Unique Diversity Pyramid and the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle

The Unique Diversity Pyramid and Similarity Foundation look like the tree of life where “we the people on Earth” represent the roots of humanity, everything, everyone, everywhere, including God.

The Unique Diversity Pyramid is for anyone, and everyone as well, once everyone takes the required simplified classes and understands the loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuinely kind striving list of common behaviors.  It also considers Nature striving, Humanity striving, Natural healthy living, and Natural spirituality. The arrows in the We Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle represent connectivity and flow-like energy.  In Nature, energy flows like trophic systems like food webs and food chains are not unlike.  The spectrum represents all of Nature and Humanity on one side and individual people on the other.  The Unique Diversity Pyramid takes into consideration the unique diversity of everyone alive and helps them focus on a unique life path or a unique purpose-driven life.  Therefore, it is for everything beyond the similarity foundation and anything that uniquely drives a person to pursue. It is essentially similar to holistic capitalism, except it is more holistic and adaptive.  It is considered holistic adaptive capitalism because everything possible is considered before any strategic move is made.  The considerations of the Natural environment, humanity, environmental technologies, holistic impact assessment, and Ecological communities are examined first before the need to do a reactionary impact assessment, which makes the ecosystem function most holistically.  It considers energy flows, sinks, sources, and everything else. It is not just the traditional indicators in the stock market but sustainable striving investment indicators.  Since revenue profit cash flow (revenue profit cash flow is used because energy transfers to organizations need to become more immediate) exists in an adaptive sense, it will be used to derive a percentage to contribute to EEC (Ecological Equilibrium Compensation) and the similarity foundation missions, restorations, rehabilitations, niche organizations, and any great works to be done. The success in the funding through EEC (Ecological Equilibrium Compensation), which is the funding of Nature, Humanity, and Societal impacts, determines needs and the percentage needed to perform missions and restore and rehabilitate past, present, and future anticipated problems.  Holistic investment from holistic impact assessment is where the niche organization takes the initiative with or without the direct recommendations of the Unidiversity. For example, if an energy niche organization invests some percentage of its revenue profit cash flow through EEC (Ecological Equilibrium Compensation) into funding some desirable alternative energy areas on the surface of planet Earth, it does the right thing.  If it is successful, people want to invest in that investing organization in return, like a cycle.  Likewise, suppose a niche organization in the similarity foundation has been doing great work transitioning with desirable alternative energy sources. In that case, it makes sense for businesses or niche organizations to invest directly in similarity foundations.  Likewise, the EEC should fund a transition plan for the organization if it is not too impactful today.  Organizations that are much too impactful must transition to more sustainable striving options as determined by a broad-based impact assessment.  The incentive is more investment coming from people. The Unidiversity works hard at connecting businesses (niche organizations) with incentives for rational investments. If the problem is serious enough, another way to get investment is to devote incentives to (all of us) in the Unidiversity to contribute to this restoration effort. Investment in restoration could be considered much more desirable by those with investment areas (like overlapping areas drawn on a map over a potential investment).  This is like regions (esri 1994) or polygons overlapping.  These regions could be individual investors, business investors (niche organizations), or something similar to a mutual fund community.  Once everybody is invested, the integration of the funding investment can be known as an investment community.  This investment community will then get incentives from the inspiration side of the Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle.  These incentives include Sunergy (world context Digital Money), rents and shares, house shares, home shares, office shares, boat shares, travel (Priceline), Hotels, rideshare, and conference center shares.  Investment communities can schedule a conference related to the investment community’s interests. The great part about this is that the investment community shares experiences and may make lasting relationships with other members.  If they attend conferences together, they become enlightened, increasing their mentor position index and university credit; the learning, living, and exploring potentials are limitless.  Consequently, this would also increase their mentor status and lead to higher milestone achievement in the Unidiversity. The Unidiversity (all of us together) is funded with a percentage of revenue profit cash flow from all niche organizations worldwide and people like the foundation.

Tuition for universities will be derived from Niche Organizations and individuals in the entirety of the pyramid-like EEC Ecological Equilibrium Compensation.   Unidiversity is the source of collected knowledge, so it is the rational source of contextual knowledge for everyone, especially the foundation and the pyramid.  It is also necessary to calculate impact assessment, indices, inclusion incentives, and inspirational incentives and find rational investment communities.  The unique diversity pyramid comprises niche organizations (traditional businesses) that are more interactive and function like they are connected, like food webs and food chains, which occur with ecosystems. However, in this example, energy is Sunergy (a world context digital money), which shows the flow of revenue profit cash flow throughout the world.

