To start transitioning, maybe we can consider the following: It appears to be one of the most significant problems is our allegiance and alliances and loyalty to either the republican party, democratic party, independent party, liberal, conservative, or any other football team concept classification or compartmentalization. It seems like it immediately creates an “us and them” team, which causes an instinct to win. In a way, “things are world”. This is especially true in an ultra-competitive environment where people do their jobs over being involved in a “genuine problem-solving venture.” Life should not be about endless debate. Endless debate seems to be about showing what a great orator you are instead of a genuine holistic problem solver. We ought to consider everyone’s contributions in an ecogeorelative organizational way that recognizes each of our unique contributions. It is a matter of getting higher proximal related people who are all similarly able to contribute and collaborate to solve a problem they may be relatively more qualified to solve. Anyone can also contribute because a layperson’s idea might be better sometimes.
However, most of the time, working together should or could have something to do with place or area, the particular issue of importance, issue of significance, ability to help on a project, interest in a specific area, and most of all, expertise. Everyone can be a part of a team, but decisions should be weighed relatively more toward those with more significant knowledge and responsibility. We are not trying to win. Winning is a sporting concept. When combined with an ultra-competitive traditional extreme market-based economy, it has the makings of a colossal diversion, distraction, tool for traditional business or organization to do its job, a transference mechanism power source, a confusion creation and complexity tool, a way to get things done for industry and business, an out of context way of organizing, and making policy when we could be all working together and helping one another so we can transition the world together. We do not need any more needless, unnecessary classification because all we have to know is that we are all similar and we are all different. We must celebrate our similarities by getting along and creating a foundation to discuss our differences. The eventual goal is to solve problems and create research, which leads to knowledge when our differences are conflicting and should not be. Sometimes, being different and having diverse perspectives is okay, as it makes us miraculous. Everyone’s Life would be more static if we were all the same. Because we are all different, we can live in continuous learning, exploration, adaptation, and continuous improvement. Maybe we all should be classified as genuine holistic, continuous adaptive striving humanity to benefit everything, including planet Earth.
