Organizations and people exist in a theoretical hierarchy to preserve the status quo conditions of obscure and overt functioning. In particular, it appears as if money, investment, real estate, buildings, transference, name changes, mergers, acquisitions, and location moving have to do with preserving Earth’s obscure and/or overt controlling domination condition. People and organizations are used in a toggle switch way where they can be either fired or promoted/hired at any time. Temporally, there can be adaptive patterns of hiring and firing depending on the need to control domination. We see a lot of this kind of behavior with CEOs functioning where possible. They are taking responsibility for something in exchange for a reward over the horizon when they are hired again at a different place. Traditional globalization controlling domination was like an ingratiation religion. I also have a theory that somewhere in history, there was some man-god concept that altered people’s perceptions so much that we started to be violent with one another. Employment violence, pollution exclusion, and liberty cycle extremism are microscale and macroscale control tools, respectively. They are the kind of functioning that allows gathering dirt files to protect organizations and important people and controlling domination in case you are considered a significant perceived threat. The relative amount of pollution dirt files depends on relative compulsions. If the compulsions are infinite, a huge effort is manufactured.
