Organizations and people exist in an adaptable theoretical hierarchy used to preserve the status quo conditions of obscure and overt functioning. In particular, it appears as if money, investment, real estate, buildings, transference, name changes, mergers, acquisitions, and location moving have to do with preserving Earth’s obscure and/or overt controlling domination condition. People and organizations are used in a toggle switch way where they can be either fired or promoted/hired at any time. Temporally, there can be adaptive patterns of hiring and firing depending on the need to control domination. We see a lot of this behavior with CEOs functioning where possible. They are taking responsibility for something in exchange for a reward over the horizon when they are hired again at a different place. Traditional globalization controlling domination was like an ingratiation religion.