The incentives for entrepreneurs must be created carefully since there is an overabundance of new products entering today’s markets.  For needs, Incentives must come from mentors with knowledge.  Otherwise, we are going to hit overload.  Entrepreneurs are needed more in some areas and less in other areas.  However, there must be limitations, as the pyramid sometimes represents inadequate rationalization, so 1500 types and colors of the most modern flashlights are enough for now unless we make them all around the world.  Therefore. the unique diversity pyramid, coupled with the Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle, represents a planning aid for the entire world.  Given the flashlight example, the Unidiversity also prevents too much diversity and stuff from being manufactured, especially as more people want to be entrepreneurs.  Too many price points are one of the major problems as well.  Incentives need to be given to make products durable, so cheaply made price points will get fewer incentives.  Consequently, the unique diversity pyramid is the major input for holistic adaptive capitalism as it is the revenue profit cash flow percentage that gets invested in everything else. That also drives everyone’s investment like a cycle.  The Unidiversity ranks out desirable foundation investments, so the ratings of the large, medium, and small niche organizations (most small organizations are often much more holistic) have the opportunities to invest in desirable rated events, restoration, rehabilitation, missions, roles, and foundation niche organizations.  Imagine everybody’s excitement as we transform our world into harmony.  Since everything the Unidiversity does strives for holistic investment, it feeds the world with holistic community health and individual health cycle because organic food webs and food chains are the results of the holistic investment.   It also inspires natural and human values, as is the idea that learning about nature and humanity is a holistic way to invest your time.  Life becomes more like a living, learning, and holistic exploration.  Nature and humanity (part of Nature) are the contexts. Thus, the entirety of the cycle mainly creates ecological equilibrium compensation and investment to spread out in the foundation with Nature and humanity in mind.  This cycle is based on need and desirable investment on planet Earth, organized and prioritized by area proximity for the most part.  Sometimes, there are Earth-scale problems that relate to regional inputs.   Inputs like point source pollution or nonpoint pollution are problems that start at a more local scale and wind up at a broader scale.  It is hoped that sustainable energy solutions will be invested in these niche organizations as soon as possible.   The more these niche organizations invest in the right transition environmental technology, the more they will get investment support from the Unidiversity and everyone else.   The more they do the right thing, the more favorable their investment indices are, and they will get more investment.  The more profits, the more the percentage of cash flow goes to ecological equilibrium compensation and investment in mentor organizations or consultants.  After the investment into impacts, the more investment from the people.  Additional profit cash flow analysis will be done by Unidiversity people and Unidiversity mentors inside the organization to understand the veracity of the dynamic energy revenue profit cash flow statement.  This will prevent the investment into personnel, property, plant, investments, and equipment that does not solve problems but makes it appear like the business is making the right choices from a survival investment standpoint.  I focused on sustainability in a class in college.  In the next few years, corporations and organizations hired sustainability managers.  These positions gave the impression that the companies were doing the right thing.  The same is true for the sustainability indices on the stock market.  It gives the impression that the organization is doing the right thing but does not adequately represent the true sustainability indices.  Another cash flow sink is hiring many lawyers to bind up any problem, which employs endless complexity as finding truth is like facts are information taken out of context.  Maybe the attorneys are rising above the past practices and standing up for what is right now. Having the most respected Unidiversity people mentoring at the top of niche organizations prevents game-playing or decisions made out of uncertainty, preventing the facts from being taken out of context problem. (Reidel pers. Commun. 1996)  The other problem is endless law-driven investigations, which create infinite prerogative, discretion, and variabilization.  We need more people to be focused on real problems at multiple scales to understand the context better.  For this reason, it is difficult to blame anyone for problems that exist on a broader scale. Once we find solutions to problems, it is important to share them with other regions with similar problems.  Sometimes, it is important to replicate ideas in other communities.

Overall, there are no boundaries for the We-Me Unidiversity  Research Explorers Cycle.  It is hoped that a series of presentations to everyone on Earth will lead to accepting this idea in the future.  Then, we will have the Earth scale and other scales taken care of forever.  Once this happens, there will be no reason for nuclear weapons, war, or any weapons to hurt people, for that matter.  I believe in target shooting with non-lead bullets, however. We should have gotten rid of war and violence a long time ago.  The similarity/unique diversity pyramid with the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle will end all the violence, most types of pollution, and war.  It will simplify the complexity that currently exists.

