Organizations are complacent because people are complacent. This Is because the primary focus has been only on profiteering, seeking power, and heroteering instead of more sustainable striving objectives. Thus, organizations and people are resistant to change. I remember a quote from school that said if people were angels, there would be no need for government (or corporations). It is true, but I believe it assumed that people did not have the potential to strive to become angels. Currently, Law and reactionary justice keep people from being angels as well. However, even though we may not have a traditional government concept in the future because of the root word “govern,” we should have a checks and balances perspective and the integrity of systems concept. It is like ecogeorelative prioritization and ecogeorelative rationalization problem solving instead, and we all must be involved.
Anyway, I believe that when people are managed or governed in a traditional sense, it stifles creativity, imagination, problem-solving, continuous adaptation, and transitioning to a more sustainable striving life on Earth. The energy spent doing such things is lost and cannot be spent on more genuine holistic, sustainable, striving ecogeorelative ways, ecogeosystematic ways, exponentially magnifying the return on energy investment. Investing in holistic energy produces more holistic energy, value, and benefits over time. Sometimes, striving to live closer to nature adds energy, value, and benefits. I believe some deserve respect and responsibility for their chosen paths in life. They matter more sometimes because they have broader contextual significance and higher relative importance. I also believe in those who have immense creativity, innovation, imagination, and ability to plan and build solutions to problems, especially those that holistically prevent them from occurring in the first place. These people have more fine contextual and relative significance in that area. I also believe that people with genuine holistic and sustainable striving lives have higher relative significance and higher relative importance. This is because they add all the love, mentoring, caring, nurturing, education, holistic advice, counseling, holistic health, and anything else that adds tremendous energy, value, and benefits to people in whatever way they can. It has occurred to me that it all comes down to the individual’s motivations, passion, dedication, education, learning, experiences, embracing behaviors, inclusion behaviors, helping behaviors, and problem-solving behaviors. It is how they allocate their tremendous energy totality towards a genuine holistic, sustainable striving planet Earth. Being a great parent is a great start and maybe all you need. It does not matter what role, profession, or life path you choose if it has the broader context knowledge and foundational fundamentals, mainly about love and nature. Matching your passions, aspirations, interests, and learning with any need in our world as long as it is in context with broader needs of higher relative importance means that we are free to live life, adding as much energy, value, and benefits as desired. It is about how you live your life. Maybe life should be about learning, exploring, and loving in a genuine, holistic, sustainable, striving way.
Excessive role descriptions or itinerant roles that served itinerant purposes in the past that served to reallocate violence potential, create quid pro quo, and create transference mechanisms are violently destructive towards our collective wellbeing. It seems that anything that serves to confuse, complicate, complexity, create controversy, create excess process, or some traditional business management perspectives have lost all connectivity to these things that matter more like people, parents, children, creativity, innovation, and our context and fundamental continuous improvement and adaptability towards a sustainable striving planet Earth. I am in favor of ending all the preventable suffering on planet Earth, which depends on eliminating all of the massive amounts of all types of violence in all ways, shapes, and forms, including most of the traditional ways of doing things in a “way things are world.” In addition to law” justice and business,” we must move towards more genuine holistic ecogeorelative and ecogeosystematic perspectives. They are holistic and adaptive. Maybe we can call it holistic living and loving in a continuous learning and dynamic adaptive way. World without end…
