People usually are passionately driven by their interests and desires while living life. Currently, there are incredible compulsions to exclude those with the most passion, the most to offer, or the most hard-working people. Are business and employment mostly about taking one degree or another? Business should be about ecological niche organizations where people collaborate in ecological niche roles for value, energy, and benefit creation for everyone, everything, everywhere.