Inclusion and acceptance in the similarity foundation

Natural Earth Striving (nature striving, natural healthy living, and natural spirituality) and loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuinely kind striving are two of the most important concepts in the similarity foundation.  They are inclusive concepts with both the natural world around us, communities, and families.  The foundation is more “the commons” roles concerned with everyday functioning, public resources, natural resources, missions, restoration, and rehabilitation.  There is no more homelessness with the foundation because the devotion of energy towards niche roles, missions, restoration, and rehabilitation keeps any contributor in a healthy home environment and fed with healthy food.  They also get compensation through world digital sunergy (a new form of money).  Some niche roles in the foundation include community gardens, community farms, forests, farms, vineyards, golf courses, lifeguards, parks, public buildings, grounds, missions, restoration, guides, rehabilitation, lakes, oceans, wetlands, trails, horseback riding stables, cutting slash, trails maintenance, beaches,  stone huts, campgrounds, public ski areas, community houses, community beach houses, shelter share, home share, house share Airbnb, vrbo, rideshare, natural motion energy generation, kayaking, fishing, canoeing, sailboating, post office, Amazon, etc.   All roles (point locations for We-Me integrated device [see below]) in these contribution areas contribute a lot of community value, energy, and benefits that help everyone everywhere.  Exploring these similar niche roles allows people to build their interest in life in whatever they may be interested in.  Remember that one can contribute any percentage of energy to a similar foundation, and the same is true for the unique diversity pyramid.

The We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle, with a similarity foundation and unique diversity, accepts everyone on Earth in the foundation. This alone prevents all the gun tragedies because none of us will be hopeless, bored, unwanted, or in the survival zone anymore. Each of us will have important responsibilities in the foundation at a minimum. This alone prevents all the mass shootings on Earth.

Acceptance and inclusion in the foundation include learning about loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuinely kind striving in an online class. (Once accepted in the foundation, you are automatically accepted for the pyramid but must take sustainability striving classes) As people get accepted, they start university classes on nature striving, natural healthy living, and natural spirituality. Old military resources will be transitioned to restore our planet. Universities will transform into Nature striving, natural healthy living, natural spirituality nature schools as the context and the foundation just like society. This is because Nature’s striving is the context for every discipline.

One may accept a niche role with a niche organization anywhere on Earth, but most people will be incentivized to stay close to their home community. Sometimes, if one desires, incentives are given for roles in niche organization events far from home. As one learns in universities, one becomes more qualified to contribute to more places worldwide if desired. The We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle gives the maximum diversity of exploration experiences worldwide, with the Unidiversity having all the area locations and point locations for all the events.

Another benefit of this system is that mentors exist for everyone, no matter who you are. This allows continuous learning and the ability to ask questions of someone who may know more than you. Mentors can also function as apprentices.

In summary, getting accepted and included with the foundation consists of getting accepted by Unidiversity, a university, and the diversity pyramid. It immediately accepts everyone. To be accepted into the diversity pyramid (traditional, more private life paths), one must take suitable and appropriate sustainable striving classes at university or online. University is intended to be a lifelong affiliation in the future.

Holistic to holy inclusion (1989) of everyone

I had a holistic to holy inclusion idea in 1989 when I was working in New York City when I noticed many people were washing windows for $1.00 on an exit ramp on the west side highway.  It occurred to me that we need an inclusive concept that we would embrace and include everyone on Earth.  As people are accepted and included, they become the ones receiving and including.  It becomes like a candle-lighting ceremony.  Maybe we can start with the holy holistic idea of loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuinely kind striving.   Back in 1989, it was about partnering organizations, including everyone. Still, I believe it is all about individuals getting inspired to be included on the holistic to holy spectrum, starting with loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuinely kind striving.  From there, a genuine effort is needed to spell out what holistic needs are to occur on a fundamental basis.  Once a holistic standard is complete, individuals may get acceptance and inclusion on the holistic side of the spectrum. Initially, I thought of schools, governments, universities, etc.  Holistic to holy acceptance should be in every niche organization and everyone on Earth using the holistic, integrated device or internet. Maybe it should be structured like a university class where everyone needs to pass to be included in the similarity foundation (see below).  It depends on whether or not a person seeks acceptance and inclusion, primarily on the holistic nature side, the holy side of the spectrum, or both sides.  It is unthinkable that an organization creates dead people from this process or function.  I said in 2004 that everyone must be accepted sooner or later.  I prefer a holistic functioning process based on sooner rather than later. This process is 100% holistic and allows everyone to pass once they go through reconciliation. When you include this process with the rest of the changes I am suggesting, there are multiple ways that problems can be solved because this creates several redundancies before anyone has a chance to get on the wrong path.

