Earth Research Explorers and the Earth Bureau of Investigation

Dear colleagues,

I’ve been reflecting on the immense untapped potential within our global community – a collective intelligence waiting to be fully activated. Imagine a world where every individual isn’t just a passive observer but an active contributor to the well-being and security of our planet. This vision animates the concept of “Earth Research Explorers,” redefined not merely as academics, but as every Earth’s community member engaged in understanding and improving our shared existence.

This proactive engagement of everyone could be the bedrock of a revolutionary framework: the unifying, inclusive Earth Bureau of Investigation (EBI, or global police inclusion). Far from a conventional law enforcement agency, I envision the EBI as a decentralized, inclusive global network or function of the Earth Unidiversity Research Explorers Cycle. It would be a collaborative ecosystem that harnesses diverse skills, perspectives, and local insights to solve humanity’s most pressing challenges, from complex societal issues to the roots of conflict and criminal activity.  I envision this concept as a holistic inclusion of everyone on earth, not a punitive punishment as we would see in traditional justice systems, but an act of redemption and possible holistic healing, and, worst-case scenario, holistic hospitalization.

The profound benefit here is radical, holistic, inspirational inclusion.  Every person, regardless of background or traditional expertise, holds unique data points and perspectives that are crucial for understanding and addressing problems. By empowering each individual to contribute – whether through observation, data analysis, community engagement, or specialized knowledge – we transcend traditional, often siloed, approaches to problem-solving. This isn’t about deputizing everyone with a badge and a gun; on the contrary, distributing arms to the populace would be counterproductive and dangerous. Instead, people adhere to the foundation of the Earth Unidiversity Research Explorers cycle and the similarity pyramid foundation. In other words, we should all strive to be loving, caring, sharing, giving, forgiving, and genuinely kind, aiming to create conditions of comfort, joy, love, hope, faith, unity, equity, and sustainable striving for happiness. Therefore, while maintaining the holistic similarity, we respect each person’s unique diversity.

Our focus would be on cultivating collective harmonious humanity, holistic intelligence, and empathy. By fostering an environment where every citizen is a stakeholder in global, holistic, unified security, contributing to the identification and prevention of issues rather than merely reacting to them, we could fundamentally dismantle the structures that perpetuate crime, terror, and conflict. The aspiration is to move beyond simply apprehending “bad actors” to creating conditions in which such elements struggle to take root, ultimately ushering in an era in which the need for all types of war becomes obsolete.

This vision allows people from every background to get reconciliation forgiveness and go through confessions on planet Earth if they need to.   In fact, because everybody’s a sinner, everyone would probably need to go to confession. Maybe it would be another Earth Research Explorers or a function of the church.

This paradigm shift, rooted in shared responsibility and intelligence, represents the true path towards a more secure, harmonious, and genuinely holistic investigative and research exploration approach to our world.  In fact, it merely represents the holistic pursuit of knowledge in solving problems on planet earth.  It would also get us closer to the natural earth striving vision as we transition beyond all kinds of anthropogenic pollution.

Sincerely,

Richard Thomas Simmons
