Planet Earth has become a giant monoculture because most organizations also resist changing monocultures. As a consequence, people were turned into unnatural and unhealthy industrial-like machine-like functioning consistent with the expectations of out-of-control monocultures. It seems like the opposite of natural energy allocation prioritization, which turns anybody into the opposite of what they are naturally meant to be according to our given purpose in life or our natural desires to contribute.