Inspirational incentives, inspirational inclusion, and inspiration places

The Earth has many inspiring places that should be considered inspirational places or areas. Coupled with resorts, Airbnb (home share & house share), and hotels on Earth, many inspirational inclusion incentives are available. Eventually, it is hoped that the entire surface area on planet Earth will become inspirational, relatively speaking, for many reasons. The surface area of planet Earth should eventually be like a spectrum for nature reserves inspiration, “park-like” inspiration, and humanity inspiration, depending on the relative significance of each area. This depends on how much natural inspiration, incentive, and energy are devoted to the effort. Several other incentives include rents and shares, home shares, house shares, holistic energy, etc. (see blue text in the diagram). These incentives are used in the ecological equilibrium compensation side of the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle to inspire people to learn about nature and humanity. The EEC section of the diagram is part of holistic adaptive capitalism, which is like an ecosystem of connected niche organizations and niche roles. The Unidiversity calculates the Ecological Equilibrium Compensation as the source of the needs index and determines the significance and importance of missions and restorations. The Unidiversity also fields inspirational inclusion and inspirational incentives ideas from explorers (people) as they get incentives and EEC for the best ideas.

Inspirational inclusion and inspirational incentives are part of inspiring restoration on planet Earth. Inspirational inclusion and inspirational incentives are also about Exploring planet Earth and the nature and humanity thereof. These incentives benefit all the restoration that needs to be done on planet Earth, which is arranged according to the areas of relative rational need. As a side benefit, everyone (explorers) selects incentivized areas or mission groups of people (including mentors) with which they can establish connections and an experience that will provide lifelong memories. Ecological equilibrium compensation (EEC) from a niche organization’s profit investment percentage index inspires mission and restoration groups. At the same time, the percentage is an index used to guide investment in the organizations—the more significant and relatively important the restoration, the more desire to invest in the area. When the niche organization invests, the more inspirational incentive goes to the niche organization, individual investors, and the explorers doing the restoration. The investment percentage funds high relative needs by selecting areas for restoration and scheduling those interested in experiencing the exploration adventure. More incentive goes to those with required skills, those in need, and those just starting in life. Old militaries (restoration universities) and other universities will become niche organizations that train youth and others in vital skills for missions, restorations, rehabilitation, etc. Since Mission, restoration, and rehabilitation events are also supposed to be learning events, people can get inspiration credit for their degree milestones in restoration. Other areas of study include Nature fields (including Earth science, environment, ornithology, ichthyology, wetlands, agriculture, etc.), geographic areas, physiographic regions, missionary work, history, sustainability, environmental engineering, and any other cultural significance imaginable. Since everyone will be getting a degree from a university, most students will be learning in the field, creating an inspirational inclusion incentive space for everyone to do fundamental and advanced studies at a university. Fieldwork in restoration areas and inspiration places also funds everyone’s university degree milestones.

Inspiration areas and places are intended to be inspirational to visit so people can learn and bring back ideas to their communities. This works on the temporal and spatial greening or improvement of inspiration places everywhere on Earth. Inspiration places and areas have a high number of inspirational incentives and inspirational inclusion. These inspirational and inclusion incentives in the inspiration places will be the absolute best and most desirable incentives for investment funding of the most essential restoration needs. Most importantly, inspiration areas and places are for those explorers investing and participating in restoration events. The inspiration areas and places will incentivize those explorers to fund the restorations and those doing the restorations.

Eternal Investigations would cease if everyone was accepted and included. In the future it is all going to be about inspirational incentives, inspirational inclusion, loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving.

The power of loving, caring, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving coupled with the power of reconciliations from God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), the Holy Spirit, etc., for everyone on Earth would stop all investigations in favor of everyone contributing what they know to the Unidiversity (privately), This would allow forgiveness for everyone on Earth. Then holistic, inspirational incentives would be available for everyone once they complete this step. This creates a scenario where “if we were all angels, there would be no need for corporations and governments,” just holistic niche organizations collaborating and holistically competing. Consequently, this holistic research for everyone involves the We-Me Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle, ecological equilibrium compensation, and holistic, inspirational incentives. Hence, everybody does their absolute best at holistic problem-solving on planet Earth. This inspirational incentive for forgiveness is powerful as it creates holistic inclusion and acceptance incentives worldwide.

When we all work together, experts like inspectors, investigators, and holistic prevention applications systems work toward preventing the need for eternal reactive investigation. Every other type of investigation will be renamed holistic research. This is because of those who took advantage of investigations with reactive, adaptive planning, buying time, and articulating false suspicion. This method eliminates top-down blame in hierarchies as well. Instead, people take over roles like Be-aware explorers, passing concerns to the Unidiversity through mentor paths.  The inclusion of everyone makes investigations obsolete.

