Equal justice is a reactionary concept when we use force or guns in the reactionary. Most justice is reactionary, reductionistic, and out of context with the cumulative totality of the circumstances.  We should have a similar condition foundation for all humanity, everyone, everything, and everywhere on Earth, considered by whatever area, community, island continent, or planet Earth. We should have a similar condition where everyone is out of their survival zone, living in a natural, healthy living condition, selecting their own inspirationally incentivized living, living, exploring, experiences, and events that make us similarly harmoniously balanced. The similarity condition is about the cumulative totality of the commons on the surface area of planet Earth. People should have a similarity condition of loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuine kind striving in context with nature striving, natural healthy living, and natural spirituality; once we have this similarity condition foundation, we will be able to have our own purpose-driven life unique diversity, creativity, alterations, investment areas, investment leases, and investment ownerships as long as the similarity conditions are met.
