The fighting between police and people may be about the polluted people or obscure pollution exclusion versus liberty cycle extremism to get the focus off the obscure 200-year war or what is going on. It is a distraction and diversion while insurance transference, ownership transference, and all kinds of obscure functioning occur. This occurs so that blame and the need for change come from low-hierarchy people. That way, the continued funding of reactionary law, justice, policies, procedures, and additional control over the people, employees, and disabled can continue. Blame mechanisms in the lower hierarchies indicate that power, control, money, wealth, and controlling domination at the higher elevations are being impacted with an infinite perceived threat to the status quo.