When you consider this entire paper coupled with the We-Me Cycle, this method eliminates all future crime, survival zone suffering, violence, homelessness, war, war criminals, etc. All we have to do is tell people worldwide that in the future, it will all be about inspirational incentives, inspirational inclusion, loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving.

Nature photo values project of the early 2000’s must be included in the WeMe Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle.

Sharing photos on maps (Esri 2000) and on the internet is supposed to be about sharing natural living life experiences and inspiring nature learning. This project is all about learning the value that Nature and humanity have to offer. Therefore, it is necessary for the next enlightenment transition in the similarity foundation and the unique diversity pyramid. Likewise, It is a tremendous research tool for Nature scientists and everyone, starting when children are young. Photos can identify everything in nature and train imagery in remote sensing (UVM SNR 1996). Consequently, images are great for understanding change and our natural environment. Nature photos also spark children’s imagination through adult ages, leading to a wide variety of diverse creativity and endless exploration throughout life.

Relatively suitable and appropriate mentors for everyone with the Earth Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle.

With Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle, relatively suitable and appropriate mentors are available for everyone on Earth. Depending on the milestones, a mentor is available for everyone at whatever level a person is striving for. All attorneys, counselors, teachers, doctors, clergy, etc., become holistic prescriptive advice similarity foundation mentors for everyone at a minimum. As people grow, diversify, and adapt throughout their lives, many mentors are available to suit their needs through the highest milestones in the unique diversity pyramid. As milestones are surpassed, one becomes a mentor as well. Therefore, mentors and teachers are available throughout the lives of everyone on Earth. As people age, they strive for milestones. When milestones are surpassed, a new mentor is sought for each interest. Holistic adaptive capitalism sets inspirational indicators to inspire life choices (with ecological equilibrium compensation) depending on several indicators. This depends on the inspirational incentives (with ecological equilibrium compensation) from the sustainable striving index, needs index, importance index, regions index, etc. Theoretically, if a life path is not incentivized in one region, we could get a map to see where the chosen path is more inspirationally incentivized with ecological equilibrium compensation and similarity foundation incentives on the right side of the diagram below.

Beaware

Being aware is a concept I had in the early 2000s. Instead of waiting for reactionary law, beware uses technology to help make people aware of anything before it is too late. Early versions used polygons overlaid on one another where the user drew a polygon or a point to designate the area of interest. In this application, I was concerned about special sites, special areas, and rare, threatened, and endangered species for forest certification. Once the user identified an area or a point location, the PDFs were returned for as many of the intersected polygons that exist. Therefore, the application made people aware of habitats, nests, RTE, Special areas, and special sites ahead of time before doing any harm. This idea can be expanded to just about anything. Recently, I saw advertisements warning drivers not to open the door of their car after they parallel parked until they looked for bicyclists. Every advertisement should have some “be aware” component as it would replace the reactionary need for health care, law, insurance, paperwork, regulations, etc. The idea of being aware saves lives and minimizes pollution.

Boundaries and Borderlines

Borders and boundaries are detrimental to our world because they fragment and complexify. Natural phenomena like soils and elevation are continuums. It would be great if all our communities on Earth were looked at like a continuum as it would be a way to spread loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, respecting, and genuine kind striving everywhere on Earth because it can be seen that we are all connected. I am not referring to map place names and community names, as these boundaries help explain places on a map for historical reasons. Therefore, eliminating most of the complexity, including most of the borders and boundaries, would make us all similar and all different simultaneously. Then, we will be able to celebrate our similarities and differences because this concept is one of the most essential concepts on Earth. Consequently, all wars and hatred would end immediately if we accepted this concept.

The list of loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, respecting, and genuine kind striving is suggested because it is easy for everyone on Earth to remember. I appreciate all loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, respecting, and genuinely serving organizations. However, organizations like churches and environmental groups would be beneficial in adding to this list. (This is as long as the list is not too long to remember.) Once we accomplish this step, the list replaces most laws, processes, procedures, policies, and all the brain pollution/brain torture that people have to contend with. The greatest thing is we become free to share our unique diversity, creativity, ingenuity, and contributions. Nowadays, having a position “in the know” matters more than relevancy, validity, similarity, unique diversity, creativity, ingenuity, or contributions. Currently, it is not unlike the game of “King of the Mountain” that we played when we were children. Consequently, I am in favor of ending slavery of all types around the world in favor of creating this accepting and inclusive world dream.
