with a similarity foundation and unique diversity pyramid for everyone, everything, everywhere including the cumulative totality on planet Earth

Native american similairty condition and unique diversity condition as well

I do not see a problem with understanding that Native Americans had similar foundation conditions for the land on the continental island of North America. and the Inca and Aztecs in Mexico. They should be able to have higher relative significance and importance, like those who know the most about nature. This is a border and boundaryless condition. Then, as a unique diversity level, we can determine prioritized areas for investments, communities, creativity areas, leases, and ownership. The Native Americans should be able to have access to all land and water surface areas as they did not understand ownership boundaries.

The similarity foundation condition and unique diversity on the surface area on planet Earth
