Categorization and compartmentalization

It seems like there has been a force categorizing people into job titles. This is a flawed approach because it does not consider the individual’s dreams, aspirations, future interests, or potential interests. This approach is wrong and non-inspirational as it represents a static categorization in a natural, dynamic world. It does not make sense. I wonder if this static categorization and compartmentalization leads to feelings of complacency, which may turn into boredom. In addition, I wonder if some professionals lose their self-esteem and confidence and are thus more likely to get taken advantage of for ultra-capitalist extreme roles. I see a pattern in this world of people in these categories with top-down demeaning bosses that command and control or stick people in stagnant or non-inspirational positions to attain one’s desired life path. I sometimes wonder if it is itinerant creation of undesirable detrimental impacting power dynamics and transference. This leads to several potential multiplying, direct, and indirect impacts. Obvious stagnation leads to quality-of-life issues, which leads to unhappiness and monotony. This could cause some people to have dynamic equilibrium compensation mechanisms or inflection points that may sometimes be overcompensating or extreme. This balancing mechanism occurs in more compounding ways in urban areas where exposure to more natural and natural, exciting experiences is minimal. Sometimes, one’s inner natural functioning in terms of more sexual behavior, more rough extreme sex, or maybe even deviant behavior might occur as exposure to natural balancing nature is limited. I wonder if this behavior could potentially lead to more violence if, over time, the compounding effects of a lifestyle with minimal job satisfaction, little comfort, joy, love, hope, and natural balancing mechanisms like nature and excitement are limited. On top of that, adding extreme anthropocentric controlling mechanisms to a person’s life could send a person’s life into a free-fall downward spiral feedback loop. There are potentially many other detrimentally impacting inputs into a person’s life that could further compound these problems. This could cause the person to reach inflection points that could put someone into depression or mental illness as well. Eventually, if there are no intervening compensating mechanisms, the person could get into a feedback loop that minimizes real recovery in any way. The other problem is that our society is too busy working to have enough love, care, and compassion to care about another human being genuinely. Sometimes, a person’s perceptive relative importance level is high. Still, their reality importance level is low regarding the value, energy, and benefits added to another, our society, or our planet. Sometimes, people get so low that they get into trouble with law enforcement. This is even more destructive as they are labeled as perpetrators, criminals, and offenders instead of a person. These impacts are very impacting as they usually occur after an individual has been through a long downward spiral of many detrimental impacts. Next, they are labeled by the criminal justice system publicly or otherwise as a criminal. Sometimes, they are watched, listened to, investigated, have their sanctuaries invaded, sacred places impacted, work relationships impacted, and relationships destroyed in communities and society. Then, the individual has difficulty finding work, paying the bills, providing for their family, and living a normal, healthy, productive, useful, contributing, and collaborating life, which helps no one. It does the exact opposite. It brings more detrimental impacts to our world. Most of all, these events destroy an individual and their potential contributions in value, energy, and benefits to our world. If you are part of any of these processes, it is best to turn it around and love, care for, help, and have compassion for the person by empathizing with them. talk with them and see if you can help get them the resources they need in the context of helping them. Use what you know about them to help them. We could turn it all around by focusing on Holistic Environmental Justice, Health, and Safety. This way, everything that happens has a problem-solving focus. If we have a pre-planned ecogeosystematic way of determining immediate help resources for whatever a person is going through. Likewise, not only will you get help for that person, but you will also learn about other people who may need help in the person’s life path. Then you can use this information to help them too. The opposite is a more genuine holistic perspective that never gets anyone in trouble. I believe this concept and all other concepts will end violence altogether. This has great positive, beneficial impacts on each person in all these related fields as each day they will go home and feel great about themselves in terms of all the beneficial impacts they had on people’s lives that day. Over time, they begin to heal as they contribute nothing but positive benefits, energy, and value to society. Their relationship improves, their kids are happier and healthier, and these positive impacts reverberate through communities, society, and planet Earth. When our cumulative health improves, we contribute more to others so they are as healthy as possible. I had a similar idea in the late 1980s, and I have since named the idea the Holistic Inclusive embracing concept. However, it is much more genuinely holistic and proactive. It involves seeking out and finding people who can help or of a certain affiliation who want to be included to act like a blob force to embrace and help everyone so they can become part of the blob. The blob becomes bigger and bigger over time until the blob has embraced everybody on Earth. Ideally, this effort should be coupled with a follow-up Ecological Restoration and Peace Corp project to help everyone get up to comfort, joy, love, hope, and sustainable striving for happiness. This helps with health. And when people are healthier, they can continually contribute all they can regarding value, energy, and benefits to humanity and our world. This contributes to a genuine holistic, sustainable striving for planet Earth. It contributes to ending all preventable suffering on Earth, ending all violence on Earth, ending all war on Earth, striving to end pollution in all forms, and most of all; it gets everyone re-allocating their energy to higher priority genuine holistic living and working together behaviors with everyone as well as the natural environment. It contributes to higher ecological fitness, which helps all of us and our offspring. It gives our kids the best chance when they start their life.
