It is great to see inspiring people try and create love and plan peace in this world. In times of adversity or extreme competition, we are all pushed to our limits regarding stressors and survival. Those who strive to create benign, sustainable striving, and genuine holistic plans and solutions to our problems inspire me. However, in these trying times, we find out what people are made of when it comes to transitioning our planet. It is especially true when there is a tremendous temptation in terms of powerteering or profiteering as people show which trail they have been on or which trail motivates them the most. Ultimately, it will indicate how much help or input people will need when we help everyone get on their spectrum transference from their current condition to their desired future condition. Not only will it be a way to help them get the resources, it will help them get what they need. Also, it will give them insights into those areas where they can help themselves continually improve.

It is sort of like putting people in a wilderness and letting them figure out for themselves which path they will get on and which tools they will use to survive while striving to minimize detrimental impacts. Some people will find their inspiration from those well-meaning, genuinely peaceful, loving, inspirational methods of problem-solving and planning, while others may resort to other methods. It is an exercise in trying to get people to figure themselves out relative to the totality of the environment, which is filled with extreme greed, extreme temptation, resources, political connectivity, desirable ways of living, tools for enhancing oneself, education, spirituality, nature, loving genuine kindness, compassion, glory, respect, love, competition, power, energy, investment potential, various structure, various function, various reactionary systems, tools for manipulation, tools for ultra competition, and holistic methods. It is up to everyone to strive to do their best with what they have for education, knowledge, experience, and the cumulative total of the entirety of their life’s path and interactivity with their environment. I believe that various people may have chosen a path closer to money because, in the past, closer to money was where power and political acceptance were in proximity. Many thought there was increased fitness potential being close to power and wealth. But it seems to me that the holistic planners, problem solvers, educators, scientists, holistic human caregivers, people who work with the natural environment, researchers, sustainable striving creative and innovative entrepreneurs, interdisciplinary contributors and collaborators, parents, and contributing hard-working people deserve more incentives because of their genuine devotion to the enhancement of a more stable environment for us all to live. It appears to me that a relative balance ought to occur. It seems to me that everyone is motivated by those things that bring us joy, love, comfort, hope, optimism, living, learning, and sustainable striving for happiness. It isn’t easy, however, because different philosophies and ways of living depend on your chosen path. One can be a source of energy, value, and benefits, or immediate profiteering or powerteering that does not consider longer over-the-horizon epochs. Some force seems to always enlighten people who have historically been motivated by greed, powerteering, and profiteering at any cost. This is while those motivated by more well-meaning and more sustainable striving ways of living. Many have been kicked to the curb and included only when the terms and conditions of those in power and control deem them worthy. It seems that historically, many people have been followers and tried to align themselves with the politics, power, wealth, and way things are in the world at any cost. This is because they either know no other way, or that is what they are told, or erroneously learn what they need to do. Maybe it was a simple survival and fitness motivating force based on traditional concepts of profiteering and powerteering at any cost. It motivated all the others with similar needs to survive with greater fitness. I believe that the broader context ought to have higher relative importance. Those who contributed to the broader context of enlightenment and functioning deserve more incentives to continue living as they live because these people are true to the core. They started their lives path being motivated by love, care, compassion, living, learning, and close to nature and humanity functioning that strived to contribute as much as they could toward helping, problem-solving, caring for our people, our natural environment, our communities, our society, and our world as a priority. The challenge is to help everyone along the entire spectrum while giving more weight to those with favorable criteria in those areas that matter more and are priorities relative to the needs of our planet, our natural environment, our kids, our communities, and our people. Those who need input and education relative to the broader context ought to have incentives and inspiration needed so they can be enlightened on the broader context. However, it seems strange to me how people motivated by other things and other trails for most of their lives have suddenly ultra-competed their way into the limelight. This occurs while those on a sustainable striving life’s path flounder in terms of acceptance, incentives, having positions of respect and responsibility, and higher relative freedom. I do not want to give as much weight to those that have manipulated, extorted, ultra competed, destroyed, excluded, stolen, excluded, killed, significantly detrimentally impacted, significantly contributed to cumulative significant impact, using technology in extreme ultra-competitive ways, used IS and IT resources for extreme ultra-competitive means of exclusion, or extreme ultra-competitive means of including those of closer political ties only. Many are using processes for ultra competition and exclusion, creating complexity and confusion for itinerant reasons, detrimentally impacting controversy, itinerant powerteering, and profiteering for overtopping reasons. They use any other manipulating ultra-competitive conspiratorial detrimentally impacting behaviors that significantly ultra-compete to such an extent that it destroys an individual’s fitness and desire to live the way they choose.

I believe businesses and corporations ought to transform into Ecological Niche Organizations. This way, the creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative spirit that motivates many in traditional business will not be lost as we connect and create a broader context. We will continually adapt and learn by working together with our similarities and learning from our differences. At the same time, we strive for genuine, holistic, sustainable functioning, problem-solving, and prevention.
