Several people in the Northeast hardly ever get away from their homes and have an opportunity to stay in a different place.  Some places are for relaxing and having a great dinner, seeing a place they have not seen before, exploring, seeing a play, shopping, and getting away with your love.  Several hotel rooms, home shares, and house shares are empty several times of the year.  In summer resort areas, there are many available hotel rooms, condos, resort homes, home shares, house shares, etc.  Besides offering hotel rooms to those in need during times with empty rooms for decreased prices, It seems to me that empty hotel rooms are opportunities for increased opportunities to give low relative cost incentives to people who are contributing their physical effort, mental effort, creative effort, and all of their energy in their various roles.  We could ecogeorelatively and prioritize those that may deserve more incentive or increase the probability in an ecogeorelative lottery.  This is a supplement to the “Priceline” idea and a way for hotels to contribute to giving back to the people.  In many circumstances, EEC will be provided because these people’s relative index ratio of benefits, energy, and value contribution far exceeds the relatively low costs associated with such an endeavor.

Ecogeorelative ecogeosystematic prioritization incentive planning hotel/home share/house share scheduling increases the chances that people will get an inspirational incentive for a worthwhile life experience.  This function adds value, energy, and benefits to our people and world instead of letting hotel rooms sit empty.  Likewise, ecological niche organizations will benefit immensely from doing what they do to contribute.  Again, any person should also have the opportunity to stay in these places as a priority.  It could be an EEC-integrated all-in-one device card/thumb drive concept where EEC is added based on involvement in helping some aspect of community events and doing whatever is needed.  The integrated device will continually be connected to the planning spectrum pyramid knowledge tree universe.  There will be a constantly updated map and list of required assistance everywhere in the local area.  Likewise, a continual opportunity exists to contribute to HVCI accumulating public scoping surveys and any other EEC incentive earning day-to-day living observations and duty of care knowledge to more health or safety concerns and urban nature or natural environment people.  Planning vision public scoping ideas are also accepted, encouraged, and incentivized.
